t检验法用于评价中药色谱指纹图谱的相似度

本文采用t检验法评价中药色谱指纹图谱的相似度。利用来自六个不同厂家的三黄片样品的高效液相色谱指纹图谱数据来验证t检验法的适用性,并用主成分分析(PCA)进一步验证方法的可行性。在PCA的聚类图上,t检验无显著性差异的样品聚为一类,t检验有显著性差异的样品各为一类。结果表明:用t检验法能客观地反映中药样品间的相似性和差异性。     

非线性时间序列的动力结构突变检测的研究

基于非线性时间序列分析方法——动力学相关因子指数，提出一种新的动力结构突变的检测方法——动力学指数分割算法.通过理想时间序列试验，验证了该方法检测动力结构突变的有效性，同时发现相对少量的尖峰噪声对该方法的影响较小，但连续分布的随机白噪声对其具有一定的影响，并与传统的滑动T检验法和Yamamoto法进行比较，进而讨论它们各自的优缺点. 关键词： 动力学相关因子指数 动力学指数分割算法 噪声 滑动T检验 Yamamoto法     

A study of resampling methods for testing equality of means in paired population

The goal of this study is to compare the resampling methods including bootstrap and permutation tests against classical methods for paired samples. A simulation study was conducted to see the performance of both parametric and nonparametric methods under various assumptions such as non-normal populations and small or large sample sizes. The results of the simulation study are with respect to type I error and power of the test.     

On the assessment of compliance with legal limits Part 1: signal and concentration domains

Taking into account the uncertainty of measurement when assessing compliance of a given sample with compositional specifications or statutory limits is an open question. Rigorous assessment should be performed within the signal domain, and by considering both α and β errors. Working within the concentration domain through a calibration function, which is affected by additional experimental uncertainties, involves a different degree of uncertainty and can sometimes lead to unreliable verdicts. The matter is discussed, and illustrated with the aid of some worked examples, each using multiple simulated data sets, obtained by adding an arbitrarily chosen Gaussian noise to representative response/concentration functional relationships. 用荧光光谱双总体t检验法鉴别纸张

本文用荧光分光光度法对纸张的荧光特性进行了研究。根据其激发光谱、发射光谱和二阶导数光谱的特性,鉴别了部分外观相近不同种类的纸张。特别将数理统计中的“假设检验”理论对纸张的荧光强度进行ｔ检验处理,提出了分辨率,为纸张的进一步认定提供了科学依据。
