Using elastic crystalline viscoplastic finite element (FE) annlysis, the formability of BCC steel sheets was assessed. An
orientation probability assignment method in the FE modeling procedure, which can be categorized as an inhomogenized material
modeling, was newly proposed. In the study, the crystal orientations of three materials, mild steel, dual phase steel and
the high strength steel, were obtained by X-ray diffraction and orientation distribution function (ODF) analyses. The measured
ODF results have revealed clearly different textures in the sheets, featured by orientation fibers, skeleton lines and selected
orientations in Euler angle space, which are closely related to the plastic anisotropy. Then, the crystal orientations were
assigned to FE integration points by using this ODF data, individually. The FE analyses of the standard limiting dome height(LDH)
test show how the fiber textures affect the extent of strain localization in the forming processes. It was confirmed by comparison
with experimental results that this FE code could predict the extreme strain localization and assess the sheet formability.

本文利用离子束表面改性技术对基底表面进行不同时间的轰击, 形成不同规则的纳米织构, 对不同织构的变化规律进行了研究, 同时, 利用磁过滤真空阴极电弧技术, 在具有不同纳米织构的各基底上沉积相同时间的四面体非晶碳薄膜. 采用原子力显微镜对各基底的织构进行形貌分析, 结果表明, 高能粒子束的轰击对基底表面形貌有较大的影响, 根据离子束轰击时间的不同, 可以在基底表面形成各种不同规则的纳米织构, 轰击15 min后发现基底表面形成点阵纳米织构, 之后随着时间的增加, 基本维持点阵结构. 通过X射线光电子能谱仪和摩擦磨损试验仪对沉积在具有不同织构的基底上的ta-C薄膜进行测试, 研究表明, 基底表面纳米织构的非晶层结构引起薄膜内部sp3键的含量降低, 释放了薄膜的内应力, 同时发现基底表面纳米织构将ta-C薄膜磨损时间从不足10 min提高到约70 min, 有效提高了薄膜的耐磨性. 相似文献

The microstructural evolution of pure copper during friction-stir welding was found to be principally influenced by welding temperature. At temperatures below ~0.5 Tm (where Tm is melting point), the microstructure was shown to be essentially determined by continuous recrystallization, leading to significant grain refinement and related material strengthening in the stir zone. In contrast, grain structure development at temperatures above ~0.5 Tm was dominated by discontinuous recrystallization producing a relatively coarse grain structure in the stir zone and giving rise to material softening. 相似文献

This work deals with the synthesis of alumina gels from aqueous solutions of aluminum chloride in the presence of cationic surfactant molecules. The effect on the sol-gel transition of the reagent concentrations and of the synthesis temperature are first studied. The structure of the resulting wet and dried gels and the formation of liquid crystal mesophases are studied by X-ray diffraction. The thermal and structural evolutions of the gels are then characterized by thermogravimetric and X-ray diffraction measurements. Finally, nitrogen adsorption isotherms are used to investigate the porous texture of the thermally treated materials up to the transformation into -Al2O3. 相似文献

Thermotropic copolyesters containing an isophthalate unit and mesogenic 4, 4′-bis (ω-hydroxyalkyloxy) biphenyls (n = 3, 4, 6) with different numbers of methylene units have been synthesized by melt polymerization. The number-average molar mass (Mn) was estimated from end group analysis by 1H NMR. The copolymer compositions were also obtained from 1H NMR. The thermal behavior of the copolymers containing even-even (n = 4, 6) and odd-even (n = 3, 4) pairings has been investigated and is also compared with that of the analogous homopolymers. The copolymers exhibit reduced melting point and extending liquid crystalline range identified using polarizing microscopy and DSC.
