活化条件对活性碳纳米管比表面积的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以KOH为活化剂, 研究了多壁碳纳米管在制备活性碳纳米管过程中四个重要影响因素: 活化剂用量、活化温度、活化时间和活化过程中保护气体的流速对所得活性碳纳米管BET比表面积的影响并解释了原因. 研究表明上述四个因素都会对活性碳纳米管的比表面积产生较大的影响, 其中活化剂用量的影响最大, 在研究范围内可引起比表面积增大约241 m2•g-1. 在这四个影响因素中除活性碳纳米管的比表面积随活化温度的增加而不断增加外, 其他三个影响因素的变化都会使活性碳纳米管的比表面积出现最大值, 而且四个影响因素的改变, 都不改变活性碳纳米管的孔洞主要是中孔和大孔的特点. 相似文献

肿瘤细胞表面的抗原多肽能够被细胞毒T淋巴细胞特异性识别而引起免疫应答,因此有可能用于研制基于多肽的抗肿瘤疫苗。用弱酸将人肝癌细胞系HLE细胞表面抗原多肽和人正常肝细胞表面多肽洗脱后,经RP-HPLC分离,选择HLE细胞表面特异性多肽进行纳升电喷雾串联质谱(nanoESI-MS/MS)测序,共测定5个色谱峰中的20个多肽序列,分子量分布范围为1000~2000 Da。借助M asSeq软件分析出其中12个多肽的序列。经数据库查寻,其中的3个肽段分别来自钙调节蛋白、核蛋白S19和伴侣蛋白10。这些多肽的生物学功能及与肿瘤的关系值得深入研究。该研究表明nanoESI-MS/MS是测定微量混合多肽序列的最有效方法。 相似文献

Among physical and nutritional parameters optimized by “one variable at a time” approach, four cultural variables (sucrose,
MgSO4
.7H2O, inoculum size, and incubation period) significantly affected glucoamylase production. These variables were, therefore,
selected for optimization using response surface methodology. The p-values of the coefficients for linear effect of sucrose and inoculum size were less than 0.0001, suggesting them to be the
key experimental variables in glucoamylase production. The enzyme production (34 U/ml) attained under optimized conditions
(sucrose, 2%; MgSO4
.7H2O, 0.13%; yeast extract, 0.1%; inoculum size, 5 × 106 spores per 50 ml production medium; incubation time, 48 h; temperature, 40°C; and pH 7.0) was comparable with the value predicted
by polynomial model (34.2 U/ml). An over all 3.1-fold higher enzyme titers were attained due to response surface optimization.
The experimental model was validated by carrying out glucoamylase production in shake flasks of increasing capacity (0.25–2.0 l)
and 22-l laboratory bioreactors (stirred tank and airlift), where the enzyme production was sustainable. Furthermore, the
fermentation time was reduced from 48 h in shake flasks to 32 h in bioreactors. 相似文献

A series of sulphate-promoted ZrO2 solid acid catalysts with different contents of SO4
2− were calcined at 450°C in air for 4 h and tested for the liquid-phase alkylation of catechol to guaiacol in a fixed-bed down-flow
reactor. The 5 wt.% SO4
2− on ZrO2 showed the best conversion (82%) and selectivity for guaiacol (84%) at 200°C and 1 bar pressure. A smooth correlation was
observed between the catalytical activity and surface acidity of sulphated zirconia. Based on our results, a surface mechanism

Response surface methodology (RSM) was employed for optimization of medium components and cultural parameters in cost effective
cane molasses based medium for attaining high yield of succinic acid. The important factors obtained by “one-variable-at-a-time-approach”
(cane molasses, corn steep liquor, sodium carbonate, and inoculum density) were further optimized by RSM. The optimum values
of the parameters obtained through RSM (cane molasses 12.5%, corn steep liquor 7.5%, and sodium carbonate 25 mM) led to almost
double yield of succinic acid (15.2 g/l in 36 h) as against “one-variable-at-a-time-approach” (7.1 g/l in 36 h) in 500-ml
anaerobic bottles containing 300-ml cane molasses based medium. Subsequently, in 10-l bioreactor succinic acid production
from Escherichia coli was further improved to 26.2 g/l in 30 h under conditions optimized through RSM. This fermentation-derived succinic acid
will definitely help in replacing existing environmentally hazardous and cost-intensive chemical methods for the production
