一种基于能带工程设计的CaAsSb/InP异质结双极晶体三极管

异质结晶体三极管（HBT）的性能与其材料体系密不可分，利用能带工程可以大大优化器件的结构，提高器件性能，文章从分析HBT的能带结构及设计要求入手，介绍了一种利用能带工程设计的基于GaAsSb/InP材料体系的新型HBT器件的结构及其性能，分析了该器件与其它材料体系器件相比所具有的优异特性，说明了对HBT的各区材料，其带边的相对位置所起的重要作用，最后，文章还报道了近期的实验情况，说明了GaAsSb/InP体系HBT的实际性能与理论预言一致。     

A Calculation Approach to Elastic Constants of Crystallines at High Pressure and Finite Temperature

Elastic constants of Na and Li metals are calculated successfully for temperatures up to 350K and pressures up to 30GPa using a scheme without involving any adjustable parameter.Elastic constants are assumed to depend only on an effective pair potential that is only determined by the average interatomic distance.Temperature has an effect on elastic constants by way of charging the equilibrium.The elastic constants can be obtained by fitting the relationship between total energy and strain tensor using the new set of lattice parameters obtained by calculating displacement of atoms at the finite temperature and at a fixed pressure.The relationship between the effective pair potential and the interatiomic distance is fitted by using a series of data of cohesive energy corresponding to lattice parameters.     

抽运激光在光靶中的局域及其对X射线激光特性的影响

新型X射线靶设计为:由SiO2和TiO2组成具有12个周期的一维光子晶体,在它的中间嵌入光靶材料层作为缺陷层,SiO2,TiO2和光靶层的光学厚度分别为λ4、λ4和λ2,λ为抽运激光波长.与普通平板光靶相比,当抽运光垂直照射到这种光靶时,靶层内部的光强将提高2个数量级,所以抽运激光的阈值强度将降低2个数量级,这有利于X射线激光的小型化.在同样的抽运激光照射下,X射线激光的强度将提高4个数量级,转换效率也将提高约4个数量级.由于平均电离度随抽运激光强度的提高而提高,所以采用这种光靶有利于使X射线激光向短波长推进. 关键词： X射线激光 光子晶体 光波局域     

含色散介质的一维光子晶体微腔的透射谱

研究了含色散介质的一维光子晶体微腔的透射谱,对色散介质采用Lorentz振子模型,腔模的频率设置在光子晶体带隙中心。发现当吸收可以忽略时,色散效应将导致在腔模附近有很高的态密度,与此相应地在透射谱中出现一个较宽的透射带。当吸收存在时透射带中心的透射峰消失,但带尾的透射峰依然存在。     

过氧聚钨酸薄膜上光栅的制备

用过氧聚钨酸（PPTA）水溶液，通过离心涂膜法在显微镜载玻片上制备了具有光滑表面且厚度为100nm的PPTA薄膜，利用PPTA薄膜在紫外光照下可研制光栅以及其它光学元件的薄膜材料，具有很高的利用价值。     

二维正方各向异性碲圆柱光子晶体完全禁带中缺陷模的FDTD计算分析和设计

用FDTD方法计算了二维正方晶胞各向异性碲圆柱光子晶体的点缺陷模.为了得到TE,TM模式在完全禁带中具有相同共振频率的缺陷模,对中心点缺陷半径Rd以及中心附近对称位置的点缺陷半径Rn做了一系列微调.计算表明,TM模对于Rn的变化不敏感,而TE模随着Rn的改变出现了明显的规则的移动趋势.通过计算分析,发现对应于f=0.4的背景(R=0.3568a),当Rd=0.55a,Rn=0.26a时在完全禁带中TE和TM的缺陷模具有相同的共振频率ω0=0.2466ωe(其中ωe=2πca,a为晶格常数) 关键词： 时域有限差分法 光子晶体 缺陷模 各向异性     

电场喷射活细胞

一般人使用喷墨打印机来打印文件和图片＋这种技术将细小的彩色墨滴从喷嘴中挤压出来．然而，在电子学和医学中正越来越多地用这种技术产生小体积的液滴．例如，使用压电晶体从一根针头中挤压出含有细胞的溶液，产生活细胞的二维和三维图像．但是细胞液滴的大小受到针头直径大小的限制＋因而这种方法不能产生小于100μm同左右的液滴．这意味着很难制成带有细微特征的小的生物组织．     

Characteristics of Nd：GdVO4 Laser with Different Nd-Doping Concentrations

We report the properties of a compact diode-pumped continuous-wave Nd：GdV04 laser with a linear cavity and different Nd-doped laser crystals. In a 0.2at.% Nd-doped Nd：GdVO4 laser, 1.54 W output laser power is achieved at 912nm wavelength with a slope efficiency of 24.8% at an absorbed pump power of 9.4W. With 0.3at.% Nd-doping concentration, we can obtain the either single-wavelength emission at 1064nm or 912nm or the dual-wavelength emission at 1064nm and 912nm by controlling the incident pump power. From an incident pump power of 11.6 W, the 1064nm emission between ^4Fa/2 and ^4I11/2 is suppressed completely by the 912nm emission between ^4Fa/2 and ^4I9/2. We obtain 670 mW output of the 912nm single-wavelength laser emission with a slope efficiency of 5.5% by taking an incident pump power of 18.4 W. Using a Nd：GdV04 laser with 0.4at.% Nd-doping concentration, we obtain either the single-wavelength emission at 1064nm or the dual-wavelength emission at both 1064nm and 912nm by increasing the incident pump power. We observe a strong competition process in the dualavelength laser.     

Antiphase State in Passively Q-Switched Yb：YAG Microchip Lasers with a Nd,Cr：YAG as Saturable Absorber

We experimentally investigate the antiphase dynamics phenomenon that occurs in a diode-pumped passively Q-switched Yb:YAG multimode laser with a Nd,Cr:YAG saturable absorber. Due to the effect of spatial hole burning, the multimode lasers with one, two, or three modes at different pump power are observed, and the pulses sequences display classic antiphase dynamics.     

利用模式的对称性研究光子晶体光纤的色散

由光子晶体光纤的对称性可以得到模式分布的对称性，根据模式的对称性选择适当的展开函数，可以使计算量大大减少。计算了六角结构光子晶体光纤的色散特性，得到了波长在1．55pm处色散为零时，光子晶体光纤的结构参量所满足的方程。
