The scattering and absorption cross sections of horizontally oriented metallic flake particles are estimated by extended geometric optics that includes diffraction and edge effects. Emissivity of the coating containing those particles is calculated using Kubelka–Munk theory. The dependence of emissivity of the coating on the radius, thickness, content of metallic flake particles and coating thickness is discussed. Finally, theoretical results are compared with the experimental measurements with Al/acrylic resin coating system and the results show that simulation values are in good agreement with experimental ones.  相似文献

Laser induced backside wet etching (LIBWE) is a promising laser direct-write technique for etching transparent materials and for producing high precision and near-optical quality surfaces. In this study, visible LIBWE using gallium and eutectic indium/gallium as absorbers was used for crack-free microfabrication of sodalime and quartz. Eutectic indium/gallium (In/Ga) has a melting temperature lower than metallic gallium does and the etching rate by using In/Ga was found to be similar to that by gallium for visible LIBWE. When using the gallium absorber, the etching threshold of quartz by visible LIBWE was about one-third of that by UV LIBWE. The heat-affected zone of the quartz etching was negligible at the trench rim in the visible LIBWE process. The wettability of the metallic absorbers on the substrates affects aspect ratio and is a new important factor for LIBWE. In addition, etching rate decreased when repetition rate was increased.  相似文献

制备了化学配方为 (5 0 -x)GeO2 ·PbF2 ·WO3·(6 +x)CdF2 ·1 4Yb2 O3·0 6Er2 O3(x =10 ,2 0 ,30 )氟氧混合物玻璃。研究了 930nm发光二极管激发下Er3+ :Yb3+ 共掺杂情形下的Er3+ 离子的上转换发光特性 ,观测到了Er3+ 离子中心波长位于 5 4 3,5 5 0和 6 5 5nm处的三个强荧光发射带。通过对样品的反斯托克斯喇曼光谱的测量 ,确定了基质的最大声子能量 ,在此基础上分析了上转换荧光的产生机制。利用基质的平均电负性差和平均阳离子场强这两个参数 ,讨论了基质材料中GeO2 和CdF2 含量的调整对上转换发光的影响。  相似文献

通过高温熔融法制备了含Eu^3 离子的Na2O-K2O-SiO2-Al2O3系统玻璃。在488nm波长光的激发下,系统地研究了上述玻璃从77K到700K温度范围的变温发光特征。发现总的荧光强度首先随温度的升高而大幅度升高,然后随温度的升高而减少,用声子辅助吸收与热激活过程及温度淬灭效应定性地解释了上述强度的变化,同时测量与分析了Eu^3 离子的晶格场参量。结果表明,Eu^3 离子与氧离子的距离随着温度升高而变短,而Eu^3 离子的配位数不随温度而变化。  相似文献

The Raman spectroscopy technique was used to characterize the microstructure and the crystallization properties of the as‐cast and heat‐treated binary TeO2 WO3, TeO2 CdF2 and ternary TeO2 CdF2 WO3 glasses and glass ceramics. The results were compared with those obtained by using the X‐ray diffraction technique. The effect of the WO3 and CdF2 contents on the TeO2 glass network and the intensity ratios of the deconvoluted Raman peaks were determined. The shifts in the Raman band wavenumbers and the intensity values for each band were investigated. The Raman results indicated that the glasses were mainly formed by the [TeO4] and [TeO3] units. The [TeO4] units convert to [TeO3] units with the addition of WO3 and CdF2 into tellurite glasses. All the crystalline phases such as α‐TeO2, δ‐TeO2 and γ‐TeO2 existing in the TeO2 WO3, TeO2 CdF2 and TeO2‐ WO3 CdF2 glasses were determined. The transformation of the metastable γ‐TeO2 phase into stable α‐TeO2 was observed for the (1 − x)TeO2xWO3 (where x = 0.15, 0.20, 0.25), 0.90Te2 0.10CdF2, the 0.85TeO2 0.10CdF2 0.05WO3 and 0.80TeO2 0.10CdF2 0.10WO3 glasses, and the transformation of the metastable δ‐TeO2 phase into the stable α‐TeO2 was also observed for the TeO2 CdF2 WO3 glass system. This work gives the evidence of the lattice contraction in CdSe nanocrystals (NCs) grown in a glass matrix. The CdSe NCs were investigated by atomic force microscopy (AFM), optical absorption (OA), and Raman spectroscopy. The average size of CdSe NCs can be estimated by AFM images. Using the OA spectra and the effective‐mass approximation, it was also possible to estimate the average sizes of CdSe NCs, which agree very well with the AFM data. These results showed that the CdSe NCs grow with increasing time of heat treatment. The blue shift of the longitudinal optical (LO) modes and surface optical (SO) phonon modes with an increase in the average radius of the NCs, shown in the Raman spectra, was explained by the lattice contraction in CdSe NCs caused by thermodynamic interactions at the interface with the host glass matrix. In this study, the red-emitting phosphor-in-glass (PiG) using the CaAlSiN3: Eu2+ (CASN) phosphor is reported for the first time. The CASN: Eu2+ PiG samples with a maximum luminous flux of 25.1–29.4 for l minute at laser power of 1 W/mm2 was obtained using a low-temperature glass frit and GPS furnace. Despite the increase in the phosphor from 15 to 25 wt%, the PiG produced at low temperature of 380 °C showed robust properties. Finally, the red PiG module designed for rear lamp applications maintains over 90% lumens for a minute at 350 mA and achieves an intense red light having a color temperature of 4589 K.  相似文献

This paper reports on the measurements of transport properties of high crystalline quality Sn doped In2O3 nanobelts. The samples presented metallic conduction in a large range of temperatures; however, at low temperatures, the resistivity showed a slight increase and the current–voltage curves showed a tendency to saturate even in the low-voltage range. From these observations, we discuss some arguments on the possibility of low dimensional conducting channels as the main responsible for the conduction at low temperatures. Additionally, we present an alternative technique for production of low resistance ohmic contacts, which can be further used in devices’ construction.  相似文献

Light scattering from objects in the proximity of surfaces is of fundamental importance in a variety of surface- and field-enhanced optical sensing, spectroscopy and microscopy applications. Here, we present surface monitoring techniques based on the spectral analysis of the scattered light by metal nanoparticles which act as sensors (nanosensors) of sample substrates interacting with them. We will focus on the detection of surface inhomogeneities by studying the modifications undergone by the local fields produced in the surrounding of the nanosensor, giving rise to spectral changes in its Plasmon Resonances. We will also describe an alternative technique where the sample information is obtained from the changes induced in the linear polarization degree of the far field scattered by the tip and due to the interaction with the sample.  相似文献

We defined conditions of the laser-aided formation of nanoporous structures with nanopores ranging in size from 40 to 50 nm using laser pulses of 10.6 μm wavelength at a pulse-repetition rate of up to (4-5)×103 Hz for a model metallic material (a two-component alloy “brass of 62%”). It has been established that the exposure to a uniform laser light at depths of up to 25-30 μm results in the formation of nanopores with a relatively uniform distribution across the surface. The resulting pattern contains both solitary pores and ramified porous channels. The nanopores are uniformly distributed within a subgrain, being fairly stable in size and shape. The nanopore size and shape feature larger non-uniformity on the subgrain boundary. The resulting metallic structures show promise for use as catalysts and ultrafiltration membranes.  相似文献
