研究了三(三甲基硅烷)亚磷酸酯(TMSP)添加剂对高镍三元正极材料Li Ni_(0.83)Mn_(0.05)Co_(0.12)O_2(LNMC811)高电压循环性能的影响。结合电化学表征、理论计算、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等方法研究发现,在高电位(4.5 Vvs Li/Li~+)下,TMSP添加剂能够在LNMC811正极表面被氧化分解,生成一层富含导锂离子性能好的硅酸盐和电化学稳定的无机碳酸锂,且电解液主要分解产物(有机碳酸锂和氟化锂)含量较少的正极固体电解质界面(CEI)膜;分析表明覆盖在正极表面的薄而均匀的CEI膜,能够很好的降低充放电过程的极化电压,隔离电解液和正极的接触,减少电解液的分解,抑制金属离子的溶出,稳定正极晶体结构,使LNMC811材料能够在4.5 V(vs Li/Li~+)高电压循环时仍然保持良好的循环性能和倍率性能。  相似文献

Three CoII octaazacryptates, with different substituents on the aromatic rings (Br, NO2, CCH), were synthesised and characterised. These and the already published non-substituted cryptate catalysed CO2 photoreduction to CO and CH4 under blue visible light at room temperature. Although CO was observed after short irradiation times and a large range of catalyst concentrations, CH4 was only observed after longer irradiation periods, such as 30 h, but with a small catalyst concentration (25 nm ). Experiments with 13C labelled CO2 showed that CO is formed and reacts further when the reaction time is long. The CCH catalyst is deactivated faster than the others and the more efficient catalyst for CH4 production is the one with Br. This reactivity trend was explained by an energy decomposition analysis based on DFT calculations.  相似文献

The reactivity of the cationic metal-carbon cluster FeC4+ towards methane has been studied experimentally using Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry and computationally by high-level quantum chemical calculations. At room temperature, FeC4H+ is formed as the main ionic product, and the experimental findings are substantiated by labeling experiments. According to extensive quantum chemical calculations, the C−H bond activation step proceeds through a radical-based hydrogen-atom transfer (HAT) mechanism. This finding is quite unexpected because the initial spin density at the terminal carbon atom of FeC4+, which serves as the hydrogen acceptor site, is low. However, in the course of forming an encounter complex, an electron from the doubly occupied sp-orbital of the terminal carbon atom of FeC4+ migrates to the singly occupied π*-orbital; the latter is delocalized over the entire carbon chain. Thus, a highly localized spin density is generated in situ at the terminal carbon atom. Consequently, homolytic C−H bond activation occurs without the obligation to pay a considerable energy penalty that is usually required for HAT involving closed-shell acceptor sites. The mechanistic insights provided by this combined experimental/computational study extend the understanding of methane activation by transition-metal carbides and add a new facet to the dizzying mechanistic landscape of hydrogen-atom transfer.  相似文献

Waterborne alkyd resin coatings are ideal for use as corrosion protection coatings because of its high cost‐effective and environmental advantages. However, their uses are restricted to general applications due to their poor acid, water, and alkali resistance. In this work, waterborne alkyd hybrid resins modified with fluorinated acrylate‐siloxane were synthesized via a surfactant‐free miniemulsion polymerization process using maleic anhydride and silicon modified alkyd resin, dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate, and butyl acrylate as monomers. And then, crosslinking alkyd resin films were prepared at room temperature using trimethylolpropane‐tris‐(βN‐azir‐idinyl) propionate (XR‐100) as the crosslinking agent. The acquired films had lower water absorption and higher water contact angles and had better mechanical/thermal properties, as well as good waterproof property. Most importantly, the electrochemical corrosion studies revealed that the cross‐linked coating exhibited superior corrosion resistance performance with an inhibition efficiency of 99.95% and a corrosion rate of 6.95 × 10?3 mm per year.  相似文献

为克服目前合成方法存在收率较低,反应时间长、产品分离困难等不足,本文以β-D-葡萄糖、乙酰溴为原料,经乙酰化、溴代反应合成了糖基体2,3,4,6-O-四乙酰基-α-D-溴代葡萄糖,再与4-羟基苯甲醛衍生物经糖苷化反应合成了5种4-甲酰基苯基(2,3,4,6-O-四乙酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷衍生物。 在合成4-甲酰基苯基(2,3,4,6-O-四乙酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷衍生物的过程中,采用10%(质量分数)NaOH溶液为缚酸剂,三(3,6-二氧杂庚基)胺(TDA-1)为相转移催化剂,反应物的收率为61%~69%,并应用核磁共振技术确定了产品的结构。 该方法具有产品收率较高,反应温和、操作简单等优点。  相似文献

甲烷在层状石墨烯和活性炭上的吸附平衡   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以吸附式天然气(ANG)吸附剂的工程应用为目的,以0-10 MPa、283.15-303.15 K甲烷在层状石墨烯(GS(3D),比表面积2062 m2/g)和活性炭SAC-01(比表面积1507 m2/g)上的吸附平衡数据作分析。首先,在77.15 K下由氮气吸附表征样品的孔径大小及分布(PSD)和比表面积。其次,选择极低压力下的吸附平衡数据标定亨利定律常数,确定甲烷在两吸附剂上的极限吸附热,并由维里方程和10-4-3势能函数计算甲烷与两吸附剂壁面之间的相互作用势。最后,依据测试的甲烷在吸附剂上的高压吸附平衡数据,比较了Langmuir系列方程的关联数据后的拟合精度,并由绝对吸附量计算了甲烷的等量吸附热。结果表明,甲烷在GS(3D)和活性炭SAC-01上的平均极限吸附热为23.07、20.67 kJ/mol;283.15 K下甲烷分子与GS(3D)和活性炭SAC-01之间的交互作用势εsf/k为67.19、64.23 K,与洛伦混合法则的计算值64.60 K相近;Toth方程关联甲烷在活性炭SAC-01和GS(3D)上吸附平衡数据的拟合累计相对误差为0.25%和2.29%;甲烷在活性炭SAC-01和GS(3D)上的等量吸附热平均值为16.8和18.3 kJ/mol。相对于活性炭SAC-01,比表面积和微孔容积均较高的GS(3D)对甲烷的吸附更具有优势。  相似文献

采用大气压等离子体射流,以CH4和CO2直接作为放电气体进行常压下重整制合成气的实验研究,考察了等离子体射流的放电特征及放电距离、放电功率、原料气配比和流量对反应的影响。结果表明,该等离子体具有放电稳定、均匀的特征。重整反应的主要产物为合成气,只有少量的H2O和积炭生成。优化的反应条件为放电距离为9mm,CH4和CO2的摩尔比为4/6。当原料气流量为1000mL/min,放电功率为88.4W时,CH4和CO2的最高转化率为分别为94.99%和87.23%。甲烷和二氧化碳的转化率随放电功率的增加而增加,随流量的增加而减少。  相似文献

Overall kinetic studies on the oxidative coupling of methane, OCM, have been conducted in a tubular fixed bed reactor, using perovskite titanate as the reaction catalyst. The appropriate operating conditions were found to be: temperature 750-775 ℃, total feed flow rate of 160 ml/min, CH4/O2 ratio of 2 and GHSV of 100 min-1. Under these conditions, C2 yield of 28% was achieved. Correlations of the kinetic data have been performed with lumped rate equations for C2 and COx formation as functions of temperature, O2 and CH4 partial pressures. Six models have been selected among the common lumped kinetic models. The selected models have been regressed with the experimental data which were obtained from the Catatest system by genetic algorithm in order to obtain optimized parameters. The kinetic coefficients in the overall reactions were optimized by different numerical optimization methods such as: the Levenberg-Marquardt and genetic algorithms and the results were compared with one another. It has been found that the Santamaria model is in good agreement with the experimental data. The Arrhenius parameters of this model have been obtained by linear regression. It should be noted that the Marquardt algorithm is sensitive to the first guesses and there is possibility to trap in the relative minimum.  相似文献

Oxidative coupling of methane for the production of ethylene was studied over Li-Ni/MgO catalyst in a fixed bed reactor. The influences of important reaction parameters such as temperature (T), methane/oxygen ratio (CH4/O2) in feed and space velocity of reactants (V/mcat) were studied over the conversion of methane, yields of ethylene and ethane and selectivity of ethylene formation. The reaction conditions were varied as 650 < T < 850oC, 0.83 x 10-6 < V/mcat < 2.92 x 10-6 m3/g s and 1 < CH4/O2 ratio < 8.  相似文献

对SBA-15负载的钒、钼、钨氧化物催化的甲烷选择氧化反应性能进行了比较,发现VOx/SBA-15催化剂优于MoOx/SBA-15和WOx/SBA-15催化剂.针对钒氧化物催化剂,考察了不同钒源、不同载体以及少量P元素的添加对催化性能的影响,结果表明以SBA-15为载体的催化剂的性能好于MCM-41和Cab-O-Sil为载体的催化剂;与V2O5,VO(C2O4)相比,NH4VO3是制备性能良好的VOx/SBA-15的钒源;在VOx/SBA-15中,添加少量P元素后,HCHO的选择性有一定程度的提高.XRD,N2物理吸附、UN-Raman和H2-TPR表征结果表明,负载量低于3 wt%时,钒组分可能主要以高分散的单核的VOx物种存在,我们推测该物种对甲烷选择氧化制甲醛起关键作用.  相似文献
