复制缺陷型人泡沫病毒载体辅助质粒pΔGP的构建及转染小肠癌细胞的研究

在人泡沫病毒原病毒全长克隆pHRSV13的基础上,缺失突变gag和pol基因,并且用SV40polyA加尾信号替代人泡沫病毒的3′LTR,构建辅助质粒pΔGP.将复制缺陷型人泡沫病毒载体质粒pGPSNI EGFP和辅助质粒pΔGP分别转染和共转染小肠癌HIC细胞系,荧光显微镜检测发现共转染pGPSNI EGFP和pΔGP的HIC细胞能够强烈表达绿色荧光蛋白,转染有复制缺陷型人泡沫病毒载体质粒pGPSNI EGFP的HIC细胞能够表达少量的绿色荧光蛋白,而转染有辅助载体pΔGP的HIC细胞不表达绿色荧光.结果证明复制缺陷型人泡沫病毒载体的构建成功,表明人泡沫病毒env基因3′端的内部启动子IP具有弱启动子的活性,并且bel基因产生的调控蛋白能够反式激活人泡沫病毒内部启动子IP和5′LTR的启动子.     

现代热力学的完整分类系统--非平衡非耗散热力学新领域

在同一体系中同时有多个不可逆过程时，不可逆过程之间会有相互影响，原来的非自发过程有可能在其他自发过程的影响下得以进行，这种现象就称为热力学耦合或反应耦合，长期以来，经典热力学把热力学第二定律的等式作为平衡体系的充分必要条件，其中隐含了一个前提性的假定，即经典热力学的对象只限于非耦合的体系，摈弃这一隐含的前提性假定以后，热力学自身就发展成为一个现代热力学的完整学术体系，适用于任何宏观体系（包括极其复杂的生命体系），现代热力学的完整学术体系中包含了一个崭新的非平衡非耗散热力学新领域，由于该领域属于热力学第二定律的等式部分，因此可以定量计算，并得到一系列理论计算的非平衡相图，与文献上报道的激尖低压金刚石合成等的大量实验数据相符。     

Synthesis and structure of O-(arylcarbamoyl)butyrhydroximoyl chlorides

The O-(arylcarbamoyl)butyrhydroximoyl chlorides were synthesized, and the x-ray structural analysis (XSA) of one of them — O-(o-tolylcarbamoyl)butyrhydroximoyl chloride — was performed. It was established from the data of the XSA and the PMR spectra that all synthesized compounds are the Z isomers.Institute of Physiologically Active Substances, Russian Academy of Sciences, 142432 Chernogolovka. Solvothermal synthesis of TiO2: anatase nanocrystals and rutile nanofibres from TiCl4 in acetone

This work reports a new synthetic approach for single‐phase TiO₂ nanomaterials by solvothermal treatment of titanium tetrachloride in acetone at 80–110 °C. Small, uniform, and yet size‐tunable (5–10 nm) anatase titania nanocrystallites were obtained using a low concentration of TiCl₄ in acetone (i.e., at molar ratios of TiCl₄/acetone ≤ 1:15) in the temperature range of 80–110 °C, while rutile nanofibers were synthesized using a high concentration of TiCl₄ (e.g., TiCl₄/acetone = 1:10) at 110 °C. Hydrothermal synthesis of FeS2 for lithium batteries

Nanocrystalline FeS₂ cathode material of lithium cell was synthesized from cheap materials of FeSO₄, Na₂S₂O₃, and sulfur by a hydrothermal process. The scanning electron microscopy analysis showed the obtained material was nano-sized, about 500 nm. The X-ray powder diffraction analysis showed that the synthetic FeS₂ material had two phases of the crystalline structure, pyrite and marcasite. The phase of marcasite seems to have no negative effect on the electrochemical performance of the material. The synthetic FeS₂ showed a significant improvement of electrochemical performance for Li/FeS₂ cells.     

Hydrothermal synthesis and Magnetocaloric effect of La0.5Ca0.3Sr0.2MnO3

The hydrothermal synthesis and magnetic entropy change for the perovskite manganite La_0.5Ca_0.3Sr_0.2MnO₃ have been studied. The La_0.5Ca_0.3Sr_0.2MnO₃ can be produced as phase-pure, crystalline powders in one step from solutions of metal salts in aqueous potassium hydroxide solution at a temperature of 513 K in 72 h. Scanning electron microscopy shows that the materials are made up of cuboid-shaped particles in typical dimension of 4.0×2.5×1.6 μm. Heat treatment can improve the magnetocaloric effect for the hydrothermal sample. The maximum magnetic entropy change ΔS_M for the as-prepared sample is 0.88 J kg⁻¹ K⁻¹ at 315 K for a magnetic field change of 2.0 T. It increases to 1.52 J kg⁻¹ K⁻¹, near its Curie temperature (317 K) by annealing the sample at 1473 K for 6 h. The hydrothermal synthesis method is a feasible route to prepare high-quality perovskite material for magnetic refrigeration application.     

A convergent approach to the formal total synthesis of hemibrevetoxin B

A convergent synthesis of the key synthetic intermediate of hemibrevetoxin B was achieved via the intramolecular allylation of an α-chloroacetoxy ether and subsequent ring-closing metathesis.     

A Rapid Solid-phase Synthesis to Soluble Oligothiophene Molecular Wires

A novel method for the preparation of oligothiophene molecular wires is described via a bi-directional solid-phase synthesis. Using an alternating sequence of bromination and Stille coupling reactions, oligomers were obtained up to the heptamer in excellent yield and purity.
