稀土-组氨酸-苯骈咪唑三元配合物的合成及其生物活性

在甲醇中合成了3种稀土-组氨酸-苯骈咪唑配合物Re(H is)m(B IM)(C lO4)3.nH2O(Re=La,m=3,n=6;Re=Nd,Y,m=2,n=8),其结构经UV,IR,TG-DTA,摩尔电导,化学分析和元素分析表征。生物活性实验表明:配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和霉菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,且菌液浓度越低,配合物的抑菌效果越好。     

Synthesis,Characterization and Reactions of 4‐Hydrazino‐2‐methylpyrimidino[4′5′:4,5]thiazolo[3,2‐a]benzimidazole

4‐Hydrazino‐2‐methylpyrimidino[4′,5′:4,5]thiazolo[3,2‐a]benzimidazole ( 4 ) was obtained from hydrazinolysis of the 4‐chloro derivative 3 with hydrazine hydrate. The hydrazino derivative 4 was further cyclized to the corresponding pyrazole 5 , pyrazolone 6 and 5‐methyl‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1″,5″:3′,4′]pyrimidino[5′,6′:5,4]‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]benzimidazole ( 9 ) and 5‐methy‐1,2,4‐triazolo[4″,3″:3′,4′]pyrimidino[5′,6′:5,4]thiazolo‐[3,2‐a]benzimidazole ( 10 ), respectively. The triazolo derivative 10 was isomerized to the triazolo derivative 9 under a variety of reaction conditions.     

Synthesis, crystal structure and forming mechanism of two novel copper (II) α-methacrylate complexes with benzimidazole

Two copper (II) α-Methacrylate complexes with benzimidazole, Cu[CH₂ = C(CH₃)-COO]₂ (C₃H₆N₂)₂(1) and Cu₂[CH₂ = C(CH₁)-COO]₂(C₃H₆N₂)₂(2), have been prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and electronic reflectance spectroscopies. ’The single crystal X-ray diffraction study of the two complexes shows that complex 1 has a square planar configuration, while complex 2 has a binuclear cage structure. The crystal structural analyses show that both complexes 1 and 2 are monoclinic. with space group p2₁/c,a = 0.924 16(8) nm,b = 1.233 02(13) nm,c = 0.989 1(3) nm,β = 91.912 (13),D _c = 1.386 g/cm³,Z=2,R = 0.033 9 for the former; anda = 0.905 7(2) nm,b = 2.252 1(5) nm,c = 1.623 5(4) nm,β = 90.11 (2),D _c = 1.411 g/cm³,Z = 4,R = 0.056 8, Cu-Cu = 0.266 21 nm for tin latter. Different structural types of complexes 1 and 2 were produced simultaneously in the reaction of copper (II) α-methacrylate with benzimidazole in methanol solution. ’The forming mechanism of the complexes has been summanzed. 低价钛促进的苯并咪唑并[1,2-c]喹唑啉衍生物的合成

利用低价钛试剂促进的2-邻硝基苯基苯并咪唑与原甲酸酯或丙酮或固体光气的反应, 合成了一系列苯并咪唑并[1,2-c]喹唑啉衍生物, 化合物的结构经IR, 1H NMR, MS和元素分析确定, 化合物4c的结构经单晶X射线衍射分析进一步确证. 该方法具有原料易得、操作简便和产率高等优点.     

基于不同辅助配体的氟代二苯基苯并咪唑铱配合物的合成及溶液加工型电致发光器件

以氟代二苯基苯并咪唑为主配体,结合不同的辅助配体乙酰丙酮(对应配合物Ir-1a～Ir-3a)、2-吡啶甲酸(对应配合物Ir-1b～Ir-3b)和2-(5-三氟甲基-2H-[1,2,4]三唑-3-基)-吡啶(tftp,对应配合物Ir-1c～Ir-3c),设计并合成了9个新颖的苯并咪唑铱(Ⅲ)配合物Ir-1a～Ir-3c....     

达比加群酯中间体3-【【【2-{[(4-氰基苯基)氨基]甲基}-1-甲基-1H-苯并咪唑-5-基】羰基】(吡啶-2-基)氨基】丙酸乙酯的合成

以对氨基苯腈为起始原料,经胺化反应制得N-(4-氰基苯基)甘氨酸(4);4与N-[3-氨基-4-(甲基氨基)苯甲酰基]-N-2-吡啶-β-丙氨酸乙酯(5)经酰胺化后经闭环反应,合成了达比加群酯的关键中间体——3-【【【2-{[(4-氰基苯基)氨基]甲基}-1-甲基-1H-苯并咪唑-5-基】羰基】(吡啶-2-基)氨基】丙酸乙酯,总收率79.6%,其结构经~1H NMR和ESI-MS确证。     

A New Dinuclear Cu(Ⅱ) Complex of a Ligand with Benzimidazole Group - Synthesis and Crystal Structure

A new dinuclear copper complex, [Cu(C9H11N3)Cl2]2(C18H22Cl4Cu2N6), has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray structure determination. It crystallizes in the triclinic P-1 space group with a = 7.526(3), b = 9.473(4), c = 9.535(3)(A), α = 117.214(10), β = 108.251(9), γ = 91.560(6)°, V = 562.3(4)(A)3, Z = 1, Mr = 591.30, F(000) = 298, Dc = 1.746 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 2.385 mm-1, the final R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1248 for 2188 unique reflections with 1629 observed ones (Ⅰ＞ 2σ(Ⅰ)). In the title complex, each copper(Ⅱ) atom is located at the center of a distorted trigonal bipyramid of five coordination atoms (two nitrogen and three chlorine atoms). Two copper(Ⅱ) atoms were bridged by two chlorine anions (Cl(2) and Cl(2a)) to form a Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) binuclear entity with the distance between two copper(Ⅱ) atoms of 3.398 (A).     

植物病毒病化学防治剂的探寻──I．5－含氟（硝基）苯并咪唑基苯氧乙酸衍生物的合成及抗植物病毒活性

合成了一类（２０个）新的含氟、含硝基的苯并咪唑基苯氧乙酸酯、肼和吲哚醌腙，比较了它们对植物病毒的抑制作用．实验结果表明，酯类化合物对烟草花叶病毒有较好的抑制作用，抑制百分率在５０％～６０％之间，对应的肼和腙类化合物活性很低．
