The regioselectivity of the formation of 2-pyrazolylthiazoles and their precursors from the reaction of 2-hydrazinothiazoles with 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-hetaryl-1,3-butanediones

Reaction of 2-hydrazinothiazoles 1 with 1-thienyl- and 1-furyl-1,3-butanediones 2a,b in methanol in the presence of hydrochloric acid mainly leads to a mixture of pyrazoles 3 and pyrazolines 4 or pyrazoles 3 and 5 in strong acidic conditions. Isomeric hydrazones 6 and pyrazolines 4 were formed and isolated in these reactions in the absence of hydrochloric acid. It has been shown that the regioselectivity in the reaction of diketones 2 with hydrazine 1 is governed by both the concentration of acid and the nature of substituents in the 1,3-diketones 2. Cyclization of hydrazones 6 is shown to occur under milder conditions than dehydration for pyrazolines 4. The new heterocyclic compounds were prepared and fully characterized by NMR spectra and by X-ray analysis for 3c.

The complex [Co₂Cl₂(EGTB)]·(ClO₄)₂·5H₂O was synthesized in methanol-aqueous solution and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group of P2₁/c. The cell parameters are a=1.42231(2)nm,b=2.53181(3)nm,c=1.43392(2)nm,β=102.0518(5)°, Z=4, F(000)=2360,D_c=1.508g·cm^-3, The final R=0.0788,wR₂=0.232, The catalytic rate constant of the dismutation of superoxide radicals has been obtained by means of photo reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT),and it is 1.875×10⁶mol^-1·L·s^-1.     

AlCl_3／SbCl_3复合体系引发α－蒎烯／苯乙烯阳离子共聚合

比较了ＡｌＣｌ_３和ＡｌＣｌ_３／ＳｂＣｌ_３复合体系的α－蒎烯／苯乙烯阳离子共聚反应及产物的摩尔质量分布。结果表明，由于用ＡｌＣｌ_３体系两种单体活性差大而难以共聚，用ＡｌＣｌ_３／ＳｂＣｌ_３复合体系，苯乙烯聚合速率相对减小，而α－蒎烯聚合速率增大，加之苯乙烯的共催化剂作用，加速α－蒎烯聚合，可使α－蒎烯与苯乙烯进行有效共聚。考察了［Ｓｂ］／［Ａｌ］比、催化剂浓度、单体投料比等对共聚体系α－蒎烯、苯乙烯转化速率及产物Ｍ_ｎ的影响。     

<Emphasis Type="Italic">Brønsted</Emphasis> Acids in Ionic Liquids: Fundamentals,Organic Reactions,and Comparisons

Summary. A background for studying acids in various solvents is developed, emphasizing the importance of knowing to what extent a solvent conducts electricity and is therefore ionized, the dissociation equilibria of common molecular solvents and the acidic and basic species generated by solvent leveling. Acidity measurements in the atypical solvent water are discussed and the common method of expressing acidity in other systems – by Hammett values – is introduced. Representative examples of reactions involving Br?nsted acids in ionic liquids are presented and attention paid to the questions of speciation and acidity values. It is found that the gas phase proton affinity of a base is often a better guide to the acidity of its conjugate acid in an ionic liquid than is the dissociation constant of the said acid in water.     

Thermal behavior of ternary Sm2Fe17Nx magnets

The Mössbauer spectra of Sm₂Fe₁₇N_x, prepared by the nitrogenation of Sm₂Fe₁₇ powders in an ammonia and hydrogen atmosphere, were observed at elevated temperatures to shed light on the thermal behavior of nitrogen in the compounds Sm₂Fe₁₇N_x. It was found that there were large differences in thermal behavior between the starting Sm₂Fe₁₇, crystalline Sm₂Fe₁₇N_x (x≈1.7) and amorphous Sm₂Fe₁₇N_x(x～7). The thermal decomposition behavior of Sm₂Fe₁₇N_3.2, developed as one of the most promising hard magnetic materials, was found to be different under different atmospheres.     

芳香二磺酸的配位化学研究化合物[Ni(cyclam)(1,5nds)]·1/3H_2O(1)和[Co(cyclam)(H_2O)_2](1,5nds)·2H_2O(2)的合成与结构(英文)

合成了两个二价的过渡金属磺酸化合物,并通过X-射线衍射单晶结构分析进行结构表征。化合物犤Ni(cyclam)(1,5nds)犦·1/3H2O(1)以P2(1)/c空间群结晶,晶胞参数为a=8.583(5),b=10.533(6),c=12.946(7)?,β=92.433(9)°。犤Ni(cyclam)犦2+与两个磺酸基团形成弱配位,从而构筑了一维的配聚物。犤Ni(cyclam)犦2+与磺酸基团之间的作用还通过O2S-O…H-N型氢键进一步被加强。化合物犤Co(cyclam)(H2O)2犦(1,5nds)·2H2O(2)以P1珔空间群结晶,晶胞参数为a=8.738(5),b=9.324(5),c=10.118(5)?,α=81.382(8),β=64.868(8),γ=62.999(8)°。在该化合物中,磺酸基团没有与Co2+形成配位键,而是以平衡离子的形式存在并与配离子形成氢键,构筑了有序的三维结构。     

铜(Ⅱ)-三氮唑偶氮络合物与脱氧核糖核酸相互作用的电化学行为

运用电化学方法研究了铜（Ⅱ）－三氮唑偶氮（2－[2,3,5-三氮唑偶氮]-5－二甲氨基苯甲酸，TZAMB）络合物与脱氧核糖核酸（DAN）的相互作用。在pH2.5(0.05mol/L）邻苯二甲酸氢钾（PBS）缓冲溶液中，DNA与Cu(Ⅱ）－TZAMB络合物形成一种电惰性结合物，使Cu（Ⅱ）－TZAMB络合物的还原峰电流减小。通过循环伏安法、盐效应以及紫外－可见吸收谱证实了是由Cu(Ⅱ）－TZAMB络合物与DNA形成一种插入式的电惰性结合物而使其峰电流下降。根据这种峰电流下降可以测定DNA，测定结果令人满意。
