Inltuences of the isospin dependence of the in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross section and the momentum-dependent interaction (MDI) on the isotope scaling are investigated by using the isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics model (IQMD). The results show that both the isospin dependence of the in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross section and the momentum-dependent interaction affect the isoscaling parameters appreciably and indepen- dently. The inltuence caused by the isospin dependence of two-body collision is relatively larger than that from the MDI in the mean tield. Aiming at exploring the implication of isoscaling behaviour, which the statistical equilibrium in the reaction is reached, the statistical properties in the mass distribution and the kinetic energy distribution of the fragments simulated by IQMD are presented.  相似文献

A novel yb^3+-Er^3+ codoped phosphate glass for high power flashlamp pumping and high repetition rate laser at 1.54μm, designated EAT5-2, is developed. The weight-loss rate of is 1.3 × 10^-5 gcm^-2h^-1 in boiling water, which is comparable to Kigre's QX-Er glass. Some spectroscopic parameters are analysed by Judd-Ofelt theory and McCumber theory. The emission cross section is calculated to be 0.73 × 10^-20 cm^2. The thermo-mechanical properties of EAT5-2 are modified after an ion-exchange chemical strengthening process in a KNO3/NaNO3 molten salt bath. The thresholds for optical damage from the flashlamp pumping are tested on glass rods. A repetition rate of 15 Hz is achieved for chemically strengthened glass. The laser experimental results at 1.54 μm from flashlamp pumping are also reported.  相似文献

Potassium sulfate single crystals that are grown from aqueous solutions lose, upon the first heating, up to 1% of mass that is assumed to be water. This mass loss occurs in the vicinity of the PT from orthorhombic to hexagonal K2SO4. Only in the first heating run of K2SO4 that has not yet released water, pretransitional thermal effects can be observed in the DTA curve. If K2SO4 crystals are grown from solutions containing 4 wt% Cd, Cu, or Fe, only Cu or Fe can be incorporated significantly with concentrations of several 0.1%. The phase transformation temperature measured for such solid solutions depends on the heating rate. For pure K2SO4, the phase transformation temperature is independent of heating rate 581.3 °C and the enthalpy of transformation is (5.8±0.2) kJ/mol.  相似文献

Optically transparent organic-inorganic hybrid coating materials have been prepared by a sol-gel process. Four different types of the coating material produced by TWI in Cambridge, UK using the patented Vitresyn® method, all identical in terms of the starting materials, but differing in terms of their relative proportions, have been examined. Tetraethoxysilane was used as the primary inorganic precursor and urethane acrylate was used as the source of the organic component. 3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate was used as both a secondary inorganic source and a silane coupling agent to improve the compatibility of the organic and inorganic phases. The degree of chemical interaction of the organic and inorganic phases after processing was determined by 29Si and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The effect of the relative amount of inorganic starting component in these hybrid materials on their thermal properties was investigated through differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. Similar degrees of chemical interaction between the organic and inorganic phases were found in all four samples. T3, Q3 and Q4 are the main cross-linking network structures in these hybrid systems, the relative proportions of which are determined by the relative proportions of the starting materials.  相似文献

In this work, a new method to study the transformation kinetics is introduced. With this method, the activation energy, Ec, for crystallization (phase transition or chemical reaction), the pre-exponential coefficient of effective overall reaction rate, ko, and the reaction order, n, can be determined. No approximation has been used in this method. This method can be used for isothermal and non-isothermal study. It is deduced from Avrami's equation without any approximation. This new method has been tested to study the amorphous-crystalline transformation kinetics under isothermal and non-isothermal conditions in the context of glassy selenium. The source of error is discussed. The calculated values of Ec, under isothermal and non-isothermal conditions are 75.3±2.5 and 79.4±2.3 kJ/mol, respectively. The predominant crystallization mechanism of the amorphous phase of glassy selenium in isothermal or non-isothermal conditions is one-dimensional growth. The deduced values of ko were found to be 19.4±0.9 and 20.8±0.7 s−1 for isothermal and non-isothermal conditions, respectively. Resulting values of the parameter, n, are compared with values obtained from other known methods used to study the reaction kinetics in thermal analyses. The difference in the results obtained with this method and the results obtained with other known methods is acceptable or lie within the experimental error range.  相似文献

A statistical data analysis methodology was developed to evaluate the field emission properties of many samples of copper oxide nanostructured field emitters. This analysis was largely done in terms of Seppen-Katamuki (SK) charts, field strength and emission current. Some physical and mathematical models were derived to describe the effect of small electric field perturbations in the Fowler-Nordheim (F-N) equation, and then to explain the trend of the data represented in the SK charts. The field enhancement factor and the emission area parameters showed to be very sensitive to variations in the electric field for most of the samples. We have found that the anode-cathode distance is critical in the field emission characterization of samples having a non-rigid nanostructure.  相似文献

The visible upconversion and near-infrared luminescence of Er3+ ions in germanate glass ceramics containing GaF2 nanocrystals are investigated. The nanocrystals are characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy, showing their mean sizes less than 20hm. High transmittance of the glass ceramics is displayed by absorption spectra. The upconversion luminescence intensity in the glass ceramics increases significantly with increasing temperature. Both the shifts of the XRD peaks and the Stark-split shown in the luminescence spectra indicate the entrance of the Er3+ ions into the CaF2 nanocrystals, which is confirmed by a Judd-Ofelt analysis. Possible mechanisms of the upconversion luminescence are analyzed.  相似文献

Transparent crack-free glassy monoliths containing up to 0.2 Sm/Si are prepared at room temperature by sol-gel technique. The sol-gel preparation conditions are: acid catalyzed hydrolysis followed by basic catalyzed gelation and controlled drying. The prepared xerogels are characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry with Fourier transforming infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and optical spectroscopy. The values of the phenomenological Ω-intensity parameters of Sm(III) ions in the gels are (in 10−20 cm2) Ω2 = 76 ± 16.71, Ω4 = 3.01 ± 0.21, Ω6 = 2.99 ± 0.41. The oscillator strengths of the Sm(III) ions in the gels are calculated. The results show a linear concentration dependence of Sm(III) in UV/Vis absorption spectra and formation of a Sm(NO3)3 · 6H2O complex at high samarium concentrations.  相似文献
