Ab initio molecular orbital calculations employing a 4-31G basis set have been used to study the minimum energy paths for the formation of HCO+, COH+, and HCOH2+ from CO by protonation. The protonation of N2 to give NNH+ and HNNH2+ and of NO+ to form HNO2+ and NOH2+ have also been investigated. All species formed have linear equilibrium geometries and the minimum energy path for approach of the proton is along the line-of-centers of the heavy atoms. Energy barriers to the formation of the various species are given, where appropriate, and changes in geometry, ordering of molecular orbitals and orbital occupancy are discussed.  相似文献

In order to study its guest binding and the inclusion phenomena, 6-deoxy-6-(aminoethyl)amino--cyclodextrin (CDN) was synthesised and its binding properties examined. The complexation phenomena of sodium cholate (NaC) and sodium deoxycholate (NaDC) with CDN has been monitored by the NMR method using 13C chemical shift data. The method of continuous variation Job's method has been used to determine the stoichiometry of these supramolecular complexes. The Job's plot confirms the 1 : 1 supramolecular complex for NaC: CDN and the 1 : 2 supramolecular complex for NaDC: CDN. The interaction of NaC and NaDC with CDN has been obtained through two-dimensional Rotational Nuclear Overhauser Effect Spectroscopy (ROESY) NMR. Equilibrium constants were also obtained from 13C chemical shift data (C-1, C-3 & C-4) at different pH values (7, 9, & 11).  相似文献

Under the influence of perpendicularly applied positive electro-static field less than 103V/cm to silk fibron textiles, at the high frequency side of the C2–O bending reflection band (450350 cm–1), effect of step creation and step annihilation of the C2–O pseudo dending bands was induced in three stages at 600450 cm–1 region IR spectroscopically relating to the stepnized statistical transfer of the unbonded 2P2, electrons in carbon which present with density of 4.0×1014/cm2 in the surface mono-layer of silk fibroin from the states formed in (–C1–C2–N–)m spiral chains upto the pseudo-bending states formed in C2–O bondings. Fine 90 steps measured overlapping on these four types of C2–O reflection bands were analysed as to consist four step series and they were shown as,y = A·Jm + B cm–1 with A=20, B=521, m=0.55 and J=1, 2...18 for the B-series.And with A=39, B=283, m=0.63 and J=1, 2 ...17 for the C-series.y J = A·J + B cm–1 with A=11.42, B=201 and J=1, 2...13, for the D-series. And, stepnized C2–O bending bands including that of permanent oscillators and pseudo-bending oscillators induced by the effect of transfer of the unbonded 2P2 electrons in carbon atoms were shown as, EN=A·N2+B·N+C (eV) with A=–1.50×10–3, B=1.65×10–2 and C=2.4×10–2.  相似文献

For the weakly coupled lattice 3 6 theory in a hierarchical model approximation a nonperturbative renormalization group analysis in the spirit of Gawedzki and Kupiainen is performed to study the flow of the effective actions. We deduce a domain of attraction to the tricritical (Gaussian) fixed point. The two relevant coupling constants of the problem are controlled by analytic continuation to complex domains, tracing their images under the renormalization group iterations.  相似文献

We extend our method of systematic removal of secular terms in a singular perturbation treatment of the Boltzmann equation with small Knudsen numbers to the initial layer. The requirement that the solution through the initial layer should connect smoothly to the normal solution removes an ambiguity noted in our previous paper. We show that removal of secular terms improves Grad's solution for the initial layer and reintroduces soundlike modes associated with higher moments, first found by Wang Chang and Uhlenbeck.  相似文献

Capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence detection (CELIF) is a powerful tool for separation and sensitive determination of fluorescent species. Biologically active compounds, such as amino acids, peptides and proteins may exhibit native fluorescence, which is however often low and/or an expensive laser is required for excitation in UV. Therefore, labelling of the analytes with a fluorescent dye is usually necessary.In this work, a home-built CELIF instrument with diode pumped frequency-doubled continuous wave Nd:YAG excitation laser with feedback power regulation (532 nm) was constructed. The suitability of this type of laser for LIF detection in a separation method was found excellent. A limit of detection (LOD) (S/N=3) of 2×10−13 mol/l was achieved with rhodamine B, which is comparable to those obtained using similar instruments with Ar+ laser [Y.F. Cheng, N.J. Dovichi, Science 242 (1988) 562, E.S. Yeung et al., J. Chromatogr. 608 (1992) 73]. LOD of a protein derivatized according to modified procedures [M.J. Little et al., Anal. Chim. Acta 339 (1997) 279, A. Chersi et al., Biochim. Biophys. Acta 1336 (1997) 83] was determined. Detection of the derivatives was found to be limited by insufficient reaction recovery at low analyte concentration, chemical noise, separation efficiency and quality of the derivatizing reagent rather than by the detector performance. As a consequence, a huge gap between the detection ability of CELIF instruments and LOD determined in real samples is revealed.  相似文献

The ground state rotational spectrum of the 14NF3 and 15NF3 isotopic species of nitrogen fluoride has been observed in the ∼450-810 GHz frequency range. This investigation allowed us to improve the rotational parameters for both isotopologues. In particular, for the first time the K = 3 line splitting parameter and the sextic centrifugal distortion constants have been determined for 15NF3.  相似文献
