Three protocols for shotgun process are put forth in which simultaneous multi-fold reactions occur exclusively to each other. The first one involves simple combination of selective and non-selective reactions. Even if the simple protocol fails to give rise to the high selectivity, satisfactory outcome can be achieved by kinetic control or adjustment of functional groups.  相似文献

The following idea generalizes this notion: Given an appropriate δ (-[−1, 1]t, a λq × n array will be said to form a (t, q, λ, Δ) sign-balanced matrix if for each choice C1, C2,…, Ct of t columns and for each choice = (1,…,t) Δ of signs, the linear combination ∑j=1t jCj contains (mod q) each entry of [0, 1,…, q − 1] exactly λ times. We consider the following extremal problem in this paper: How large does the number k = k(n, t, q, λ, δ) of rows have to be so that for each choice of t columns and for each choice (1, …, t) of signs in δ, the linear combination ∑j=1t jCj contains each entry of [0, 1,…, q t- 1] at least λ times? We use probabilistic methods, in particular the Lovász local lemma and the Stein-Chen method of Poisson approximation to obtain general (logarithmic) upper bounds on the numbers k(n, t, q, λ, δ), and to provide Poisson approximations for the probability distribution of the number W of deficient sets of t columns, given a random array. It is proved, in addition, that arithmetic modulo q yields the smallest array - in a sense to be described.  相似文献

As a consequence, we obtain some new characterizations of the determinant on those classes of matrices.

The dynamics of the one-dimensional spin glass with asymmetric interactions between neighboring spins is considered. We confine ourselves to discrete couplings with values ±J. We show that the algebraic decay of the remanent magnetization of the infinite ±J-spin chain at zero temperature is only valid for symmetric couplings. Our analytical investigations as well as computer simulations show stretched exponential decay for any finite concentration of antisymmetric bonds. Thus, the asymmetric ±J-spin chain shows an asymmetry-induced phase transition at zero temperature.  相似文献

The Coulomb system consisting of an equal number of positive and negative charged rods confined to a one-dimensional lattice is studied. The grand partition function can be calculated exactly at two values of the coupling constant=q 2/k B T (q denoting the magnitude of the charges). The exact results lead to the conjecture that in the complex scaled fugacity plane, all the zeros of the grand partition function lie on the negative real axis for<2, on the point=–1 for=2, and on the unit circle for>2. In addition, for>4, we conjecture in general and prove at=4 that the zeros pinch the real axis in the thermodynamic limit, with an essential singularity in the pressure at the reduced density 1/2.  相似文献

A new method of synthesis of oxide tungsten bronzes containing lanthanide (Ln) Nd and Eu, based on thermal degradation of polyoxotungstate compounds, is proposed. The simplicity of the method allows to consider this class of compounds with chemical formula, LnxWO3, as potential inert target for incineration or transmutation of minor actinides, Am and Cm, in neutron reactors. Nd and Eu were used as analogues of transplutonium elements. Powder X-ray diffraction patterns of compounds synthesized reveal a cubic perovskite structure. The lanthanide content in bronzes was determined by optical spectroscopy analysis. The experimental density of the pressed bronze samples was estimated at 6.58 g cm−3, i.e., 89% of the crystallographic value. The thermal stability of the bronzes synthesized was checked up to 900°C in an inert atmosphere. Leaching tests were performed for europium bronzes in nitric acid solutions using luminescence technique.  相似文献

A new approach for design of improved interfacial bonding between carbon fibers and polymeric matrices is described. In this method the affinity of surface-treated carbon fibers to various polymer matrices is simulated by analyzing the adsorption characteristics of model compounds, typical of the polymer units, onto very high surface area carbon fibers. The affinity can be evaluated by the use of Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) to measure adsorption–desorption characteristics. Since high surface area, activated carbon fibers (ACF) can be chemically treated to obtain acidic, basic, nonpolar or highly polar surfaces, it should be possible to assess the interactions of chemically modified surfaces with model compounds such as methanol (MeOH), acetone, dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethylether, tetrahydrofuran (THF) and water. Some preliminary results are presented, indicating that surface treatments for carbon fibers other than oxidation may lead to enhanced bonding with polymeric matrices.  相似文献

This work presents an electroanalytical methodology developed for square-wave voltammetry based in the electrochemical reduction in hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE), which is simple, fast, reliable and sensitive for determination of moxifloxacin (MOXI) in tablets and spiked urine human samples. The support electrolyte that provided a more defined and intense peak current for MOXI determination was the phosphate buffer 0.04 mol l− 1 pH 8.0. In the best-optimized conditions the drug presented an only peak of reduction at − 1.38 V vs. Ag/AgCl, using an Eacc. of − 0.30 V. An LOD of 0.44 and 3.20 ng ml− 1 and an LOQ of 1.46 and 10.60 ng ml− 1 were found for the pure standard of moxifloxacin and in the presence of matrix, respectively. A good recovery was obtained for assay spiked urine samples and a good quantification of MOXI was achieved in a commercial formulation. The methodology proposed was more sensitive than the spectrofluorimetric and spectrophotometric method with precision and accuracy equivalent.  相似文献
