A polystyrene-supported phosphine oxide-catalysed Beckmann rearrangement of ketoximes in 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol (HFIP) has been developed. Good substrate compatibility, mild reaction conditions, good yields as well as the reusability of the catalyst/solvent made this procedure more environmentally benign.  相似文献

以来源于可再生资源聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)和氯醚橡胶(ECO)作为聚乳酸(PLA)的增韧改性剂,通过熔融共混的方法制备了PLA/PBS/ECO三元共混体系。动态力学分析和扫描电子显微镜结果表明,ECO促进了PBS和PLA之间的相容性。力学性能测试表明,ECO与PBS可实现对聚乳酸基体的协同增韧: PLA/PBS/ECO(70/20/10)显示出最优的拉伸性能,断裂伸长率高达270%;PLA/PBS/ECO(70/10/20)的冲击强度提高至23.7 kJ/m2,是纯聚乳酸的12倍。结合形态结构和冲击断面形貌分析表明ECO的存在可起到增容/增韧双重作用, 与柔性PBS产生良好的协同效应,有效改善聚乳酸材料的韧性。我们的研究表明,构造PLA-柔性生物聚酯和生物基弹性体多元共混体系是一种获得高性能生物基材料简单高效的手段。  相似文献

Along with the rapid development of industry, VOCs gradually move into the spotlight, and now become a kind of harmful environmental pollutants that cannot be overlooked. This paper introduces the hazards of VOCs and the common catalytic combustion catalysts, noble metal catalysts and non-noble metal catalysts, for the elimination of VOCs. Perovskite catalysts, as one of the non-noble catalysts, play an important role in the field of catalytic combustion in recent years. According to the classification of elements doping in perovskites, the research achievements in the past five years were analyzed and reviewed. The detection of Allura red (AR) by electrochemical reduction using a different electrode from the conventional mercury electrode is presented. A carbon paste with cobalt (II, III) oxide composite electrode (CoOx/CPE) is reported for the first time for the detection of AR. Moreover, others dyes such as tartrazine (TZ), sunset yellow (SY), amaranth (AM), Ponceaut 4‐R (P‐4R), and Sudan (SD) as well as pharmaceutical agents such as paracetamol (PMC) that are present in samples that contained AR did not show a reduced signal between 0.0 and ?0.3 V, which is the potential range where AR reduction was observed. The surface electroactivity was studied using cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The presence of CoOX increased the cathodic peak current for AR by more than 50 % and 65 % via CV and square wave voltammetry (SWV), respectively, compared with an unmodified carbon paste electrode. Under the optimal parameters, (pH=3.0, accumulation time (tACC)=60 s and accumulation potential (EACC)=0.50 V), the detection limit for AR was 0.05 μmol L?1. The new sensor was sensitive and stable for the detection of AR. Moreover, it was easily manufactured and very convenient for food samples such as soft and isotonic drinks as well as chili sauce.  相似文献

Novel palladium‐doped nanoparticles have been explored to serve as the first metal oxide‐derived heterogeneous catalyst for Ullmann reaction of chloroarenes under mild condition (34 °C). This heterogeneous catalyst exhibited high catalytic activity towards the Ullmann homocoupling of chloroarenes into a series of useful symmetrically biaryl products with good to excellent yields in the presence of ethanol and NaOH, thereby leading to green and economical Ullmann reaction. The produced nanoparticles were successfully characterized by various techniques including PXRD, XPS, HRTEM, SEM‐EDS, BET, TGA techniques, elemental mapping analysis and ICP‐OES. Interestingly, based on characterization and experimental data, a reasonable mechanism has been proposed. Also, the formation of aryl methyl ketone as a by‐product has been further confirmed by isotopic labelling experiments that the acetyl moiety is derived from ethanol. Moreover, the catalyst was stable and could be easily reused up to 5 times under atmospheric air without suffering significant loss in catalytic activity.  相似文献

Compared witli the traditional dental implant, TixOs■ manufactured by direct laser metal forming(DLMF) technology exhibits improved capability for bone osteointegration due to its porous surface structure, and has achieved remarkable clinical effect. However, like the traditional titanium and other alloyed implants, the porous titanium implant TixOsR also has relatively weak bioactivity. To address this issue, a proper surface modification method may be needed. Hydroxyapatite(HA) has been widely used in implant surface coating for its similar chemical composition to bone tissue and its osteoconductive properties. Thus, combining TixOs■ implants with hydroxyapatite can be an efficient way to enhance their bioactivity. We herewith reported a competent pulsed laser deposition(PLD) method of coating nano-sized HA thin film onto the porous TixOs■ implant. The HA coatings were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and focused ion beam(FIB) method, and nanocrystal sized thin HA films were identified on the surface of TixOs■ implants. The low cytotoxicity and improved cell proliferation ability of HA coated implants were further tested and verified using MC 3T3 E1 cells with the consideration of the controlling group. Our results show that a stable and bioactive HA tliin film is able to form on the surtace of the porous titanium implant by PLD method.This may benefit the fiirther clinical application of TixOs■ implants.  相似文献

A novel C18 functionalized graphene oxide (GO) coated solid-phase microextraction fiber was prepared by a novel protocol. Based on the strong van der Waals interaction present in GO and abundant oxygenous groups in GO sheets, a simple layer-by-layer self-assembly method was used in the preparation process and then C18 was successfully self-assembled on GO via C-O-Si bonding. Coupled with gas chromatography, extraction performance of the fiber was tested with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) as model analytes. The fiber not only exhibited excellent extraction efficiency and selectivity, but also showed many advantages including high rigidity, long service life and well stability toward organic solvent, acidic and alkali solutions, and high temperature. The relative standard deviations for single-fiber repeatability and fiber-to-fiber reproducibility were less than 7.26 and 17.25%, respectively. The detection limits to the PAHs were less than 0.08 μg L(-1) and the calibration curves were linear in a wide range for all analytes. The as-established Solid-phase microextraction GC method was also successfully used for determination of PAHs in two real water samples.  相似文献
