Study of zinc thiocarbamide chloride,a single-source precursor for zinc sulfide thin films by spray pyrolysis

Thermal decomposition of the title compound, Zn(tu)₂Cl₂ (tu=thiourea), was studied up to 1200°C in dynamic inert (N₂) and oxidative (air) atmospheres using simultaneous TG/DTA techniques. In addition, XRD and IR were employed ex situ to resolve the reaction mechanism and products. Cubic ZnS (sphalerite) is formed below 300°C in both atmospheres and is observed until 760°C, whereafter it transforms in nitrogen to the hexagonal ZnS (wurtzite). EGA by FTIR revealed the complexity of the decomposition reactions involving also the evolution of H₂NCN, which reacts to form hexagonal ZnCN₂ as revealed by an XRD analysis. Photodynamic therapy based on organic small molecular fluorescent dyes

This review aims to provide a summary of the progress in organic small molecular fluorescent dyes for photodynamic therapy in recent years and it is classified according to the structures of dyes including cyanines, phthalocyanine, BODIPYs and other agents.     

赖氨酸-Ag反应机理的研究

The interaction of silver(Ⅰ) ion with lysine has been investigated by UV-Vis, fluorescent spectra and electrophoresis method. The effect of pH medium and multicomponent concentration on interaction of lysine-silver has also been studied. Lysine-silver system showed maximum absorbance at 239 nm and 448 nm. Lysine showed fluorescence. The fluorescence excitation wavelength was about 356.6 nm (fluorescence emission wavelength was about 438.6 nm). When the reaction of silver(Ⅰ) ion with lysine happened, fluorescence was quenching. Lysine-silver system carried negative charge, and the electrokinetic potential of double electrode layer was -2.35×10^-4 V.     

Thermal transformations in systems based on zeolites Y,X, and A containing zinc and sodium nitrates

Thermal transformations in systems formed by interaction of Zn and Na nitrates with Y, X, and A zeolites were studied by TG—DTA technique. Temperature regions of existence of adsorbed water, water of crystallization, and decomposition of NO₃ ^– anion were determined. These intervals depend on the composition, structure, method of preparation, and pre-treatment conditions of zeolite systems. The extent of NO₃ ^– decomposition depends not only on the zinc and sodium content but also on the presence of ammonia involved in NO₃ ^– reduction. The zeolite matrix strongly stabilizes the occluded NO₃ ^– anions. A portion of zinc oxide formed by zinc nitrate decomposition is probably localized inside the zeolite cavities as the [Zn—O—(ZnO) _n —Zn]²⁺ particles. The latter compensate charges of the isolated [AlO₄]^– tetrahedra.

烯丙基溴和金属辛或锡成功地将末端环氧化合物1一锅法合成高烯丙基醇2和双高烯丙基醇3. 还研究了环氧化合物取代基的影响, 并提出了此烯丙基化的反应途径 .     

Crystal structure of sodium potassium zinc diphosphate NaKZnP2O7

Single crystals of NaKZnP₂O₇ were grown, and their crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction (space group P2₁/n, a = 12.585(5) Å, b = 7.277(5) Å, c = 7.428(5) Å, β = 90.00(5)°, Z = 4, 1916 F(hkl), R ₁ = 0.0461). The structure contains a 3D tetrahedral zinc phosphate framework with a system of intersecting channels running along the b and c axes. The sodium and potassium atoms are coordinated to six and seven oxygen atoms, respectively, and reside inside these channels; the potassium cations, which are larger than the sodium cations, are located at channel intersections.

Simple Trithio- and Perthiocarbonato Complexes with Interesting Bond Properties: [E(CS₃)₂]^2? (E = Sn, Zn, Cd), [E(CS₃)₃]^3? (E = As, Sb, Bi, Co), {Cu(CS₃)^?}_∞ and [Zn(CS₄)₂]^2? By reactions of potassium trithiocarbonate ( 1 ) with solutions of zinc(II)- acetylacetonate, cadmium(II)-chloride, tin(II)-chloride, arsenic(III)-sulfide (suspension), antimony(III)-chloride, bismuth(III)-chloride and copper(II)-chloride in dimethyl sulfoxide, as well as of trisodium hexanitrito cobaltate(III) in water, and the precipitation of the complexes with an aqueous solution of tetraphenylphosphonium chloride the compounds (PPh₄)₂[Zn(CS₃)₂] ( 2 ), (PPh₄)₂[Cd(CS₃)₂] ( 3 ), (PPh₄)₂[Sn(CS₃)₂] ( 4 ), (PPh₄)₃[As(CS₃)₃] ( 5 ), (PPh₄)₃[Sb(CS₃)₃] ( 6 ), (PPh₄)₃[Bi(CS₃)₃] ( 7 ), (PPh₄)₃[Co(CS₃)₃] ( 8 ) and (PPh₄)Cu(CS₃) ( 9 ) have been isolated. (PPh₄)₂[Zn(CS₄)₂] · CH₃NO₂ ( 10 ) has been prepared by heating a solution of 2 in nitromethane to 60--70°C in presence of air. The reaction of 1 in dimethyl sulfoxide with an aqueous tetraphenylphosphonium chloride solution in presence of oxygen leads to (PPh₄)₂[C₂S₆] ( 11 ). The compounds have been characterized by spectroscopical studies (IR, Raman, UV/Vis, ¹¹³Cd/⁵⁹Co-NMR), magnetic susceptibility measurements, powder diffractometry, elemental analyses and single crystal X-ray structure analysis ( 4 – 7 , 10 and 11 ). Ligand exchange separation of amines on copper (II) sorbed on zinc silicate

Summary Papers impregnated with Cu(II) sorbed on zinc silicate have been used to study the ligand exchange chromatographic behavior of amines. R_F values of 16 amines have been studied in 6 different systems. On the basis of differences in R_F values various analytically important qualitative separations of amines on impregnated papers and quantitative separations on columns of copper(II) sorbed on zinc silicate have been achieved.

Pyridine was used as a solvent for homocoupling of aryl bromides catalyzed by nickel chloride/triarylphosphinein the presence of zinc and recycled easily.Triphenylphosphine was the best ligand for nickel in this coupling reac-tion.     

两种含锌化合物对慢性染铅大鼠海马NADPH-d阳性神经元影响的比较

为探讨硫酸锌(ZnSO4)和牛磺酸锌(TZC)拮抗铅对学习记忆的损害的不同，采用NADPH-黄递酶(NADPH-d)组化，观察了饮用含0.2g／L醋酸铅(PbAc)饮水和含不同剂量(5．0，15．0g／kg)ZnSO4、(5．9、17．7g／kg)TZC饲料喂养的大鼠海马一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的变化。结果表明，各补锌组均不同程度地缓解铅致NOS活力减低，铅 低TZC组、铅 高ZnSO4组和铅 低ZnSO4组大鼠海马神经元的NOS活性明显高于染铅组，其中铅 低TZC组的保护作用最显著，而铅 高TZC组的NOS活性明显低于对照组，而接近染铅组水平。结论是锌对抗铅的毒性作用与锌的化学结合形式、锌的剂量密切相关。
