A transient suppression method for piezoelectric ceramic transducer is presented. By adding some special pedestal pulses to the original transmitted signal, the transient effects in the output of the transducer can be just precisely transmission by use of a narrowband transducer. canceled, thereby achieving the broadband The experimental results show that the transient responses of the sinusoid pulses and coded signals are suppressed successfully and the acoustic waveforms radiated into the surrounding water are improved significantly.  相似文献

In this paper, a new highly sensitive potentiometric pH electrode is proposed based on the solid-state PbO2 film electrodeposited on carbon ceramic electrode (CCE). Two different crystal structures of PbO2, α and β were examined and the similar results were obtained. Moreover, the experimental results obtained for the proposed pH sensor and a conventional glass pH electrode were in good agreement. The electromotive force (emf) signal between the pH-sensitive PbO2-coated CCE and SCE reference electrode was linear over the pH range of 1.5–12.5. Near-Nernstian slopes of −64.82 and −57.85 mV/pH unit were obtained for α- and β-PbO2 electrodes, respectively. The interferences of some mono-valence and multi-valence ions on potentiometric response of the sensor were studied. The proposed pH sensor displayed high ion selectivity with respect to K+, Na+, Ca2+, and Li+, with log values around −12 and has a working lifetime of about 30 days. Key parameters important for the pH sensor performance, including kind of PbO2 film, selectivity, response time, stability, and reproducibility, have been characterized. The proposed electrode showed a good efficiency for direct pH-metry after calibration and pH-metric titrations without calibration step. The response time was about 1 s in acidic medium and less than 30 s in alkaline solutions. The pH values of complex matrix samples such as fruit juices measured by the proposed sensor and a conventional glass pH electrode were in good agreement.  相似文献

In the present paper chemical characterization has been carried out on 67 shards of archaeological pottery from Dougga (North Tunisia). The analysed shards, dated to the Byzantine period (VI–VII century A.D.), belong to the three ceramic classes African Red Slip Ware, Dougga Ware and African cooking Ware. Fourteen elements have been determined by both atomic emission spectroscopy with flame as source (AES) and by using an inductively coupled plasma source (ICP-OES). The data acquired have been treated by statistical techniques in order to define grouping for the examined shards. Both unsupervised and supervised methods have been employed in order to define groups of different pottery shards. As a comparison, some samples (control group) coming from Southern Tunisia have been examined. All the statistical methods employed have evidenced how the control group, as concerns the chemical composition, is clearly distinguishable from Ain Wassel samples which are highly homogeneous. In fact because of the compositional homogeneity of the Northern Tunisia productions, it is quite difficult to establish a good classification and distribution of the samples in well defined cluster. Nevertheless supervised analysis has evidenced how, among the three classes, the African cooking Ware is the more distinguishable one confirming the archaeologists' hypothesis that Dougga Ware is an imitation of African Red Slip Ware.  相似文献

Hydrolysis reaction of Fe(NO3)3 at a high temperature in the presence of urea as the homogeneous precipitant was studied. With the prepared ceramic filter balls loaded with α-Fe2O3 after high temperature calcination, the loading of α-Fe2O3 on the porous ceramic filter balls from Fe(NO3)3 solutions of different concentrations and mechanical stability of the loaded α-Fe2O3 were studied. The product was characterized using XRD and SEM. Adsorption experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of the product in adsorbing NH3-N. It turned out that the specific surface area of the ceramic filter balls loaded with α-Fe2O3 had increased to 36.5387 m2/g from original 4.6127 m2/g. When the concentration of Fe(NO3)3 was 0.40 mol/L, the loading of α-Fe2O3 on the ceramic filter balls accounted for 8.4% of the total mass of the adsorbent and α-Fe2O3 was adsorbed on the filter balls very well. The adsorption isotherm of NH3-N on the ceramic filter ball adsorbent loaded with α-Fe2O3 was of Langmuir type. The saturated adsorption capacity was 3.33 mg/L, and the adsorption constant K was 0.1873. NH3-N was adsorbed by α-Fe2O3 more easily, which was a kind of specific adsorption.  相似文献

Lead pentacyanonitrosylferrate (PbPCNF), a new Prussian blue analog, was immobilized on the surface of a carbon ceramic electrode (CCE) prepared by sol‐gel method. The immobilization process consists of adding a certain amount of metallic lead to the electrode matrix before gelation, and chemical derivatization of Pb on the electrode surface to a PbPCNF solid film by immersing the electrode in a solution of sodium pentacyanonitrosylferrate (PCNF). The composition of the synthesized PbPCNF was characterized by FTIR, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy‐dispersive X‐ray (EDX) techniques. The resulting modified electrode showed electroactivity at two redox centers. The electrochemical behavior of the PbPCNF modified carbon ceramic electrode (PbPCNF|CCE) was studied by cyclic voltammetry. Under optimized conditions the peak‐to‐peak separation is only 39 mV, indicative of a surface reaction. Ion effects of the supporting electrolyte suggest that cations have a considerable effect on the electrochemical behavior of the modified electrode. The transfer coefficient (α) and the charge transfer rate constant at the modifying film|electrode interface (ks) were calculated. The electrocatalytic activity of the modified electrode toward the electro‐reduction of peroxodisulfate was studied in details.  相似文献

A novel concept for the preparation of multiphase composite ceramics based on demixing of a single ceramic precursor has been developed and used for the synthesis of a dual‐phase H2‐permeable ceramic membrane. The precursor BaCe0.5Fe0.5O3?δ decomposes on calcination at 1370 °C for 10 h into two thermodynamically stable oxides with perovskite structures: the cerium‐rich oxide BaCe0.85Fe0.15O3?δ (BCF8515) and the iron‐rich oxide BaCe0.15Fe0.85O3?δ (BCF1585), 50 mol % each. In the resulting dual‐phase material, the orthorhombic perovskite BCF8515 acts as the main proton conductor and the cubic perovskite BCF1585 as the main electron conductor. The dual‐phase membrane shows an extremely high H2 permeation flux of 0.76 mL min?1 cm?2 at 950 °C with 1.0 mm thickness. This auto‐demixing concept should be applicable to the synthesis of other ionic‐electronic conducting ceramics.  相似文献

以高纯Al_2O_3、Y_2O_3和CeO_2为原料,采用固相法制备Ce∶YAG(掺铈钇铝石榴石)透明陶瓷,研究了稀土离子掺杂浓度以及烧结温度对陶瓷样品光学性能的影响。结果表明:陶瓷片透过率随着烧结温度的升高而增大,1750℃烧结获得的0.5%Ce∶YAG陶瓷片的透过率高达81.7%。Ce∶YAG陶瓷片的激发峰和发射峰分别位于350nm和530nm处,在白光LED领域具有极大的应用价值。  相似文献

以金属醋酸盐为原料,用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O微粉,并用TG、DTA、IR、XRD和TEM等手段对Bi1.85Pb0.35Sr1.9Ca2Cu3.1Oy粉末的热分解和晶化行为以及粉末粒度进行了分析测试,并用此微粉制备出以2223相为主要物相、零电阻为105K的高温陶瓷超导体。  相似文献

报道了近场扫描光学显微镜(Near-filed Scanning Optics Microscope NSOM)中一种基于切变力的探针 样品间距控制新方法.条形压电蜂鸣器片的上表面电极被沿着中心线分成两半,一半用于驱动,其上施加振荡源谐振频率进行激励,另一半上粘附光纤探针,并利用压电效应作为光纤探针的振幅传感器.当受振动激励的光纤探针由远处逐渐接近样品表面时,由于样品与探针之间的切变力阻尼作用使得探针的振幅减小,通过检测探针振幅的变化可以控制探针与样品的间距.我们建立了一套探针 样品间距探测控制系统并利用该系统获得了CD盘片表面8μm×8μm范围内的切变力形貌图.  相似文献

研究了由SialonSi3N4陶瓷球,9Cr18内外环以及由PTFE和玻璃纤维制成的保持架组合成的混合式陶瓷球轴承在液氮气氛和重负荷条件下的摩擦磨损性能,结果表明,通过90min的-196℃超低温台架试验后,混合式陶瓷球轴承仍可以正常工作,对试验后的陶瓷球进行显微镜观察未发现大面积的接触疲劳破坏,但在内外环滚道表面有轻微疲坑,混合式陶瓷球轴承的摩擦功耗明显低于钢制球轴承。  相似文献
