A hydrothermal cleavage-decomposition mechanism was used to synthesize single-crystal α-Mn2O3 nanorods at 160 °C for 16 h using KMnO4 as manganese source and CTAB as reducing regent. The as-synthesized products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectrum. The results indicate that the reaction temperature is a crucial factor for the formation of α-Mn2O3 nanorods. These nanorods exhibit single-crystal nature, and have an average diameter of 36 nm and lengths of up to 1 μm. Based on our experimental results, a hydrothermal cleavage-decomposition mechanism has been proposed on the formation of α-Mn2O3 nanorods.  相似文献

以硝酸和钛酸四丁酯为原料,在240℃的碱液中成功地制备了四方相BaTiO3运用XRD、DSC和IR等技术碱度、硝酸根离子、钛源活性、填充度等因素对BaTiO3形成、粒度和物相的作用,KOH最适宜浓度为1.0mol/L,碱液中BaTiO3是BaO-TiO2体系中最稳定的物相,硝酸根离子参与了BaTiO3晶体的成核和生长,钛源的高活性和高填充度有利于四方BaTiO3的形成。  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of VOSO4, As2O5, piperazine and H2O produces [H2N(CH2)4NH2]4[β‐As8V14O42(SO4)]·2HSO4 ( 1 ), which is the first arsenic‐vanadium cluster containing a spherical β‐As8V14O42 shell. The structure of this compound was characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction, elemental analysis, TG, and IR spectrum. Single crystalline nanowires of lead titanate (PbTiO3) were fabricated by hydrothermal method at 200°C using lead acetate and n-tetrabutyl titanate as starting materials, where sodium hydroxide was served as a mineralizer. Crystalline phases, microstructure and optical properties of PbTiO3 nanowires were investigated. The PbTiO3 nanowires were uniform and continuous along the long axis, and were composed of single crystalline PbTiO3 with a tetragonal perovskite structure. The diameter of a single nanowire was around 12 nm and the length reached up to 3 μm. The chemical composition of the samples and the valence states of elements were determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The ultraviolet/visible absorption spectroscopic investigation suggested that the absorption edge of optical transition of the first excitonic state occurred at around 320 nm. A blue-green light emission peaking at about 471 nm (2.63 eV) is observed at room temperature, and the intensity of this emission increased with increasing excitation wavelength. Oxygen vacancies are responsible for the light emission of PbTiO3 nanowires.  相似文献

Mesoporous molecular sieves were synthesized from Beta and Fau zeolite precursors through S+XI+ route under extremely acidic conditions in parallel (designated as MBeta and MFau, respectively). The textural properties of MFau were different from its MBeta counterpart but resembled normal MCM-41 silica from TEOS. Al content in MBeta was almost equivalent to that in the initial Beta zeolite precursors, whereas only trace Al species was present in MFau from elemental analysis results. The hydrothermal stability of MBeta after post-synthesis ammonia treatment was considerably improved compared with normal MCM-41 aluminosilicates, whereas the MFau after the same procedure was as unstable as normal MCM-41 silica. Thus, the assembly behaviors of Beta and Fau zeolite precursors were comparatively studied based on these results. The microstructure of Fau zeolite precursors were degraded by the extremely acidic condition, and Al species was dissolved into the synthesis mixture. However, Beta zeolite precursors survived the chemical attack of extremely acidic media and were incorporated into mesostructured framework as primary building units.  相似文献

Three lanthanide coordination polymers were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. [Pr2(mBDC)3(phen)(H2O)]n·0.5nH2O (1) (mBDC=isophthalate, phen=1,10-phenanthroline) exhibits two kinds of metal environments (coordination numbers 7 and 8). In complex 1, mBDC ligands adopt the tetradentate (bridging and bridging) coordination mode and connect Pr ions into an undulating layer, and a 3D supramolecular structure is formed via hydrogen bonds between adjacent layers. [Tb4(mBDC)6(phen)]n (2) has three types of metal environments (coordination numbers 6, 7 and 8) and is composed of a 3D network formed by mBDC linking Tb ions via tetradentate (bridging and bridging) and pentadentate (bridging/chelating and bridging) coordination modes. There are two kinds of small quadrilateral channels along the a-axis. [Er4(mBDC)6(phen)]n (3) is isostructural to complex 2.  相似文献

In this work, we used the hydrothermal method to synthesize Eu3+ ion-doped cubic BaF2 nanorods, which is a luminescent material. The clubbed structures were well crystallized and exhibited face-centred cubic structures, as indicated by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, electron diffraction, and transmission electron microscopy. The luminescent properties were studied, and local symmetry surrounding Eu3+ ions and electronic transition processes included. The results indicated that Eu3+ occupied only one C4ν site in nanorods.  相似文献

Single crystals of the potassium uranyl iodate, K[UO2(IO3)3] (1), have been grown under mild hydrothermal conditions. The structure of 1 contains two-dimensional sheets extending in the [ab] plane that consist of approximately linear UO22+ cations bound by iodate anions to yield UO7 pentagonal bipyramids. There are three crystallographically unique iodate anions, two of which bridge between uranyl cations to create sheets, and one that is monodentate and protrudes in between the layers in cavities. K+ cations form long ionic contacts with oxygen atoms from the layers forming an eight-coordinate distorted dodecahedral geometry. These cations join the sheets together. Ion-exchange reactions have been carried out that indicate the selective uptake of Cs+ over Na+ or K+ by 1. Crystallographic data (193 K, MoKα, ): 1, orthorhombic, Pbca, a=11.495(1) Å, b=7.2293(7) Å, c=25.394(2) Å, Z=8, R(F)=1.95% for 146 parameters with 2619 reflections with I>2σ(I).  相似文献

To obtain new materials with synergetic or complementary behaviors, polyaniline composite filled with ZnO rods in ramification-like structure was prepared by a hydrothermal approach. Comparative experiments of ZnO preparation in the presence of some metal ions were also carried out. The results indicated that the morphology of ZnO was strongly affected by the preparation condition. The method to grow ZnO rods in the presence of polyaniline offers a simple approach to obtain polyaniline composite filled with linear ZnO structure. The results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy show that the strong interaction between ZnO and polyaniline possibly exists to cause the charge transfer.  相似文献
