Friedel–Crafts acetylation at the 4-position of 3-phenylsydnone (1) was achieved via thermal heating overnight in moderate to good yields by employing various metal triflate catalysts (5–20 mol%), lithium perchlorate (0–20 mol%), and acetic anhydride (4 equivalents) using either acetonitrile or acetic anhydride, in excess, as solvent. Six commercially available, homogeneous metal triflate catalysts were investigated, and optimal conditions were determined. The best yields overall were achieved with indium triflate.

Formation of 1-aryl-4-oxo-cyclohexa(e)nonecarboxylates from the Diels–Alder cycloaddition of 2-trimethylsilyloxy-1,3-butadiene and Danishefsky diene with aryl- and pyridylacrylates and further conversion thereof to spirocycles is described. This provides an efficient method for spiro oxindoles, azaoxindoles, and dihydroisoquinolones.

A convenient three‐step route toward a functionalized pyrrole building block for novel anti‐inflammatory agents is reported. In contrast to previous strategies, the present approach focuses on inexpensive starting materials and application on a multigram scale. A high degree of functional diversity is demonstrated in various derivatives, and the scope and limitations of this route are discussed. Complementary to the described tetrasubstituted pyrroles, a novel ring‐closure protocol based on the Feist–Benary condensation affords trisubstituted analogues.  相似文献

The synthesis of a potential precursor 3 to demethoxyviridin (1b) is described. The centerpiece of this strategy was the conversion of the previously described dibromoolefin 6 to the masked alkyne β-hydroxyaldehyde 5 in a single step. Further elaboration then produced the alkyne oxazole 4, which on thermolysis, followed by in situ tautomerization and silylation, led directly to 3.

The dispersed structures of mixtures of five different gasolines with anhydrous ethanol were investigated by the dynamic light scattering (DLS) method. The aim of the work was to find whether these blends are colloid systems. Influence of different parameters was investigated to verify the results of this research. Ethanol‐gasoline blends were found to be colloid systems with the drop size of 20–150 nm.  相似文献

A Novel Hunsdiecker‐Borodin reaction (HBR) has been carried out efficiently with α,β‐unsaturated aliphatic and aromatic carboxylic acids by using N‐halo succinimides such as N‐chloro succinimide (NCS), N‐bromo succinimide (NBS), and N‐iodo succinimide (NIS) under micellar media. The reaction with α,β‐unsaturated aromatic carboxylic acids afforded β‐halo styrenes in excellent yield while α,β‐unsaturated aliphatic carboxylic acids underwent decarboxylation and to give corresponding halo derivatives. The reactions are dramatically accelerated in micellar media. This procedure works efficiently in CTAB (cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide), SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate), and TX (Triton‐X‐100) media under stirred conditions at room temperature. At reflux temperatures the yield of reaction products were further enhanced from good to excellent.  相似文献
