电激励O2（1△g）发生器的理论模拟研究

 建立了基于分子反应动力学的氧等离子体化学反应模型，该模型包括了电子与氧分子，以及氧原子与氧分子的碰撞反应过程。利用反应动力学理论计算并讨论了电激励O₂(¹△)发生器的放电参数，发现电子能量应小于2.5eV。电子浓度对O₂(¹△)产率的影响不大，当放电压力与气体线流速一定时，存在最佳的电子平均能量。     

Synthesis of 2-Acyl-2H-1,2,3-diazaphospholes and Their Diels-Alder Reaction with Cyclopentadiene

2H-1,2,3-Diazaphospholes 3a-3h were prepared from various ketone acylhydrazones and phosphorus trichloride in the presence of triethylamine. Compounds 3 underwent feasible hetero-Diels-Alder reactions with cyclopentadiene to afford the respective anellated [1,2,3]diazaphospholes 4a--4d as well as 4a‘--4d‘ in moderate yields. The endo rule in the reaction was observed under kinetic control conditions.     

Microwave Synthesis, Characterization and DNA-binding Properties of a New Cobalt（ Ⅱ ） Complex with 2,6-Bis（benzimidazol-2-yl）pyridine

A new cobalt(Ⅱ) complex with tridentate ligand 2, 6-bis (benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine has been synthesized by microwave irradiation method and characterized by elemental analysis,electrochemical and spectral methods. The binding of the complex with calf thymus DNA has also been investigated by absorption and fluorescence spectra.     

One-pot Synthesis of 2, 5-Disubstituted Oxazoles Using Poly[styrene（iodosodiacetate）]

2,5-Disubstituted oxazoles were prepared conveniently by treatment of aromatic α-methyl ketones and nitriles with poly[styrene(iodosodiacetate)] in one-pot process.     

The First Intramolecular Charge Transfer Transition Based on 2-Ureido-4[1H]-pyrimidinone Binding Module

The first intramolecular charge transfer transition based on 2-ureido-4[1H]-pyrimidinone binding module was reported.     

多小波子空间上的单小波表示

本文在较弱的条件下,建立了2重多小波子空间与单小波子空间的关系.即由2重多小波构造出单小波.一方面,这种单小波的平移伸缩与2重多小波的平移伸缩生成的子空间是完全相同的;另一方面,它具有插值性.因此通过构造出的单小波建立了多小波子空间上的Shannon型采样定理.     

Spectra Analysis of a Novel Ti-Doped LiAlO2 Single Crystal

LiAlO2 single crvstals doped with Ti at concentration 0.2at.% are grown by the Czochralskl technique with dimensions φ42×55mm. Ti ions in the crystal are quadrivalence proven by comparing the absorption and fluorescence spectra of pure LiAlO2 and Ti： LiAlO2. After air and Li-rich atmosphere annealing, the absorption peaks in the range of 600-800nm disappear. We conclude that 682 and 756nm absorption peaks are attributed to the VLi and Vo absorptions, respectively： The peaks at 716nm and 798nm may stem from the VLi^＋ and absorptions. The colour-centre model can be applied to explain the experimental phenomena. Ti^4＋-doping produces more lithium vacancies in the LiAlO2 crystal. The intensities of [LiO4] and the associated bonds remain unchanged, which improves the anti-hydrolyzation and thermal stability of LiAlO2 crystals.     

微模塑法制备PMMA/SiO2二氧化硅杂化材料微结构

以摩尔比为 1∶1的甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)、甲基丙烯酸 (3 三乙氧基硅烷基 )丙酯 (ESMA)单体、0 .2 %(单体总量的质量分数 )的偶氮二异丁腈AIBN引发剂和四氢呋喃 (THF)溶剂 ,及 2 0 % (总质量分数 )的正硅酸乙酯TEOS合成出PMMA/SiO2 有机 无机杂化的杂化溶胶 .将溶胶在洗净的普通光学玻璃基片表面甩膜 .利用软刻蚀中的微模塑法 ,把有机硅弹性印章复制有精细图纹一面轻放在杂化溶胶膜上进行微模塑 ,外加 1N压力于12 0℃下处理 2h使溶胶凝胶化 .印章剥离后在基片表面就形成了PMMA/SiO2 有机 无机杂化材料的微图纹结构 .从微图纹的光学显微镜照片可以看出微模塑方法制备杂化材料复制的图纹精细度高 ,操作简单易行 ,是一类比较理想的微细图纹结构加工的方法 .     

Multiple Scattering Effects of Ag Particles in Random Ag-SiN Film

A layer of 40nm-thick Ag-SiN film with Ag nano-particles embedded and distributed randomly in the SiN thin film were deposited by the method of radiant-frequency magnetron sputtering. Specimens orderly comprising a random Ag-SiN film and an optical phase change recording layer were exposed to a focused laser beam with wavelength of 69Ohm. It is shown that, with a random Ag-SiN layer deposited above the recording layer. Calculation by the finite difference time domain method of a 4Ohm-thick SiN film under a Gaussian beam irradiation has been carried out to simulate the near-field distribution in the film, which showed a huge local near-field intensity enhancement of about 200 times if small Ag particles with diameter of 6 nm were modelled inthe SiN film in the central region of the in cident laser spot.     

Nanoporous Structure in Low-Dielectric Films with Positronium Annihilation Lifetime Spectroscopy

We investigate nano-porous structures in thin low-dielectric films, i.e. the pore sizes, distributions, and interconnectivity, by using depth profiled positronium annihilation lifetime spectroscopy (PALS). It is found that PALS has good sensitivity to probe both interconnected and closed pores in the range from 0.3nm to 3Onto, even in the film buried beneath a diffusion barrier. A series of low dielectric constant films of organosilicon-silsequioxane with different weight percentages of porogen have been comparatively investigated. The PALS technique can be used to distinguish the open porosity from the closed one, to determine the pore size, and to detect the percolation threshold with the increasing porosity that represents the transition from closed pores to interconnected pores.Furthermore, the pore percolation length can be derived.
