The addition of 1-aryl-2-bromodiazene 1-oxides to olefins yields 1-aryl-2-(2-bromoalkyl)diazene 1-oxides (4). A radical mechanism of the reaction has been suggested. Compounds4 decompose to give bromohydrazones of formaldehyde and aldehydes. The structural factors that affect the rate of this process are discussed.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Basic principles involved in sol-gel processing of ceramic membranes are described. This process has been applied to ceramic ultrafiltration membranes and is now investigated to prepare ceramic nanofilters. In this paper special emphasis is put on new developments concerning microporous zirconia membranes obtained by the polymeric route. A zirconium alkoxide precursor modified with an acetylacetone ligand has been used in order to control particle growth in the sols and pore size distribution in the membranes. N2 adsorption and X-ray diffraction analysis have been performed on membrane materials showing the influence of process parameters (molar ratio r = acacH/Zr and sintering temperature T) on membrane structural evolution.  相似文献

The effects of five polyethylene glycol (PEG) compounds of different molecular weight on the thermal stability of penicillin G acylase (PGA) obtained from a mutant ofEscherichia coli ATCC 11105 have been investigated. The molecular weights of PEG compounds were 400, 4000, 6000, 10,000, and 15,000. The thermal inactivation mechanisms of both native and PEG-containing PGA were considered to obey first order inactivation kinetics during prolonged heat treatments. Optimal concentrations of PEGs at molecular weights of 400,4000, 6000,10,000, and 15,000 were found to be 250,150,150,100, and 50 mM, respectively. The greatest enhancement of thermostability was observed with PEG 4000 and PEG 6000, as a nearly 20-fold increase above 50°C. PGA showed almost the same temperature activity profile and optimal temperature values both in the presence and absence of PEG. The addition of PEGs did not cause any change in the optimal temperature value of PGA, but the parametersV m ,K m , the activation energy, and thek cat values of enzyme were markedly decreased because of the mixed inhibition by PEG compounds. The type of inhibition was found to be hyperbolic uncompetitive.  相似文献

A hydrothermal cleavage-decomposition mechanism was used to synthesize single-crystal α-Mn2O3 nanorods at 160 °C for 16 h using KMnO4 as manganese source and CTAB as reducing regent. The as-synthesized products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectrum. The results indicate that the reaction temperature is a crucial factor for the formation of α-Mn2O3 nanorods. These nanorods exhibit single-crystal nature, and have an average diameter of 36 nm and lengths of up to 1 μm. Based on our experimental results, a hydrothermal cleavage-decomposition mechanism has been proposed on the formation of α-Mn2O3 nanorods.  相似文献

Quantitative electron probe microanalysis of highly insulating materials is a complicated problem, partially solved by coating samples with grounded thin conductive layers or using novel scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques, such as low-voltage and/or variable pressure SEM. In this work, some problems of quantitative X-ray microanalysis of thin HfO2 films, in particular the possibility to determine mass thickness correlated to the density of the layer material, are discussed. For comparison, Al2O3, Ta2O5 and TiO2 films grown onto both semiconductive Si and insulating quartz substrates were also analysed. All the films studied were synthesized by atomic layer deposition method.  相似文献

In this article we study the effect of energetic heterogeneity of a crystalline surface on the adsorption of hydrogen ions (protons) from the liquid phase. In particular, we examine the influence of the shape of the adsorption energy distribution on the equilibrium isotherms of hydrogen ions. To that purpose, a few popular distribution functions, including rectangular, exponential, and asymmetric Gaussian are considered. Additionally, multimodal distribution functions, which may correspond to the adsorption on different crystal planes of the oxide, are also used. Lateral interactions between adsorbed charges are modeled using the potential function proposed by Borkovec et al., which accounts also for polarization of the liquid medium. The results presented here are obtained using both Monte Carlo (MC) simulations and theoretical calculations involving Mean Field Approximation (MFA). They indicate that increased energetic heterogeneity of the adsorbing surface may, in general, considerably change the behavior of the adsorption isotherms, regardless of the assumed distribution function. It is also shown that the predictions of the proposed theory are consistent with the data obtained from the MC simulations.  相似文献

Diorganogallium Fluorides. The Crystal Structure of the Mixed Crystal [B(CH2Ph)3]0.92[Ga(CH2Ph)3]0.08 · NCMe The reaction of GaR3 with BF3 · OEt2 in diethylether leads to the diorganogallium fluorides R2GaF [R = i-Pr ( 1 ), CH2Ph ( 2 ), Mes ( 3 )]. Compound 1 is also available by the reaction of i-Pr2GaBr ( 6 ) with KF at ?20°C in acetonitrile. The by-product B(CH2Ph)3, formed together with 2 during the first reaction, crystallizes with ca. 8% Ga(CH2Ph)3 in acetonitrile as [B(CH2Ph)3]0.92[Ga(CH2Ph)3]0.08 · NCMe ( 4 ) in the space group P21/n with a = 1050.32(7) pm, b = 1159.5(2) pm, c = 1591.6(1) pm and β = 96.931(6)°.  相似文献
