本文在文献[1]的基础上加以推广,分析了在均布外压作用下复合材料三角形网格加筋圆锥壳体总体稳定性,考虑了蒙皮的正交拉弯耦合效应和加筋筋条的偏心效应.基于外压实验观察结果,通过选择恰当的位移分量表达式,本文利用Galerkin法获得了临界外压的近似表达式,并对某一C/E复合材料三角形内网格加筋圆锥壳体的临界外压值进行了理论计算,所得结果与实验值相当吻合.文中所得结果可供工程应用参考. 相似文献

The problem of simplifying the nonlinear hereditary elasticity relations is considered for strongly anisotropic materials
such as fiber-reinforced composites. This is done using their property that the material stiffness is high along the reinforcement
and is low in the cross-sectional direction. The material is considered transversally isotropic. The simplification is performed
by analyzing asymptotic representations of creep relations. Relations of various degrees of accuracy for various types of
composites and stress states are obtained.

Cylindrical shells consisting of cylindrical panels of smaller radius and subjected to uniform external pressure are analyzed
for stability. The geometrical parameters of the shells are approximated by Fourier series on a discrete set of points. The
Timoshenko theory of shells is used. The solution is represented in the form of trigonometric series. It is shown that short-and
medium-length shells with cylindrical panels are advantageous over circular shells. By selecting appropriate parameters of
the panels, keeping the mass of the shell constant, it is possible to achieve a significant gain in critical loads. The shells
under consideration are less effective than isotropic shells. Shells with sinusoidal corrugation under external pressure are
of no practical interest

针对薄壁复合材料格栅加筋结构的受力特点,在改进原有力学假设的基础之上,推导了一种新的平铺等效刚度计算方法,它充分考虑了筋条和面板之间的相互作用.通过格栅单元结构布局形式的参数化表示,建立了通用的力学分析模型;该模型可用于分析各种结构布局形式和面板铺层方式下的结构总体屈曲问题,故对于航空航天结构设计非常有用.结合Rayleigh-Ritz方法,推导出了求解格栅加筋板屈曲载荷的通用线性特征方程;最后,分析了多种类型格栅结构的算例,并与现有的各种方法进行了比较,结果更为精确,因而对格栅加筋结构的优化设计具有很好的应用价值. 相似文献

在径向和复合(切向与径向复合)微动条件下,考察了2091铝锂合金在不同载荷水平和倾斜角度下的微动行为和损伤过程;结合不同阶段微动磨痕剖面分析,研究了微动白层(TTS)的形成条件,并详细分析了在不同微动阶段TTS的演变过程.结果表明,TTS形成的主要控制因素是表面切应力和切向位移,TTS形成过程呈现塑性变形特征;TTS对磨损过程具有重要影响. 相似文献

The structural theory of short-term damage is generalized to the case where the undamaged components of a particulate composite
deform nonlinearly under loads that induce a compound stress state. The basis for this generalization is the stochastic elasticity
equations for a particulate composite with porous components whose skeletons deform nonlinearly. Damage in a microvolume of
the material is assumed to occur in accordance with the Huber-Mises failure criterion. Balance equations for damaged microvolume
are derived for the physically nonlinear materials of the components. Together with the macrostress-macrostrain relationship
for a particulate composite with porous nonlinear components, they constitute a closed-form system of equations. This system
describes the coupled processes of physically nonlinear deformation and microdamage. Algorithms for calculating the microdamage-macrostrain
relationship and plotting stress-strain curves are proposed. Such curves are plotted for the case where the composite is subjected
to a combination of normal and tangential loads, and microdamages occur in the linearly hardened matrix and do not in the
linearly elastic inclusions. The stress-strain curves are examined depending on the volume fraction of inclusions and presence
of tangential stresses

The paper describes use of self-consistent finite element method (SCFEM) for predicting effective properties of fiber composite
with partially debonded interface. The effective longitudinal Young's modulus and shear modulus for unidirectional fiber reinforced
composites with fiber-end cracks are calculated. Numerical results show that the effective properties are considerably influenced
by the fiber-end cracks. The effects of microstructural parameters, such as fiber volume fraction, modulus ratio of the constituents
and fiber aspect, on the effective properties of the composites were discussed.
