Synthesis, structural characterization and antimicrobial activity evaluation of metal complexes of sparfloxacin

The synthesis and characterization of binary Cu(II)- (1), Co(II)- (2), Ni(II)- (3), Mn(II)- (4), Cr(III)- (5), Fe(III)- (6), La(III)- (7), UO₂(VI)- (8) complexes with sparfloxacin (HL₁) and ternary Cu(II)- (9), Co(II)- (10), Ni(II)- (11), Mn(II)- (12), Cr(III)- (13), Fe(III)- (14), La(III)- (15), UO₂(VI)- (16) complexes with sparfloxacin (HL₁) and dl-alanine (H₂L₂) complexes are reported using elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility, IR, UV–Vis, thermal analysis and ¹H-NMR spectral studies.The molar conductance measurements of all the complexes in DMF solution correspond to non-electrolytic nature.All complexes were of the high-spin type and found to have six-coordinate octahedral geometry except the Cu(II) complexes which were four coordinate, square planar and U- and La-atoms in the uranyl and lanthanide have a pentagonal bipyramidal coordination sphere. The antimicrobial activity of these complexes has been screened against two Gram-positive and two Gram-negative bacteria. Antifungal activity against two different fungi has been evaluated and compared with reference drug sparfloxacin. All the binary and ternary complexes showed remarkable potential antimicrobial activity higher than the recommended standard agents. Ni(II)- and Mn(II) complexes exhibited higher potency as compared to the parent drug against Gram-negative bacteria.     

Submillimeter wave photoconductivity observation of shallow donors in In0.53Ga0.47As

The hydrogen like 1s 2p (m=–1,0,+1) transitions of two donors have been observed in high intensity magnetic fields up to 8.5T. The m=–1 transitions ocurred between 2 cm^–1 and 25 cm^–1. The signature curves for donors in ternary semiconductor In_0.53Ga_0.47As have now been established.Work supported by the U.s. 本文研究了辛三代数的Frattini子代数和基本辛三代数的问题.利用Frattini子代数和基本辛三代数的性质,得到了辛三代数的非嵌入定理,从而推广了李三系中关于Frattini子系的结果.     

禾草灵对映体在纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相上的拆分

将纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)(CDMPC)涂敷于自制的球形氨丙基硅胶上,制备了手性固定相.在正相条件下,用高效液相色谱法在该固定相上直接拆分了农药禾草灵的外消旋体,并系统地选用了多种二元及三元流动相体系对样品进行拆分.实验结果表明,流动相中不同的醇类改性剂及其含量的不同对样品保留时间和立体选择性有不同程度的影响,选用异丙醇改性剂时样品的拆分效果较好,在三元流动相体系正己烷/异丙醇/乙醇中可以实现对禾草灵外消旋体快速有效的拆分.     

轻希土与2－噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮和1，10－二氮杂菲配合物的合成及荧光光谱

本文采用溶剂萃取法和乙醇－水溶液析出法合成了六种轻希土与２－噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮（ＨＴＴＡ）和１，１０－二氮杂菲（ｐｈｅｎ）三元配合物．通过元素分析、红外光谱、热重及荧光光谱等测试手段，考察了配合物有关性质，并确定了其组成为ＲＥ（ＴＴＡ）３ｐｈｅｎ和ＲＥ（ＴＴＡ）３ｐｈｅｎ·Ｈ２Ｏ（ＲＥ＝Ｌａ、Ｃｅ、Ｐｒ、Ｎｄ、Ｓｍ、Ｅｕ）．     

Crystal growth and investigation of CuAlxGa1−xTe2 solid solutions

Alloys of the CuGaTe₂‐CuAlTe₂ system have been synthesized by the one‐temperature method and homogenized by annealing. It was established for the first time by X‐ray and DTA methods that a continuous row of solid solutions is formed in the system. Large block crystals of CuAl_xGa_1−xTe₂ solid solutions have been grown by the Bridgman method (horizontal version). Measurements of density, microhardness and thermal expansion have been carried out on the grown crystals. It has been established, that the density and thermal expansion coefficients are changed linearly with composition, microhardness has a maximum at x = 0.6. (© 2004 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Correlation between topological features and surface tension of binary liquid mixtures

Summary The excess surface tension of a large number of binary liquid mixtures has been correlated with their topological features quantified in terms of the molecular connectivity indices. The agreement between the calculated and experimental ^E values is reasonably well for all the mixtures. A simple correlation has also been proposed between ^E and molar excess volume (V ^E ) of a binary mixture. The correlation is quite useful in correlating ^E data even for the mixtures where either one or both the components are associated in the pure state and/or there is interaction between them.

Korrelation zwischen topologischen Gegebenheiten und Oberflächenspannung von binären flüssigen Mischungen

Zusammenfassung Die Exzeß-Oberflächenspannungen einer großen Anzahl von binären flüssigen Mischungen wurden mit der Topologie ihrer Komponenten in Form der molekularen Konnektivitätsindices korreliert. Die Übereinstimmung zwischen den ^E -Werten ist für alle Mischungen relativ gut. Es wurde ebenfalls eine einfache Korrelation zwischen ^E und den molaren Exzeß-Volumina (V ^E ) der binären Mischungen vorgeschlagen. Diese Korrelierung ist nützlich, um die ^E -Werte sogar dann für die Korrelation von Mischungen verwenden zu können, wenn entweder eine oder beide Komponenten im Reinzustand assoziiert sind und/oder eine Wechselwirkung zwischen ihnen besteht.

以2021年高考广东卷为例进行试题情境与类型研究,发现试题情境化的特点。分析情境教学的研究现状,提出基于真实情境的高三化学微专题教学设计模型,概述其要素构成、一般流程。基于课例探讨从回归教材知识、深度挖掘试题、制造认知冲突等方面创设教学情境,结合三元整合教学策略提出设计课堂问题的角度,以期提升课堂教学的有效性,为高三化学微专题复习提出教学建议。
