The asymmetric dihydroxylation of α,β-unsaturated sulfones under Sharpless conditions affords enantioenriched α-hydroxyaldehydes in a complex mixture of dimeric species. These mixtures undergo olefination generating the corresponding α,β-unsaturated esters or furan-2(5H)-ones with high levels of enantiomeric excess. The application of this method for the rapid stereoselective synthesis of the furanone natural products; quercus lactone and maritolide, are described.  相似文献

The preparation and potentiometric pH response properties of membranes formulated with various aminated-poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-NH2) products are described. Products containing secondary and/or primary amino functional groups are obtained by modifying PVC with mono- and/or diamines, respectively. Blank membranes prepared with either type of aminated-polymer exhibit nearly Nernstian potentiometric pH responses over different pH ranges. In general, membranes based on diamino products exhibit pH response over a wider range (5–10.5) than membranes formulated with monoamino products (<8.0). These potentiometric results are used to estimate the basicity of the various primary and secondary amino sites in the membrane phases.Dedicated to Professer W. 本文用WAXD、PLM、DSC方法研究了聚氧化乙烯(PEO)/聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)共混体系的结晶行为,探索了两组分聚合物间相互作用及体系结晶度与非晶组分含量的关系。DSC研究表明PEO/PVP共混体系具有两个玻璃化转变温度,分别是纯组分的T_g,无相容性。应用Avrami和LH方程对其动力学参数进行了研究。偏光显微镜观察了共混物结构形态。  相似文献

Non-catalytic addition of 1,2,4-triazole to vinyl ethers and esters occurs on heating (65-175°C, 4-20 h) to give Markovnikov adducts (yield 30-100%). Electron-deficient alkenes (acrylonitrile, acrylic acid, 4-phenyl-3-buten-2-one) react with 1,2,4-triazole (78-190°C, 4-20 h) to give anti-Markovnikov adducts in yields of 45-83%.  相似文献

The catalytic Z-selective Claisen rearrangement of simple aliphatic allyl vinyl ethers can be achieved using a chromium(III) porphyrin complex, Cr(TPP)Cl, as a catalyst: Cr(TPP)Cl significantly enhances reversal of E-Z selectivity in the thermal Claisen rearrangement of allyl vinyl ethers, especially, 4,5- and 4,6-disubstituted derivatives, at low catalyst loading.  相似文献

The stereospecific radical polymerization of vinyl esters, methacrylates, and alpha-substituted acrylates was studied. Fluoroalcohols, as a solvent, have remarkable effects on the stereoregularity of the radical polymerizations of vinyl acetate, vinyl pivalate, and vinyl benzoate, affording polymers rich in syndiotacticity, heterotacticity, and isotacticity, respectively. This method was successfully applied to the polymerization of methacrylates to give syndiotactic polymers. The steric repulsion between the entering monomer and the chain-end monomeric unit bound by the solvent through hydrogen bonding is important for the stereochemical control in these systems. Lewis acid catalysts, such as lanthanide trifluoromethanesulfonates and zinc salts, were also effective for the stereocontrol during the radical polymerization of methyl methacrylate, to reduce the syndiotacticity and alpha-(alkoxymethyl)acrylates to synthesize isotactic and syndiotactic polymers. Radical polymerization of the methacrylates bearing a bulky ester group, such as the triphenylmethyl methacrylate derivatives, gave highly isotactic polymers, as in the case of anionic polymerization. In addition, the control of one-handed helical conformation was attained in the radical polymerization of 1-phenyldibenzosuberyl methacrylate using chiral neomenthanethiol or cobalt(II) complexes as an additive.  相似文献

A novel two‐dimensional cobalt complex, [Co(btrm)2(dca)]ClO4 ( 1 , btrm = 1,2‐bis(1,2,4‐triazole‐1‐yl)methane, dca = dicyanamide), was synthesized and characterized. X‐ray diffraction analyses reveal that the title complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m with a = 29.507(13)Å, b = 17.804(8) Å, c = 14.709(7) Å, β = 119.916(7)°, Z = 12, and R1 = 0.0784, wR2 = 0.2041. The cobalt atom involves a six‐coordinated CoN6 environment, with a distorted octahedral coordination. Two btrm ligands connect the CoII atoms with the exodentate nitrogen atoms on the 4‐position of triazole rings to form a sixteen‐membered rhombic grid. The unprecedented double btrm bridges and μ1,5‐dca bridge connect the cobalt atoms to form a two‐dimensional grid‐like layered structure. The spectroscopic and magnetic properties have also been investigated.  相似文献

A poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) microfluidic chip surface was modified by multilayer-adsorbed and heat-immobilized poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) after oxygen plasma treatment. The reflection absorption infrared spectrum (RAIRS) showed that 88% hydrolyzed PVA adsorbed more strongly than 100% hydrolyzed one on the oxygen plasma-pretreated PDMS surface, and they all had little adsorption on original PDMS surface. Repeating the coating procedure three times was found to produce the most robust and effective coating. PVA coating converted the original PDMS surface from a hydrophobic one into a hydrophilic surface, and suppressed electroosmotic flow (EOF) in the range of pH 3-11. More than 1,000,000 plates/m and baseline resolution were obtained for separation of fluorescently labeled basic proteins (lysozyme, ribonuclease B). Fluorescently labeled acidic proteins (bovine serum albumin, beta-lactoglobulin) and fragments of dsDNA phiX174 RF/HaeIII were also separated satisfactorily in the three-layer 88% PVA-coated PDMS microchip. Good separation of basic proteins was obtained for about 70 consecutive runs.  相似文献

Copolymers of bis[4-(N,N-dimethylamino)phenyl]-4-vinylphenylmethanenitrile (vinyl Malachite Green leuconitrile) with methyl methacrylate or ω-methoxyoligo(oxyethylene) methacrylate have been synthesized, aiming at designing one-component-type organic polymers for photoswitchable ion-conducting films. The triphenylmethanenitrile copolymers with ω-methoxyoligo(oxyethylene) methacrylate were found to undergo ionic-conductivity switching by turning on and off UV light at ambient temperature, owing to their low glass transition temperature. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献
