The amplitude-dependent ac susceptibility of high-temperature superconductors is shown to obey some empirical scaling relations. We try to analyze this behavior by extending a dc nonlinear response function of mixed state to the ac cases. The derived equations for critical current and ac susceptibility X(T) agree with the scaling relations of experimental data. 相似文献

Both the oxygen content and Tonset c of the Bi2Ca2.5(Ln, Ln+)0.5Cu2O y system monotonically increases as the mean ionic radius of (Ln, Ln+) increases. The structural modulations in all of the samples are almost commensurate with a period equal to 9b. In Bi2-xPbCa2.5Nd0.5Cu2O y , Tonset c decreases with increasing Pb concentration. In order to investigate the effect of post annealing using a hot isostatic press (HIP), Bi2Ca2.5La0.25Pr0.25Cu2O y was processed under different HIP conditions. This result suggested that HIP annealing causes a phase change from the 232 structure to the 221 structure. 相似文献

With the miniaturization of devices, size and interface effects become increasingly important for the properties and performances
of nanomaterials. Here, we present a thermodynamic approach to the mechanism behind size-induced unusual behavior in the phase
stabilities of ferromagnetic (FM), antiferromagnetic (AFM), ferroelectric (FE), and superconductive (SC) nanocrystals, which
are different dramatically from their bulk counterparts. This method is based on the Lindemann criterion for melting, Mott’s
expression for the vibrational melting entropy, and the Shi model for the size-dependent melting temperature. Simple and unified
functions, without any adjustable parameter, are established for the size and interface dependences of thermal and phase stabilities
of FM, AFM, FE and SC nanocrystals. According to these analytic functions, as the size of nanocrystals is reduced, the thermal
and phase stabilities may strengthen or weaken, depending on the confluence of the surface/volume ratio of nanocrystals and
the FM(AFM, FE or SC)/substrate interface situations. The validity of this model is confirmed by a large number of experimental
results. This theory will be significant for the choice of materials and the design of devices for practical application.

We report the iron isotope effect on a transition temperature (Tc) in an optimally-doped (Ba,K)Fe2As2 (Tc = 38 K) and SmFeAsO1−y (Tc = 54 K) superconductors. In order to obtain the reliable isotope shift in Tc, twin samples with different iron isotope mass are synthesized in the same conditions (simultaneously) under high-pressure. We have found that (Ba,K)Fe2As2 shows an inverse iron isotope effect αFe = −0.18 ± 0.03 while SmFeAsO1−y shows a small iron isotope effect αFe = −0.02 ± 0.01, where the isotope exponent α is defined by Tc ∼ M−α (M is the isotopic mass). The results show that αFe changes in the iron-based superconductors depending on the system. The distinct iron isotope effects imply the exotic coupling mechanism in the iron-based superconductors. 相似文献

We report the 11B and 195Pt NMR measurements in non-centrosymmetric superconductors Li2(Pd1−xPtx)3B (x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0). From the measurements of spin–lattice relaxation time (T1), we found that there was a coherence peak (CP) just below superconducting transition temperature (Tc) for x = 0–0.5 but no CP in x = 1. We demonstrated that the system for x = 0–0.5 were BCS superconductors but there existed line node in the superconducting gap for x = 1.0. The 195Pt Knight Shift in x = 0.2 decreased below Tc, indicating spin-singlet state. The results showed that BCS superconducting state evolves into an exotic state with line-nodes in the gap function when x is increased, as the spin–orbit coupling is enhanced. 相似文献

在理想无限长直高温超导 -永磁导轨系统中 ,由于导轨磁场分布的不均匀性 ,超导体运动过程中所处外磁场有对称及不对称分布两种情况。原 Prigozhin模型假设超导体各向同性 ,但 YBCO高温超导体存在明显的各向异性。改进Prigozhin模型增加了原模型中的约束条件 ,考虑了这种各向异性。在对称外磁场中改进 Prigozhin模型的计算结果和原Prizhogin模型相同 ,因为原模型在对称外磁场中自然满足超导体各向异性。在不对称外磁场中计算结果和实验结果吻合较好 ,而原模型计算结果和实验结果差别较大。所以改进模型考虑了各向异性 ,适用于对称和不对称外磁场 ,能得到更准确的计算结果。 相似文献

In order to determine the key parameters that control the resistive switching mechanism in metal–complex oxides interfaces, we have studied the electrical properties of metal/YBa2Cu3O7−δ (YBCO) interfaces using metals with different oxidation energy and work function (Au, Pt, Ag) deposited by sputtering on the surface of a YBCO ceramic sample. By analyzing the IV characteristics of the contact interfaces and the temperature dependence of their resistance, we inferred that ion migration may generate or cancel conducting filaments, which modify the resistance near the interface, in accordance with the predictions of a recent model. 相似文献

Magnetization studies were carried out for the novel FeSe1−xTex superconductors (0≤x≤1) to investigate a behavior of the intrinsic magnetic susceptibility χ in the normal state. The magnetic susceptibility was found to increase gradually with Te content. The temperature dependencies of the magnetic susceptibility χ and its anisotropy Δχ=χ∥−χ⊥ were measured for FeSe in the temperature range 4.2–300 K, and a growth of susceptibility with temperature was revealed. For FeTe a substantial increase of χ under pressure was found. Ab initio calculations of the band structure and magnetic susceptibility have shown, that FeSe1−xTex systems are close to magnetic instability with dominating enhanced spin paramagnetism. The calculated paramagnetic susceptibility exhibits a strong dependence on the unit cell volume V and especially the height of chalcogen species from the Fe plane. With appropriate values of these parameters the calculations have reproduced the experimental data on χ(T) and χ(P) for FeSe and FeTe, respectively. 相似文献
