The high-temperature durability of cordierite honeycomb Rh-free three-way catalysts (TWC) containing additives has been studied
by calcining catalysts at various temperatures in the interval of 600≈1100°C. The three-way performances of these catalysts
were evaluated for the reaction of carbon monoxide(CO), hydrocarbon(HC) and nitrogen oxides(NOx) at given conditions by using
a fixed bed reactor. The results show that after Rh-free TWC are thermally aged in air at 1100°C for 5h and 950°C for 104

作者将含有MoS_2和石墨的不同配方的固体润滑涂料刷涂在几种国产汽车刮水胶条上,并分别于干摩擦和水润滑的两种刮刷状态下,就固体润滑剂改善刮水胶条的擦拭性能进行了试验研究,指出这是使刮水胶条降低擦拭阻力、提高刮刷效果的可行途径,同时强调配制涂料时应当选用颗粒细小而均匀的固体润滑剂粉末。 相似文献

为了研究汽车尾气颗粒物的结构和氮的种态,使用扫描透射X射线显微成像(STXM)技术研究了桑塔纳3000和高尔汽车尾气颗粒物.STXM表明单颗粒物的粒径为500nm,颗粒物质量分布不均匀,有中间空洞.比较汽车尾气颗粒物和(NH4)2SO4和NaNO3中N的1sX射线近边吸收精细结构谱(NEXAFS),铵盐在406eV有显著的σ*吸收峰,有肩部结构;汽车尾气颗粒物和NaNO3中N的近边吸收谱在412eV和418.5eV有明显的σ吸收峰;(NH4)2SO4中N的近边吸收谱在413.5eV和421.8eV更宽的σ吸收峰.硝酸盐是汽车尾气颗粒物中的N化学种态的主要存在形式.在395—418eV能量范围内对桑塔纳3000汽车尾气颗粒物进行堆栈扫描,经过主成分分析和聚类分析,发现其表层主要为硝酸盐,内部有少量铵盐. 相似文献

Automotive industry asks for higher resistant steels to lighten parts and improve crash resistance. Keeping a good ductility while increasing tensile strength requires the development of new grades in which hardening mechanisms counteract the drop in elongation when enhancing mechanical resistance. This is mainly achieved with multiphase steels and completing dislocation hardening by twinning and martensite transformation during straining. This has led to high-strength steel families, some of them being already used in body in white (Dual Phase (DP) and TRIP steels). Weather-strip seals in automotive door systems play a major role in determining the door closing effort, isolating the passenger compartment from water and reducing the wind noise inside the vehicle. The phenomenon of a wrinkle often occurs in weather-strips when they are assembled on the door surfaces which have bent or twisted profiles. Wrinkles in automobile weather-strip seals will affect the closing effort and noise isolation characteristics of the automotive door system. The wrinkle of anethylene-propylene-diene (EPDM) automobile weather-strip seals when bent and the critical conditions for a wrinkle to develop were characterized in this study. The hyperelastic material behavior of the EPDM sponge and EPDM dense rubber in the seal were modeled using the Foam model and Mooney–Rivlin model, respectively. Then a finite element analysis (FEA) model of the automobile weather-strip seal in assembly was developed and analyzed using then on linear FEA software Marc. The deformation of the seal and the thickness decrease in the critical region where it was prone to wrinkle were obtained by this FEA method. Finally the critical criterion of wrinkling was determined by analysis of the reaction forces in the critical region. 汽车尾部湍流场是汽车压差阻力的主要来源,在HD-2汽车模型风洞中,首先使用测力天平和测压系统,对横摆角工况下汽车模型的气动六分力和纵对称截面48个测点的表面压力进行了测量,然后利用PIV测量技术对模型在横摆角分别为0°、15°的尾部湍流场进行了测量,获得该模型尾流场的速度场、涡量场和雷诺应力流场信息,通过计算得出尾流场区域空间相关系数和湍流积分尺度。结果表明:在横摆角工况下,汽车模型尾部涡流的结构呈现向上发展的趋势;尾流场拖拽涡的范围和强度的增大导致了模型气动力出现较大的增加;湍流积分尺度的变化表明,尾部涡流区的分离噪声与涡流分离位置有关,在汽车尾部造型设计中,要尽量推迟尾部涡流的分离。 相似文献
