Dehydropeptides containing dehydroamino acid (ΔAA) are frequently found in natural resources with important biological activity. Herein, we report the selective synthesis of Z- and E-ΔAbu from l- and l-allo-threonine as starting materials through selenation and oxidative elimination. We report on the simultaneous generation of phase-conjugate signals by degenerate four-wave mixing (DFWM) and holographic processes using a nanosecond pulse and a CW lasers in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films doped with four kinds of saturable absorbing dyes. For the pulse laser, of the four kinds of dye-doped PVA films, the erythrosine B-doped PVA and uranine doped-PVA films generate PC signals only by the DFWM process, while the other dye-doped PVA films generate PC signals simultaneously by not only the DFWM process but also the holographic process. Especially, the safranin T-doped PVA film generates strong PC signals by the holographic process. In contrast, all of the dye-doped PVA films generate the two types of PC signals for the CW laser. The fading of dye molecules is found to result in the generation of the holographic component of PC signals which governs the temporal behavior of the total PC signals.  相似文献

This paper proposes the use of absorbing Markov chains to solve the capacity constrained transit network loading problem taking common lines into account. The approach handles congested transit networks, where some passengers will not be able to board because of the absence of sufficient space. The model also handles the common lines problem, where choice of route depends on frequency of arrivals. The mathematical formulation of the problem is presented together with a numerical example. The dependence of emission direction of fast electrons on the laser intensity has been investigated. The experimental results show that, at nonrelativistic laser intensities, the emission of fast electrons is mainly in the polarization plane. With the increase of the laser intensity, fast electrons emit towards the laser propagation direction from laser polarization direction. At relativistic laser intensities, fast electrons move away from the laser polarization plane, closely to the reflection direction of the incident laser beam.  相似文献

在G2 (CC ,MP2 )理论水平上研究了C2 (a3 Πu)自由基与NO分子的反应 .计算了反应体系最低二重态势能面上各驻点的构型参数、振动频率和能量 ,揭示了此反应存在两种反应机理 :由NO中的O原子进攻C2 自由基形成CCON中间体的CCON机理和NO中的N进攻C2 自由基形成CCNO中间体的CCNO机理 ,分析了对应与这两种反应机理的五个可能的反应通道 ,得出了由NO中的N原子进攻3 C2 自由基 ,生成中间体CCNO自由基 ,最终得到产物CN +CO的通道是最有利的通道 .  相似文献

One of the successful transformations within the field of organocatalysis, the organocatalytic asymmetric addition of nitromethane to α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes and ketones, has been studied by quantum chemical modeling. The level of accuracy of the hybrid density functional theory method B3LYP/6‐31G(d) was compared to a high level ab initio benchmark for this reaction. It is concluded that B3LYP/6‐31G(d) performs very well for this reaction type, giving good estimates of critical energies. The reaction between acrolein and nitromethane was studied in detail. The reaction mechanism revealed an intermediate oxazolidin structure, which is currently unknown. Alkyl substitution in various positions on the amine catalyst or α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compound influences the reactivity in a predictive fashion. The iminium ion, prop‐2‐en‐iminium, is less activated towards nucleophilic attack compared to protonated acrolein. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

放射源的辐射指纹能起到标识和鉴别放射性物体的作用.在涉及核弹头不可逆销毁过程的深度核裁军核查中,核弹头的辐射指纹对标识和鉴别裁减下来的核弹头将起到关键作用.预先研究辐射指纹的有关技术,如识别机理的研究,将有助于深度核裁军的核弹头核查技术发展.以实验室放射源为研究对象,探索了类型γ射线能谱指纹的同一性识别机理.类型γ射线指纹识别机理的研究,就是要找出一种合适的方法,以较高的置信度,描述两个正在进行比较的γ射线指纹是否为同一放射源的指纹.采用了谱形比较法,并用谱相似度概念来描述两个指纹的相似程度.在谱形比较思想的指导下,编制了放射源类型指纹识别软件,并通过放射源同一性的识别实验验证了软件的有效性,同时研究了谱相似度随统计涨落和测量条件,如时间、源强和本底等因素的变化情况.研究结果表明:1)用相似度概念来描述两个指纹的相似程度,回答两个待比较的γ射线能谱是否代表同一类型放射源,是切实可行的;2)该识别机理只具备识别放射源类型的能力,而对同一类型、差异甚微的放射源个体还不能识别 关键词: γ射线能谱指纹 辐射指纹 识别机理 核查技术  相似文献

The isomerization mechanism of 2′(OH)chalcone (1) in flavanone (2) was studied. The calculations were performed with the semiempirical method AM1, using totally optimized molecular geometries. A 6-step mechanism including several equilibrium states was proposed. It was concluded that: (a) At the conformational equilibrium of 1 there could be 43.9% of s-cis conformer; (b) The acid dissociation of 1 trans-s-trans is considerable; (c) The EE, ΔHf and net charges show that the rotation of ring A of 1 and the formation of ring C of 2 occurs without greater impairments; (d) Although the keto structure is the most stable one, the enolate of 2 is present in the reaction medium; (e) The conversion of enol of 2 in the keto form would be the limiting step of the analyzed isomerization rate.  相似文献
