The kinetics of olive wood carbonization is investigated by means of isothermal thermogravimetric analysis method. Measurements were carried out in a thermobalance for different fixed temperatures between 498 and 648 K. A two-stage semi-global kinetic model consisting of four sequential steps was proposed to derive kinetic parameters. The olive wood is classified in three pseudo-components. For the first two, similar thermal degradation mechanisms take place in a single reaction step. For the third, the thermal degradation takes place in two consecutive steps. The isothermal conditions allow the kinetic constants (activation energy and pre-exponential factors) to be estimated by means of the analytical solution of the mass conservation equations. An overall good agreement was obtained with activation energy values available in the literature. 相似文献

对杉木屑、棉杆、竹屑三种生物质热解制得的木醋液产率、基本理化性质及其有机成分进行了分析研究。结果表明,三种生物质原料在350℃下热解制得的粗木醋液、精制木醋液产率相差不大,相同条件下氯化钾浸渍处理后的杉木屑热解所得的粗木醋液、精制木醋液的产率有所降低。三种原料制得的精制木醋液的理化性质不同,杉木屑木醋液的pH值最小,密度最大,竹屑和棉杆木醋液的有机酸含量相对较高。采用GC-MS对精制木醋液中的有机成分进行了分析,结果表明,杉木屑木醋液中的主要组分为酸类、酚类和酮类化合物,棉杆和竹屑木醋液中的主要组分除这三类有机物质外,还含有相对含量较高的醇类化合物。酸类和酚类化合物在三种木醋液中的相对含量依次是竹屑 >棉杆 >木屑;酮类的相对含量依次是木屑 >棉杆 >竹屑。氯化钾处理后的木屑热解所得的木醋液中主要组分酚类和酮类化合物的相对含量有所降低,酸类化合物的相对含量增加,主要表现为乙酸相对含量的增加。与杉木屑木醋液相比,KCl处理后的杉木屑木醋液中的醇类化合物相对含量增加了1倍左右。 相似文献

Chinese ink stick has a long history and a special importance in Chinese culture. Its main components are soot (normally pine wood soot and lamp soot) and animal glue; however, additives were added from time to time for different purposes. In order to see whether the two types of soot can be differentiated and the other constituents in Chinese ink sticks can be identified or not by Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (Py-GC-MS) and GC-MS techniques, an initial study has been carried out. The main polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soot could be identified, which are anthracene, fluoranthene, triphenylene and benz[e]acephenanthrylene. The main difference between those two types of soot is that the detectable amount of PAHs in lamp soot is much lower than in pine wood soot. In addition to this, the relative concentration of the main polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons including anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, triphenylene and its isomer, benzo[k]fluoranthene and its isomers are different in the two types of soot. The relative content of benzo[k]fluoranthene is higher in pine soot than in lamp soot, which could be used to as a criterion to differentiate the two types of soot. Py-GC-MS technique is a very effective method to identify the main components of Chinese ink sticks, including the PAHs of soot, binding media and the additives of camphor and borneol in one analysis. 相似文献

基于I-BGLAM纹理和光谱融合的高光谱显微成像木材树种分类 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为了提高木材树种分类的正确率,提出了一种基于I-BGLAM纹理特征和光谱特征融合的高光谱图像的木材树种分类方法。实验数据是利用SOC710VP高光谱成像仪获取的可见光/近红外(372.53~1 038.57 nm)范围内的高光谱图像。首先,利用基于OIF的特征波段选择方法降低高光谱图像的维数,选择出含有信息量大的波段。其次,对选择出的波段图像使用NSCT及NSCT逆变换得到融合图像,对得到的融合图像使用I-BGLAM提取其纹理特征。与此同时,对高光谱图像的全波段求取平均光谱并进行S-G(Savitzky-Golay)平滑得到光谱特征。最后,将得到的纹理特征和光谱特征融合后送进极限学习机(ELM)中进行分类。此外,还和基于灰度共生矩阵(GLCM)的木材识别的传统方法以及近几年木材树种识别领域内被提出的主流方法进行了比较。该研究主要创新点有两个:一是将强纹理提取器I-BGLAM用于高光谱图像中提取其纹理特征;二是提出一种新的特征融合的模型用于高光谱图像的分类。针对8个树种的实验结果表明,单独使用I-BGLAM提取的纹理特征来进行分类的正确率最高可到达88.54%,而使用GLCM提取纹理特征的传统方法正确率最高只有76.04%,该结果可以得出本文使用I-BGLAM在纹理特征提取方面要优于GLCM,这为后面建立的融合模型打下很好的基础,单独使用平均光谱特征来分类的正确率最高可以达到92.71%,使用所提出的特征融合方法所得到的分类正确率最高可达到100%,这说明使用所提出的融合模型来分类要比以前单独使用某一种特征的分类模型要好。此外,使用所提出的方法得到的分类正确率要高于本领域内其他两种主流的识别方法。因此,所提出的基于I-BGLAM纹理特征和光谱特征融合的方法能够提高木材树种分类的正确率,该方法在木材树种分类方面有着一定的利用价值。 相似文献

In order to obtain beech wood substrates with new functions as conductive materials and to develop their utilities in industrial fields, the technique of electroless nickel coating on the beech wood substrate was employed. The influence of complexing agent concentration [Na2EDTA·2H2O] on the nickel surface resistivity was studied. The process conditions were Ni(CH3COO)2·4H2O 0.103?mol/L, CH3CHOCOOH 18.18?mL/L, N2H5OH 54.54?mL/L, NaOH 0.193?mol/L, pH value of 9.5, temperature of 75?°C, and the complexing agent concentration varied between 0.012 and 0.061?mol/L. By means of XRD, EDXRF, and SEM, the chemical composition and morphology of the prepared films were investigated. The results showed that when the complexing agent concentration increased from 0.012 to 0.061?mol/L in the electroless nickel coating baths, the gained nickel mass on the beech wood substrate decreased from 17.04 to 9.03?mg/cm2, the nickel crystallite sizes reduced from 16.1 to 1.41?nm and the electric measurements demonstrated that the nickel surface resistivity rose from 0.004 to 192.16?kΩ/cm2. 相似文献

为搞好洞庭湖区洪涝灾害的预测和防灾减灾,促进湖区经济建设,本文对洞庭湖区洪涝灾害的形成机制进行了分析研究.结果表明:80 %特大洪涝灾害的发生在厄尔尼诺年的次年,其内在机制是厄尔尼诺事件所导致的全球气候异常.大气环流的异常是洪涝发生的根本原因,主要表现在有特大洪涝年汛期,位于110°~120°E的西太平洋副高脊线位置都稳定处于19°~24°N之间,且越过24°N的时间大致与城陵矶年最高水位出现时间相吻合;西风带形势稳定;印度低压偏强并持续稳定.洞庭湖区洪涝与湖区、四水流域、长江上游东部区和西部区等广泛地域的降水密切相关,汛期在这4个区域第一次大范围的强降水过程以后20 天各代表站降水量总和的平均值对洞庭湖的洪涝预测具有决定性意义. 相似文献
