Globally, efficient oil‐water separation for surfactant‐stabilized oil‐water emulsions has been in urgent demand. The current options available for separation are neither sustainable nor resistant to fouling. Herein, we introduce a hierarchically nanostructured TiO2/Fe2O3 composite membrane, which is capable of separating surfactant‐stabilized oil‐water emulsions with high separation efficiency. The high oil rejection rate is contributed by the acquisition of an interconnected delicate network and underwater superoleophobic interface. Meanwhile, its self‐cleaning function promote the facile recovery of the contaminated membrane. Furthermore, the mechanical flexible characteristic of the TiO2/Fe2O3 composite membrane widens its applicability in industrial employment. Thanks to these properties, this novel membrane can be considered as a practical option for treating surfactant‐stabilized oil‐water emulsions. 相似文献

Wound closure and healing have been a problem that humans have faced since the ancient eras. An appropriate tissue connector must hold the edges of injured tissues close together to support healing and also prevent the leakage of biological fluids when resisting against the tensile forces. Even though clinical usage of mechanical methods is convenient for wound closure, their application has some limitations and drawbacks such as being painful for patients and hard to apply for surgeons when the injured site is not in touch. Furthermore, they do not have desirable cosmetic results. To solve these problems, closing the wounds with sticky materials has been introduced to prevent bleeding and induce the wound healing process. To this regard, many types of surgical adhesives including tissue adhesives have been developed to be a suitable alternative for sutures and staples. There is also a new approach which aims at producing bioadhesives by mimicking the nature along with applying nanotechnology methods. Today, many studies have been done to develop new adhesives inspired by nature. We have attempted to introduce the fundamentals of wound healing along with the different types of bioadhesives, their properties, and clinical applications in a simple and illustrated comprehensive way. 相似文献

In this paper, a fast method is proposed to estimate the sonar cross section of acoustically large and complex underwater targets such as submarines and torpedoes. The proposed method is based on a deterministic scattering center model which constructs scattering center database by using a combining method of physical optics and geometric optics and then reconstructs sonar cross section patterns from that database with a polynomial interpolation with respect to the incident angle. The parametric studies to find appropriate intervals of the reference incident angle are systematically carried out for simple targets such as a flat square plate and an orthogonal dihedral. Moreover, to validate the proposed method, sonar cross sections of real-like targets such as a pressure hull and an idealized submarine are calculated.
