基于灰度关联分析的冬小麦叶片含水量高光谱估测   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
尝试应用灰色关联分析方法(GRA)分析典型的水分植被指数(WVI)和水分含量(LWC)间的关联度,然后选择对冬小麦叶片水含量敏感的指数,比较SRM-PLS(逐步回归-偏最小二乘)方法和PLS方法估算LWC的精度。首先,对冬小麦WVI与LWC进行灰色关联分析,筛选出对冬小麦LWC敏感的WVI;其次,利用筛选出的敏感WVI,分别用PLS-SRM方法和PLS两种方式估算冬小麦LWC;然后对两种方式进行比较,选择最高决定系数(R2)和最小均方根误差(RMSE)的LWC估算模型来估算冬小麦LWC。结果表明:在整个生育期用PLS和PLS-SRM方法估算LWC, R2和RMSE分别为0.605和0.575,4.75%和7.35%。研究表明:先使用GRA对WVI和LWC进行关联度分析,再用PLS或PLS-SRM方法可以提高冬小麦的LWC估算精度。  相似文献

The procedure and method for the transfer of two sets of 14 pairs of wheatgrass (Agropyron interrnedium) chromosomes into common wheat to establish two sets of wheat-wheatgrass alien addition lines are reported. Meanwhile, observations and analyses have been made on the phenotypicaI characters of all the 14 alien addition lines established. It is determined that wheatgrass chromosomes in some of the established addition lines carry the rustresistant genes. In addition, questions concerning the location and distribution of certain agriculturally important genes of wheatgrass chromosomes have been discussed.  相似文献

以麦秸为研究对象,解聚剂为HCl、HNO3和H3PO4,对解聚产物进行定性和定量分析,并利用动力学模型描述木糖及糠醛的产生过程。 结果表明,解聚液中的产物有葡萄糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖、纤维二糖、乙酸、糠醛、5-羟甲基糠醛。 通过引入变量(α,木糖/木聚糖的比值)利用Saeman动力学模型获得了不同温度下,木聚糖的水解速率常数、木糖的转化速率常数以及糠醛的生成速率常数。 HCl、HNO3和H3PO4解聚麦秸,木糖的生成活化能分别为55.5、46.3和59.8 kJ/mol。 结合反应温度、反应时间、反应速率以及木糖和糠醛的浓度,确定最佳解聚条件为:硝酸作解聚剂,在130 ℃下水解95 min。  相似文献

Nodule-like structures (para-nodules) can be induced in wheat roots by low concentrationsof 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), a synthetic analogue of the plant growth hor-mone indole-acetic acid. Growth of nodulated wheat plants was not affected by 2,4-D treat-ment. Infection of these?para-nodules by adding oxygen-tolerant Azorhizobium caulinodans isolat-ed from stem nodules of the tropical legume Sesbania rostrata resulted in massive prolifera-tion of bacterial cells in the intercellular spaces as well as inside the para-nodular cells.Para-nodules colonized by Azorhizobium coulinodans not only reduced acetylene, but alsotransferred fixed nitrogen to the plant, contributing up to 16--23% of the nitrogen budgetof infected wheat.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine the efficiency with which rice bran (treated or untreated) removes heavy metals, especially Cr(III) and Hg(II), from acidic solution. Sorption assays were done in shaken flasks in the presence of rice bran. Different experimental conditions such as pH, volume of solution, bran weight, particle size, exchange time and stirring time were improved. The efficiency of bran was studied before and after treatments. For treatment, solutions of acid, alkali and salt were used. The results show that after treating with 4 M sodium chloride solution, its efficiency in removal of Cr(III) and Hg(II) was improved. Kinetic measurements of chromium and mercury removal by bran have revealed that sorption equilibrium was obtained after 10 min of contact. Sorption experiments done with various granulometric fractions of rice bran have shown that this sorbent has the same efficiencies in meshes higher than 20. Further research is necessary in order to determine a mechanism for cations removal by the bran. It is mentioned that the process of making polished rice from brown rice discharges rice bran; therefore, it is very inexpensive, with a cost of 1/50 ? 1/40 of that of synthetic sorbent, and thus its use would significantly lower the cost of wastewater treatment.  相似文献

This study was conducted to analyse structural changes through scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) after alkaline pretreatment of wheat straw for optimum steaming period. During the study, 2 mm size of substrate was soaked in 2.5% NaOH for 1 h at room temperature and then autoclaved at 121°C for various steaming time (30, 60, 90 and 120 min). Results revealed that residence time of 90 min at 121°C has strong effect on substrate, achieving a maximum cellulose content of 83%, delignification of 81% and hemicellulose content of 10.5%. Further SEM and FTIR spectroscopy confirmed structural modification caused by alkaline pretreatment in substrate. Maximum saccharification yield of 52.93% was achieved with 0.5% enzyme concentration using 2.5% substrate concentration for 8 h of incubation at 50°C. This result indicates that the above-mentioned pretreatment conditions create accessible areas for enzymatic hydrolysis.  相似文献
