碳纤维汞膜微电极1.5次微分伏安法测定米托蒽醌的研究

米托蒽醌（ＭＸＴ）能吸附在碳纤维汞膜微电极表面，阴极溶出时，产生一个灵敏的１．５次微分溶出峰，其峰电流和米托葱酿的浓度在１．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ～１．３×１０－９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内具有良好的线性关系，经３ｍｉｎ的富集，检出限可达１．０×１０－１０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，据此建立了测定ＭＸＴ的灵敏的新方法，本文讨论了实验条件，并对血样中的ＭＸＴ进行了测定。     

Der erste Polyiodokomplex – Triethylsulfoniumtriiodomercurat(II)-tris(diiod), (Et3S)[Hg2I6]1/2 · 3 I2

The First Polyiodo Complex – Triethylsulfoniumtriiodomercurate(II)-tris(diiodine), (Et₃S)[Hg₂I₆]_1/2 · 3 I₂ After Raman spectroscopic investigation of the system HgI₂/Et₃SI_x, x = 3, 5, 7, triethylsulfoniumtriiodomercuratetris(diiodine), (Et₃S)[Hg₂I₆]_1/2 · 3 I₂ was synthesized by reacting of HgI₂ and liquid Et₃SI₇. The compound crystallizes at room temperature triclinically in the space group P1 with a = 879.4(7), b = 1 209.1(5), c = 1 291.5(5) pm, α = 96.16(3)°, β = 103.82(6)°, γ = 99.05(5)° and Z = 2. The crystal structure is composed of disordered Et₃S⁺ cations, the centrosymmetric complex anion [HgI_2/2I₂]₂^2? and three connecting iodine molecules I₂.     

Structures and hardness of ethyl halides and ethyl tosylate

Ab initio calculations (RHF) of EtX molecules (X=F, Cl, Br, I, or OTs) were carried out with the use of different basis sets. Total charges on the atoms in the compounds under study were determined by Mulliken's, NPA, and Bader's methods, and a comparison of these values was performed. For all EtX compounds, a topological analysis of the electron density was carried out within the framework of Bader's theory, and the global and relative local hardnesses of the above-mentioned ethylating agents were estimated. 脱氧核糖核酸在汞膜电极上的电化学行为

首次在汞膜电极上利用循环安，微分脉冲和交流伏安法研究脱氧核糖核酸（ＤＮＡ）的电化学行为，结果表明汞膜电极作为一类固体电极可应用于负电位区ＤＮＡ电化学行为的研究。同时结合凝胶电泳和ＵＶ光谱法，研究了用纯高氯酸处理的ＤＮＡ的氧化还原特性，结果表明纯高氯酸可经起ＤＮＡ的变性和降解，纯高氯酸不适宜ＤＮＡ的变性处理。     

Study of the acylation reaction of 2,6-dimethyl-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid hydrazides

Acylation of 3-ethoxycarbonyl-2,6-dimethyl-5-pyridinecarboxylic acid hydrazide and 2,6-dimethyl-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid dihydrazide using aromatic acid chlorides gave the corresponding N-aroyl hydrazides. It was found that the hydrazinolysis of 3-ethoxycarbonyl-2,6-dimethyl-5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid N-aroyl hydrazides occurred not at the ester group but as a rehydrazinolysis reaction at the dihydrazide fragment. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 12, pp. 1834–1845, December, 2005.     

Sensitive voltammetric determination of gallium in aluminium materials using renewable mercury film silver based electrode

Simple cyclic renewable silver amalgam film electrode (Hg(Ag)FE), applied for the determination of gallium(III) using differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DP ASV), is presented. The effects of various factors such as: preconcentration potential and time, pulse height, step potential and supporting electrolyte composition are optimised. The calibration graph is linear from 5?nM (0.35?µg?L^?1) to 80?nM (5.6?µg?L^?1) for a preconcentration time of 60?s, with correlation coefficient of 0.995. For a Hg(Ag)FE with a surface area of 9.9?mm² the detection limit for a preconcentration time of 120?s is as low as 0.1?µg?L^?1. The repeatability of the method at a concentration level of the analyte as low as 3.5?µg?L^?1, expressed as RSD is 3.2% (n?=?5). The proposed method was successfully applied by studying the synthetic samples and simultaneously recovery of Ga(III) from spiked aluminium samples.     

N-苯基-1,7-二硒杂-4-氮杂[7]二茂铁环蕃的合成、晶体结构及其光电性质研究

合成了N-苯基-1,7-二硒杂-4-氮杂-[7]二茂铁环蕃（1）,并用核磁、质谱、单晶X-射线衍射进行了表征。晶体结构测试结果表明1是属于正交晶系的Ibca空间群,晶胞参数a=0.95474（2）nm,b=0.95958（2）nm,c=7.8590（2）nm,其中晶胞参数c值在N-Se杂大环中很少见。光谱研究显示1仅对Hg²⁺和Cu²⁺的加入产生响应,表现为紫外最大吸收峰的红移和荧光淬灭。     

掺氮高荧光碳点的一步法制备及对痕量Hg(Ⅱ)离子的选择性检测

采用一步水热法制备了一种水溶性的、具有良好荧光性能的掺氮碳量子点(N-碳点),其尺寸大小均匀,约为7 nm。N-碳点的荧光强度随N的掺杂量、水热反应温度、溶液的pH值而改变。在最佳反应条件下所制备的N-碳点的荧光量子产率高达24.4%。该N-碳点作为一种简单、低成本的荧光探针用于检测痕量Hg²⁺,具有高选择性和高灵敏度的特点,其最低检测极限可达到0.02 μmol·L^-1 (4.012 ng)。     

Copper-Catalyzed Amination of Aryl Halides with Aqueous Ammonia under Mild Conditions

A Cu(I) generated in situ from CuSO₄·5H₂O/sodium ascorbate catalyzed cross‐coupling reaction of aryl halides with aqueous ammonia for the synthesis of primary aromatic amines has been developed. Key to the success included the application of aqueous ammonia under a homogeneous condition.
