ω-溴代芳香基乙酮与3-(D-葡萄糖-1-基)-4-氨基-5-巯基-1，2，4-三唑反应 合成了一系列新颖的3-(D-葡萄糖-1-基)-6-芳基-7H-1，2，4三唑并[3，4-b[1，3 ，4]噻二嗪．用元素分析，IR，NMR，MS对其结构进行了表征，研究了其NMR波谱特 征，并以^1H-^1H COSY，^13C-^1H COSY，COLOC二维NMR技术对其^1H NMR，^13C NMR的谱峰进行了全归属     

ZrO_2/S_2O_8~(2-)固体超强酸高效催化合成二芳砜化合物

报道了以ZrO_2／S_2O_8～(2-)固体超强酸为催化剂，在无溶剂条件下，依照 傅一克反应的原理，由芳香磺酰氯与芳香化合物作用合成了一系列二芳砜化合物， 收率为79％～93％．此方法具有操作简便，催化剂价廉易得、活性高、对环境友好 、可回收重复使用等优点．     

A new synthesis, including asymmetric synthesis, of spiro[4.n]alkenones from three components: cyclic ketones, chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide, and acetonitrile; and a formal total synthesis of racemic acorone

1-Chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides were synthesized from several kinds of cyclic ketones and chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide in good yields. Treatment of the 1-chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides with cyanomethyllithium at −78°C to room temperature gave spirocyclic enaminonitriles in high yields. Acidic treatment of the enaminonitriles afforded spiro[4.n]alkenones in good yields. By using an unsymmetrical cyclic ketone, α-tetralone, and optically active chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide, this procedure afforded enantiomerically pure spiro[4.5]decenone in good yield with excellent asymmetric induction from the sulfoxide chiral center. By using this method a formal total synthesis of a racemic spirocyclic sesquiterpene, acorone, was realized.     

手性钛锆化合物在不对称合成中的应用

本文综述了近年来手性钛锆化合物在不对称合成中的应用, 特别是手性柄型金属钛和锆化合物在不对称合成中的应用。对这类催化剂的特点和前景作了简要介绍。     

希土季铵盐配合物的研究——Ⅴ.[(n-C4H9)4N]3Nd(NCS)6的晶体结构研究

合成了硫氰酸合希土酸四丁基季铵盐配合物,测定了它们的远红外光谱及部分配合物的中红外光谱,结果表明,配合物中的NCS^-是以氮原子与Ln³⁺配位。用X射线单晶衍射法测定了[(n-C₄H₉)₄N]₃Nd(NCS)₆晶体的结构,结果表明,该晶体属单斜晶系,C_c空间群,晶胞参数为:a=25.188(8)Å,b=13.320(6)Å,c=25.322(8)Å,β=121.30(2)°,晶胞体积V=7258.9ų,每一晶胞中有四个配合物分子,中心离子Nd³⁺与六个来自NCS^-的氮原子配位,这六个氮位于配位正八面体的六个顶角上,构成配阴离子Nd(NCS)₆^3-,它与三个[(n-C₄H₉)₄N]⁺以静电引力结合成中心分子,所以晶体为离子型晶体。     

手性多噁唑啉的一步合成方法

尽管已报道了多种结构类型的手性单或双噁唑啉, 但手性多噁唑啉的合成及其应用的文献报道比较少. 本工作以多元羧酸为原料, 与手性2-氨基-1-丁醇经一步反应合成了8个手性多噁唑啉, 产率为89%～98%, 其结构经¹ H NMR谱、IR谱、MS谱和元素分析确证.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structur of (4,4''-H2bipy)[CdBr4]·H2O

The title compound (4,4'-H2bipy)[CdBr4]·H2O 1 has been synthesized via hydrothermal reaction and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoelinic,space group P21/c with a=8.260(3), b=23.926(7), c=9.774(2) (A), β=106.777(9)°,C10H12Br4CdN2O, Mr=608.26, V=1849.4(9)(A)3, Z=4, Dc=2.185 g/cm3, S=1.005, μ(MoKα)=9.814 mm-1, F(000)=1128, R=0.0646 and wR=0.0989. The crystal structure analysis of 1reveals that the title compound features an isolated structure, based on discrete 4,4'-H2bipy moieties and lattice water molecules which are linked by hydrogen bonds together with tetrahedral cadmium atoms terminally coordinated by four bromine atoms.     

Soluble and polymer-supported 2- and 3-benzylated furans for the preparation of α,β-ethylenic carbonyl compounds

Soluble and polymer-supported 2- and 3-benzylated furans were subjected to a sequence involving a Diels-Alder reaction with α,β-acetylenic carbonyl compounds, a Michael addition, and a subsequent retro-Diels-Alder reaction to yield olefinic compounds. On solid support, this traceless strategy is advantageous since pure compounds were released in the thermal cycloreversion step. The fur-2-ylated resin allowed a highly diastereoselective synthesis.

3, 6-二取代-均三唑并[3, 4-b]-1, 3, 4-噻二唑的合成

研究了2-苯基-1, 2, 3-三唑-4-羧酸(1)与3-烷基/芳基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1, 2, 4-三唑(2a～o)在POCl~3催化下, 脱水缩合得到15个新的3-烷基/芳基-6-(2'-苯基-1', 2', 3'-三唑-4'-基)均三唑并[3,4-b]-1, 3, 4-噻二唑类化合物(3a～o)。
