嵌入耦合量子点的介观Aharonov-Bohm环内的持续电流

使用双杂质的Anderson模型的哈密顿量，从理论上研究了一个嵌入耦合量子点的介观Aharonov-Bohm环系统处在Kondo区时的基态性质, 并用slave-boson平均场方法求解了哈密顿量. 结果表明, 在这个系统中, 宇称效应和复杂的电流 相位关系的出现反映了两个量子点可以相干耦合. 关键词： 持续电流 耦合量子点 宇称效应 Kondo效应     

Matrix assisted pulsed laser evaporation processing of triacetate-pullulan polysaccharide thin films for drug delivery systems

We report the first successful deposition of triacetate-pullulan polysaccharide thin films by matrix assisted pulsed laser evaporation. We used a KrF* excimer laser source (λ = 248 nm, τ ≈ 20 ns) operated at a repetition rate of 10 Hz. We demonstrated by FTIR that our thin films are composed of triacetate-pullulan maintaining its chemical structure and functionality. The dependence on incident laser fluence of the induced surface morphology is analysed.     

Processing parameters and transport properties of vacuum evaporated CdSe thin films

Semiconducting thin films of cadmium selenide have been grown by conventional thermal evaporation technique on glass substrate. Films evaporated at substrate temperature equal 523 K are stoichiometric and homogeneous. Effect of various growth parameters like rate of deposition and substrate temperature on the electrical properties has been studied in details. Also, the annealed at 673 K under vacuum for 1 h films have been analyzed for resistivity and Hall effect.     

电子束蒸发沉积Ir膜真空紫外反射特性

Ir是一种重要的真空紫外反射材料,在太阳物理、宇宙物理、生命科学、大气物理、同步辐射等方面有着十分重要的应用.对电子束蒸发沉积Ir膜在真空紫外波段的反射特性进行了系统的理论和实验研究.根据吸收材料基底上单层金属膜数学计算模型,对不同基片上各种厚度的Ir膜真空紫外反射率进行了优化计算.根据计算和前期实验结果,采用电子束蒸发方法,在石英、K9玻璃基片上沉积了不同厚度的Ir膜,在入射波长120 nm处获得了近30%正入射反射率,对应的Ir膜厚度为12 nm.过厚或过薄均不利于Ir膜反射率的提高.经退火处理后,Ir膜中张应力有所释放但并未消除,同时晶粒平均尺寸显著增大,反射率下降.     

几类粒子密度算符和粒子流密度算符的讨论

从粒子密度和粒子流密度出发,分析了几类相关的算符,讨论了它们的性质与相互关系;从具体的物理意义出发,明确了合适的粒子密度算符和粒子流密度算符的表达形式.     

采用罗戈夫斯基线圈诊断径向束流

 罗戈夫斯基线圈具有结构简单、高频特性好等特点而被广泛应用于脉冲电流测量。提出了用两个自积分式罗戈夫斯基线圈诊断径向束流的方法,在此基础上设计了两个用于径向束流诊断的自积分式罗戈夫斯基线圈,对其进行了标定。当标准电流的上升沿为30 ns时,罗氏线圈响应时间约为10 ns;整个系统的测量误差约为4.7%。从标定结果来看,该系统的频率响应特性和测量精度能够满足ns级束流诊断的要求,该方法可以用于径向结构高功率微波器件的束流强度测量。     

整齐排列的氧化锌纳米针阵列的场发射性能

采用简单的热蒸发方法,不使用任何催化剂,在硅基底上制备出了两种垂直于基底、整齐排列的氧化锌纳米针阵列.它们具有均匀的分布以及一致的取向和高度.场发射性能研究表明它们同时具有较低的开启和阈值场强,稳定的发射电流和长时间维持发射的能力.较低的开启和阈值场强来源于它们较高的长径比和较细的尖端;稳定发射电流和长时间维持发射的能力来源于它们在基底上均匀一致的分布以及由于较粗的根部带来的与基底的良好接触.实验结果表明整齐的氧化锌针状纳米结构阵列是一种理想的平面场发射材料. 关键词： 氧化锌 热蒸发 阵列场发射 屏蔽效应     

A new tuning procedure for the DTL RF field pattern

The DTL tank is a multi-cell cavity.In a fabricated tank,the measured average axial field E0 for each cell may obviously deviate from the designed value.It is generally thought the deviation is due to the errors in fabrication and assembly.But it is not always true.In this paper,it is shown that the deviation may already exist before fabrication in some cases.It is partly due to the imperfection of the current design procedures.A new design method is introduced to reduce the deviation in the design stage.     

Testifying experiment of the multi-pulse phenomena of capillary discharge soft-X-ray laser

In a capillary discharge experiment for the neon-like argon lasing, we have proposed an experimental scheme to verify that the multi-spike of X-ray diode (XRD) signal is a multi-pulse laser or is a reflection of the laser pulse in the XRD.The ceramic capillary has an inner diameter of 3mm and a length of 200mm.At the gas pressure of 28Pa and discharge current of 27kA, stable lasing has been realized.The experimental results prove that the multi-spike of XRD signal is a reflection of the electromagnetic signal produced by the laser pulse in the XRD.The improved electrocircuit scheme of the XRD to minimize the reflection phenomena is also found.     

用于光纤电流传感器的BGO晶体磁光特性研究

在理论分析Bi4Ge3O12（BGO）晶体磁光特性的基础上,利用倍频法测量了不同工作波长下BGO晶体的费尔德常量,获得了与理论相符的实验结果.同时根据BGO晶体费尔德常量随波长的变化关系曲线,通过对该晶体吸收系数的测量,得出了其磁光优值曲线.进而将BGO晶体的磁光特性与光纤电流传感器常用的几种磁光材料作了对比,结果表明BGO晶体适合用于光纤电流传感器.
