颗粒物已成为一些城市大气的首要污染物。由于准确测定大气颗粒物的化学组成难度大、技术要求高,为了确保测量结果的准确度和溯源性,需要与之相近的标准物质。从大气颗粒物标准物质候选物来源组成、样品采集、制备技术、特性量组分与分析技术等方面,梳理了国内外相关研究进展。分析了我国大气颗粒物标准物质存在的基体类型少、采样制备技术落后、样品短缺等问题。结合国外大气颗粒物标准物质研究经验,以我国生态环境监测与治理修复重大需求为导向,从标准物质的代表性和实用性角度出发,探索切实可行的研究思路。创新性提出基于大气可吸入颗粒物质组成和来源解析,针对性采集研究区内各种主要源物质,根据基体和含量特征要求,通过对源物质的组合制备,获得一系列目标含量候选物样品的方法。  相似文献

Exposure to particulate matter (PM) is related to various respiratory diseases, and this affects the respiratory immune system. Alveolar macrophages (AMs), which are defenders against pathogens, play a key role in respiratory inflammation through cytokine production and cellular interactions. Coconut oil demonstrates antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and it is consumed worldwide for improved health. However, reports on the protective effects of coconut oil on the PM-induced respiratory immune system, especially in AMs, are limited. In this study, we generated artificial PM (APM) with a diameter approximately of 30 nm by controlling the temperature, and compared its cytotoxicity with diesel exhaust particles (DEP). We also investigated the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of coconut oil in APM– and DEP–stimulated AMs, and the underlying molecular mechanisms. Our results showed that APM and DEP had high cytotoxicity in a dose-dependent manner in AMs. In particular, APM or DEP at 100 μg/mL significantly decreased cell viability (p < 0.05) and significantly increased oxidative stress markers such as reactive oxygen species (p < 0.01); the GSSH/GSH ratio (p < 0.01); and cytokine production, such as tumor necrosis factor-α (p < 0.001), interleukin (IL)-1β (p < 0.001), and IL-6 (p < 0.001). The expression of the genes for chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand-1 (p < 0.05) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (p < 0.001); and the proteins toll-like receptor (TLR) 4 (p < 0.01), mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), and c-Jun N-terminal kinase (p < 0.001), p38 (p < 0.001); and extracellular receptor-activated kinase (p < 0.001), were also upregulated by PM. These parameters were reversed upon treatment with coconut oil in APM– or DEP–stimulated AMs. In conclusion, coconut oil can reduce APM– or DEP–induced inflammation by regulating the TLR4/MAPK pathway in AMs, and it may protect against adverse respiratory effects caused by PM exposure.Exposure to particulate matter (PM) is related to various respiratory diseases, and this affects the respiratory immune system. We report on the manifestation of field enhanced surface absorption during laser assisted removal of translucent particulates of ellipsoidal geometry from a metallic substrate surface. The surface pitting caused due to this effect has been experimentally probed as a function of the ratio of minor to major axis of the ellipsoid and the behavioral trend has been theoretically interpreted by invoking the principle of geometrical optics. The study also includes the effect of fluence and wavelength of the incident coherent radiation on the surface pitting. Probing of the surface topography has helped gain insight into the formation of multiple pits by a single particulate following its removal post laser exposure.  相似文献

Injection of particulate matter into a thermal plasma represents one of the approaches used in thermal plasma processing. The injected particles are usually treated as a dispersed phase, governed by the equation of motion and the rate equations for heat and mass transfer in Lagrangian coordinates. A stochastic approach is introduced to take particle dispersion into account due to turbulent fluctuations by randomly sampling instantaneous flow fields. Three-dimensional effects are also considered which are mainly due to particle injection and the presence of a swirl component. A modified approach for investigating noncontinuum effects on plasma-particle heat transfer is proposed, incorporating both electric and aerodynamic effects on the boundary layer around a particle immersed into a thermal plasma. Comparisons of theoretical predictions based on the present model with available experimental data are, in general, in reasonable agreement.  相似文献

损伤是结构振动测试和运营维护中不可避免的问题,损伤效应会导致结构振动特性发生改变.本文以受损悬索为例,探究该非线性系统同时发生主共振和2:1内共振时,损伤效应对其面内耦合共振响应影响.首先基于哈密顿变分原理,引入与损伤程度、范围和位置相关的三个无量纲参数,建立受损悬索面内动力学模型,并推导其无穷维非线性运动微分方程.以2:1耦合共振为例,采用Galerkin法和多尺度法得到系统直角坐标形式的调谐方程.数值算例表明:损伤会导致悬索固有频率降低,使得频率间公倍关系发生改变,影响系统耦合共振响应;损伤会引发系统振动特性发生明显定量和定性改变,尤其是共振响应幅值及弹簧特性;损伤对直接激励模态响应幅值的影响比对内共振激发对响应幅值的影响要明显;损伤会导致霍普夫、鞍节点、叉形和倍周期分岔的位置发生偏移,从而影响分岔点附近系统的动力学行为;系统动态解和周期运动与损伤密切相关,损伤会导致系统展现出完全不同类型的吸引子.  相似文献

The aim of this work is to develop a well‐balanced finite‐volume method for the accurate numerical solution of the equations governing suspended sediment and bed load transport in two‐dimensional shallow‐water flows. The modelling system consists of three coupled model components: (i) the shallow‐water equations for the hydrodynamical model; (ii) a transport equation for the dispersion of suspended sediments; and (iii) an Exner equation for the morphodynamics. These coupled models form a hyperbolic system of conservation laws with source terms. The proposed finite‐volume method consists of a predictor stage for the discretization of gradient terms and a corrector stage for the treatment of source terms. The gradient fluxes are discretized using a modified Roe's scheme using the sign of the Jacobian matrix in the coupled system. A well‐balanced discretization is used for the treatment of source terms. In this paper, we also employ an adaptive procedure in the finite‐volume method by monitoring the concentration of suspended sediments in the computational domain during its transport process. The method uses unstructured meshes and incorporates upwinded numerical fluxes and slope limiters to provide sharp resolution of steep sediment concentrations and bed load gradients that may form in the approximate solutions. Details are given on the implementation of the method, and numerical results are presented for two idealized test cases, which demonstrate the accuracy and robustness of the method and its applicability in predicting dam‐break flows over erodible sediment beds. In this work, a novel procedure based on surfactant‐assisted directly suspended droplet microextraction for the determination of tramadol prior to GC with flame ionization detection is proposed. In this technique, a free microdroplet of solvent is transferred to the surface of an immiscible aqueous sample containing Triton X‐100 and tramadol while being agitated by a stirring bar placed on the bottom of the sample vial. After the predetermined time, the microdroplet of solvent is withdrawn by a syringe and analyzed. The effective parameters such as the type of organic solvent, extraction time, microdroplet volume, salt content of the donor phase, stirring speed, the source phase pH, concentration of Triton X‐100, and extraction temperature were optimized. For this purpose, a multivariate strategy was applied based on an experimental design in order to screen and optimize the significant factors. This method requires minimal sample preparation, analysis time, solvent consumption, and represents significant advantages over customary analytical methods. The linearity ranged from 10 to 2000 μg/L with RSDs (n = 5) of 7.3–10. Preconcentration factors and the LODs were 391–466 and 2.5–6.5 μg/L, respectively. Finally, this method was applied to the analysis of biological samples and satisfactory results were obtained.  相似文献

We shall study the existence of time-periodic solutions of nonlinear damped equation of suspended string to which a periodic nonlinear force works. We shall be conterned with weak, strong and classical time-periodic solutions and also the regularity of the solutions. To formulate our results, we shall take suitable weighted Sobolev-type spaces introduced by [M. Yamaguchi, Almost periodic oscillations of suspended string under quasiperiodic linear force, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 303 (2) (2005) 643-660; M. Yamaguchi, Infinitely many time-periodic solutions of nonlinear equation of suspended string, Funkcial. Ekvac., in press]. We shall study properties of the function spaces and show inequalities on the function spaces. To show our results we shall apply the Schauder fixed point theorem and the fixed point continuation theorem in the function spaces.  相似文献
