可见-近红外光谱分析技术对鱼油掺假定量快速无损检测方法研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
对掺入不同含量大豆油和菜籽油的鱼油进行鱼油掺假含量的可见-近红外光谱(Vis-NIR)研究。向3个不同品牌鱼油中分别掺入不同比例的大豆油,另外3个不同品牌中分别掺入不同比例的菜籽油,共获得300个样本。对所采集样本的光谱数据分别采用原始光谱,以及平滑,变量标准化(SNV),多元散射校正(MSC),一阶求导和二阶求导等预处理算法进行处理后,建立偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)模型。基于全波段光谱的鱼油中大豆油和菜籽油掺假含量预测的最优模型分别为全波段PLSR模型和MSC-PLSR模型,其预测相关系数(Rp)分别达到0.938 6和0.959 3。进一步采用连续投影算法(SPA)分析鱼油中大豆油和菜籽油掺假样品的光谱,并分别获得了11个和15个光谱特征波长变量。基于特征变量的PLSR模型的Rp分别为0.941 2和0.932 6。试验研究表明, 可以采用Vis-NIR技术实现对鱼油掺假物含量的检测。 相似文献

采用FTIR,XRD,SEM等技术,对皖南牌坊上的传统灰浆材料配方进行了初步研究。结果表明,牌坊灰浆样品为石灰掺桐油或糯米而形成的有机-无机复合材料。桐油灰浆强度的形成主要源于灰浆中石灰的碳化反应、桐油与氧气的交联反应和Ca2+与—COO-的配位反应以及由此而形成的致密片层状有机-无机复合结构。糯米淀粉对灰浆碳化过程的调控作用而形成的细密的微观结构是糯米灰浆具有良好性能的微观解释。 相似文献

Metal surfaces can be degreased via a combustion reaction upon the metal surface by the use of a plasma torch jet. The required energy and the reaction rate of the combustion reaction are examined here. It turns out that the reaction rate can limit the cleaning performance. In such case, the cleaning performance is not improved at higher powers. The rotational spectrum of isoamyl acetate, H3C–COO–(CH2)2–CH(CH3)2, has been recorded and assigned using a molecular beam Fourier transform microwave (MB-FTMW) spectrometer in the frequency range of 3–26.5?GHz. One conformer has been observed. By comparing the spectroscopic data with the quantum chemical data, it was found that the conformer observed does not have Cs symmetry. The rotational and centrifugal distortion constants were determined. The barrier to internal rotation of the acetate methyl group was found to be 93.98?cm?1. To prepare oil-absorptive polymers with moderate cross-linking structure, poly(butyl methacrylate) (PBMA) was synthesized as a linear hydrophobic polymer by suspension polymerization. In addition, hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), as a monomer, which could construct a network structure among the macromolecules via hydrogen bond interactions, was solution polymerized in dimethylacetamide (DMAc) with PBMA, yielding a polymer blend of PBMA and PHEMA. The solution of the polymer blend was investigated by rotational viscometry and extended rheometry. The results showed that the viscosity varied greatly with the temperature and shear rate for three different compositions. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra indicated that an entanglement or interlocking cross-linking structure of molecular chains was constructed by hydrogen bonds. The results from nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra exhibited a downfield movement of the proton peak as influenced by end groups or hydroxyls in the polymer chains. The rheological measurements demonstrated that the cross-linking structure greatly affected the rheological behavior of the blend solution. Sulfonated polyacrylamide (SPAA) solutions were prepared and the effects of pressure, polymer concentration, and water temperature, pH and salinity on their rheological behavior were investigated using a concentric cylinder dynamic rheometer equipped with a high pressure cell. According to the rheological flow curves the shear stress of SPAA solutions increased less than in proportion to their shear rates; that is, a shear thinning effect occurred. For polymer solutions containing 15,000 ppm of SPAA, shear viscosity, and stress were nearly insensitive to pressure. However, the shear viscosity and stress of SPAA solutions were affected by temperature and this effect was more evident at lower pressure. The flow curves indicated the shear viscosity and stress of the samples increased with increasing SPAA concentration and pH of the water, but were decreased with increasing water salinity and temperature. 相似文献

In the atmospheric correction of satellite data in the visible and near-infrared bands, it is necessary to remove the adjacency effect due to the reflection from contiguous pixels. Evaluation of the influence of aerosol vertical distributions on the adjacency effect is done by calculating the single-scattering light intensity which, after the reflection at the ground surface, reaches the satellite sensor via a single scattering with a molecule or an aerosol particle. In the simulation, we assume aerosol vertical profiles similar to those used in the MODTRAN radiation transfer code, and those having a mixed layer with a uniform value of the aerosol extinction coefficient. We assume for the ground surface a simple model representing a border of land/sea surfaces. In spite of the single scattering approximation, it is confirmed that even if the optical thickness is the same, we have a larger adjacency effect when the extinction coefficient is large at higher altitudes. We also discuss the dependence of the adjacency effect on the aerosol optical thickness and that on the difference in the reflectances of the land and sea surfaces along the border. 相似文献
