Synthesis of a Tweezer—like Bis（Phenylthiapropoxy）calix[4]—arene as a Cation／π Enhanced Sensor for Ion—Selective Electrodes

Two novel 25,27-dihydroxy-26,28-bis(3-phenylthiapropxy)-calix[4]arene(3) and 25,27-dihydroxy-26,28-bis(3-phenylthiapropoxy)-5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butylcalix[4] arene (4) were synthesized for the evaluation of their ion-selectivity in ion-selective electrodes(ISEs).ISEs based on 3 and 4 as neutral ionophores were prepared,and their selectivity coefficients for Ag^ (lg KAg,M^pot)were investigated against other alkali metal,alkaline-earth metal,aluminum,thallium(Ⅰ）,Lead and some transition metal ions using the separate solution method (SSM).These ISEs showed excellent Ag^ seletivity over most of the interfering cations examined,except for Hg^2 and Fe^2 having relative smaller interference(lg KAg,M^pot≤-2.1).     

Synthesis and Expression in Escherichia coli of a Human Neutrophil Activating Protein-1/Interleukin-8 Gene

The complete gene coding for human neutrophilactivating protein-1/interleukin-8 was synthesized using a semi-chemical semi-enzymatic method. The synthetic gene was then overexpressed in Escherichia coli under the temperature-regulated control of the P_RP_L tandem promoters. As determined by SDS-PAGE and densitometry, the overexpressed protein comprised up to 18.5% and 10.9% of the total soluble protein in E. coli cells grown in shake flasks and in batch fermentation, respectively. The recombinant NAP-1/IL-8 was then purified to>95% homogeneity by gel filtration and cation exchange chromatography. The purified protein appeared as a single band on the SDS-PAGE gel and possessed potent chemotactic activity in the concentration of <10 ng/ml, as assayed by the agarose plate method. An early skin reactivity was also observed when the pure NAP-1/IL-8 was injected subcutaneously into the rabbits. REAuAl4Ge2 and REAuAl4(AuxGe1−x)2 (RE=rare earth element): Quaternary intermetallics grown in liquid aluminum

The two families of intermetallic phases REAuAl₄Ge₂ (1) (RE=Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Er, Tm and Yb) and REAuAl₄(Au_xGe_1−x)₂ (2) (x=0.4) (RE=Ce and Eu) were obtained by the reactive combination of RE, Au and Ge in liquid aluminum. The structure of (1) adopts the space group R-3m (CeAuAl₄Ge₂, , ; NdAuAl₄Ge₂, , ; GdAuAl₄Ge₂, , ; ErAuAl₄Ge₂, , ). The structure of (2) adopts the tetragonal space group P4/mmm with lattice parameters: , for EuAuAl₄(Au_xGe_1−x)₂ (x=0.4). Both structure types present slabs of “AuAl₄Ge₂” or “AuAl₄(Au_xGe_1−x)₂” stacking along the c-axis with layers of RE atoms in between. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that the RE atoms (except for Ce and Eu) possess magnetic moments consistent with +3 species. The Ce atoms in CeAuAl₄Ge₂ and CeAuAl₄(Au_xGe_1−x)₂ (x=0.4) appear to be in a mixed +3/+4 valence state; DyAuAl₄Ge₂ undergoes an antiferromagnetic transition at 11 K and below this temperature exhibits metamagnetic behavior. The Eu atoms in EuAuAl₄(Au_xGe_1−x)₂ (x=0.4) appear to be in a 2+ oxidation state.     

铋配合物[Bi(S2CNC5H10)2(NO3)]·[1，10-Phen]·0.5H2O的合成及晶体结构

The bismuth complex with dithiopiperdylcarbamate [Bi(S₂CNC₅H₁₀)₂(NO₃)]·[1，10-Phen]·0.5H₂O was synthesized. The crystal and molecular structure were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoiclinic with space group C2/c, a=3.140(2) nm, b=1.176 4(9) nm, c=2.021 6(15) nm, β=103.081(12)°, V=5.713(7) nm³, Z=8, F(000)=3064, D_c=1.815 g·cm^-3, μ=6.502mm^-1. The final R₁=0.0332, wR₂=0.040 3. In the complex, the bismuth atom is eight-coordinated in a capped distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. CCDC: 222655.     

Michael-Addition Reaction of Malononitrile with α,β-Unsaturated Cycloketones Catalyzed by KF／Al2O3

A series of KF/Al2O3 catalyzed Michael-addition reactions between malononitrile and α,β-unsaturated cycloketones in DMF solution were studied. At room temperature, 2-cyano-3-aryl-3-(1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-one-2-yl) propionitrile derivatives were synthesized by the reaction between 2-arylmethylidene-1,2,3,4-tetra-hydronaphthalen-1-one and malononitrile. However, if the temperature was increased to 80℃, 2-amino-3-cyano-4-aryl-4H-benzo[h]chromene derivatives were obtained in high yields. When the α,β-unsaturated ketones were replaced by 2,6-biarylmethylidenecyclohexanone or 2,5-biarylmethylidenecyclopentanone, another series of 2-amino-3-cyano-4H-pyran derivatives was isolated successfully. The structures of the products were confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis.     

Macro-, Micro-, Nano- and Crystal Structures of a Homodinuclear Complex [NH3（ CH2）3NH3]2{Na2[（C6H4O2）2]（C6H4O2H）2}

A homodinuclear complex （NH3CH2CH2CH2NH3）2 {Na2[（C6H4O2）2] （C6H4O2H）2} （1） has been synthesized by a solution-based self-assembly route. It crystallized in monoclinic system with space group P21/c. Every sodium ion coordinates in a tetragonal prism fashion with two O atoms of a terminal chelating catecholate ligand and three O atoms from two bridging catecholate ligands. Two neighboring NaO5 tetragonal prisms are edge-shared and centrosymmetric with regard to the inversion center to form a binuclear cluster {Na2[（C6H4O2）2]（C6H4OOH）2}^4- anion. The complex anions were aligned parallelly by n-n interaction and linked with the protonated 1,3-propylenediamine through hydrogen bonds which were assembled into a multi-lamellar structure with channels. The crystal exhibits rectangular geometry with an interior triangle hollow structure under optical microscopy. And the scanning electron microscopy （SEM） indicates that the wall of the tubes shows multi-lamella morphologies. Further, the transmission electron microscopy （TEM） reveals that the crystal is composed of multi-lamellar nano-tubes with diameters less than 100 nm. The molecular structure of the complex was compared with that of its isomer complex 2.

利用3-芳基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-均三唑和对甲苯甲酰异硫氰酸酯在乙腈中反应, 得到一系列3-芳基-6-对甲苯甲酰氨基均三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑, 用¹H NMR, IR, MS和元素分析确定了其结构, 并对其进行了抗菌活性测试.

2-氨基-3-氰基-4-(4-氟苯基)-4H-苯并[h]苯并吡喃的合成和晶体结构

标题化合物与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)形成的1:1混合结晶物C20H23FN2OC3H7NO由对氟苯甲醛、丙二腈、-萘酚在六氢吡啶存在下合成并经DMF与水的混合溶剂重结晶而得, 其结构通过元素分析、IR 和1H NMR对化合物进行了表征,用X-射线单晶衍射法测定了该化合物的晶体结构。结果表明,晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,a = 6.365(1), b = 10.620(2), c = 29.122(6) ? b = 92.00(1), V = 1967.3(6) ?, Mr = 389.42, Z = 4, Dc = 1.315 g/cm3, m (MoKa) = 0.092 mm-1, F(000) = 816。晶体结构用直接法解出,经全矩阵最小二乘法修正,最终偏离因子R = 0.047, wR = 0.1053。化合物分子中,原子C(1), C(2), C(3), C(4), C(5) 和O(1)形成1个六员环,该六员环中C(1)C(2)键长为1.346(3) 牛砻魑肆被肺焦瓜蟆?     

Versatile synthesis of chiral 2-substituted-5-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-5H-1,4-benzodiazepines as novel scaffolds for peptidomimetic building

The stereocontrolled synthesis of phenylalanine and tryptophan derived 5-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-5H-1,4-benzodiazepine derivatives is described. This new methodology involves a modified Strecker reaction of N-Boc protected amino aldehydes and methyl anthranilate, reduction of the resulting α-amino nitriles, and lactamization. The resulting 2-substituted-5-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-5H-1,4-benzodiazepines were further functionalized at position 4 by alkylation or acylation reactions. One of these new tryptophan-derived 1,4-benzodiazepines showed significant selective binding affinity at cholecystokinin CCK₁ receptors (IC₅₀=156.5±33.2 nM).
