表面结构是影响固体材料物理和化学性质的重要因素,由于高表面能的晶面上存在更多的表面悬挂键等,高表面能晶面裸露的微纳米晶体一般表现出很好的物理和化学活性.近年来,科研工作者针对高能面微纳米晶体材料的制备及性能调控进行了大量的研究工作并取得了一定的进展.本文重点讨论了高能面裸露的金属氧化物半导体微纳米晶体的合成制备方法.主要以本课题组近年在该领域的研究为例,分别从晶体生长过程中的静电作用法、“帽”式试剂保护法、过饱和度调控法、动力学调控法及选择性化学刻蚀法等几个方面对高表面能晶面裸露的金属氧化物微纳米晶体的制备进行了系统的总结. 相似文献

Carbon quantum dots (CQDs) were synthesized by heating various carbon sources in HNO3 solution at reflux, and the effects of HNO3 concentration on the size of the CQDs were investigated. Furthermore, the oxygen‐containing surface groups of as‐prepared CQDs were selectively reduced by NaBH4, leading to new surface states. The experimental results show that the sizes of CQDs can be tuned by HNO3 concentration and then influence their photoluminescent behaviors; the photoluminescent properties are related to both the size and surface state of the CQDs, but the photocatalytic activities are determined by surface states alone. The different oxygen‐containing groups on the surface of the CQDs can induce different degrees of the band bending upward, which determine the separation and combination of the electron–hole pairs. The high upward band bending, which is induced by C?O and COOH groups, facilitates separation of the electron–hole pairs and then enhances high photocatalytic activity. In contrast, the low upward band bending induced by C? OH groups hardly prevents the electron–hole pairs from surface recombination and then exhibits strong photoluminescence. Therefore, both the photocatalytic activities and optical properties of CQDs can be tuned by their surface states. 相似文献

Silanol groups on a silica surface affect the activity of immobilized catalysts because they can influence the hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity, matter transfer, or even transition state in a catalytic reaction. Previously, these silanol groups have usually been passivated by using surface‐passivation reagents, such as alkoxysilanes, bis‐silylamine reagents, chlorosilanes, etc., and surface passivation has typically been found in mesoporous‐silicas‐supported molecular catalysts and heteroatomic catalysts. However, this property has rarely been reported in mesoporous‐silicas‐supported metal‐nanoparticle catalysts. Herein, we prepared an almost‐superhydrophobic SBA‐15‐supported gold‐nanoparticle catalyst by using surface passivation, in which the catalytic activity increased more than 14 times for the reduction of nitrobenzene compared with non‐passivated SBA‐15. In addition, this catalyst can selectively catalyze hydrophobic molecules under our experimental conditions, owing to its high (almost superhydrophobic) hydrophobic properties. 相似文献

ABSTRACTBiogenic synthesis of bimetallic nanoparticles (gold – AuNp and selenium – SeNp) using inexpensive Tryptophan Enriched Banana Peel Media for the growth of marine isolate (Exiguobacterium aestuarii SBG4 MH185868). The response surface methodology is employed for optimizing production conditions. The surface plasmon resonance band showed λmax at 540?nm (AuNp) and 284?nm (SeNp). FTIR and zeta potential analysis confirmed the stability, whereas XRD spectra revealed the nature of nanoparticles obtained at optimum conditions. SEM micrographs showed nanospheres of the following size: AuN, 30?±?5 nm and SeNp, 50?±?5 nm. Biocompatibility of Np evaluated by the hemolytic activity showed <20% hemolysis even at highest concentrations (100?µg/ml). AuNp showed the least cytotoxicity, whereas SeNp showed considerable cytotoxicity against the breast cancer cell lines MCF – 7 and MDA-MB-231. Hence, we utilized the environment-friendly growth media for the controlled synthesis of dual Np using single bacterial strain involving feasible steps in downstream processing. 相似文献

The direct transfer of single‐crystalline Au nanowires (NWs) onto Au substrates was achieved by a simple attachment and detachment process. In the presence of a lubricant, Au NWs grown vertically on a sapphire substrate were efficiently moved to an Au substrate through van der Waals interactions. We demonstrate that the transferred Au NWs on the Au substrate can act as sensitive, reproducible, and long‐term‐stable surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) sensors by detecting human α‐thrombin as well as Pb2+ and Hg2+ ions. These three biochemically and/or environmentally important analytes were successfully detected with high sensitivity and selectivity by Au NW‐SERS sensors bound by a thrombin‐binding aptamer. Furthermore, the as‐prepared sensors remained in working order after being stored under ambient conditions at room temperature for 80 days. Because Au NWs can be routinely transferred onto Au substrates and because the resultant Au NW‐SERS sensors are highly stable and provide with high sensitivity and reproducibility of detection, these sensors hold potential for practical use in biochemical sensing. 相似文献

Graphene has attracted increasing attention in multidisciplinary studies because of its unique physical and chemical properties. Herein, the adsorption of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), such as naphthalene (NAP), anthracene (ANT), and pyrene (PYR), on reduced graphene oxides (rGOs) and graphene oxides (GOs) as a function of pH, humic acid (HA), and temperature were elucidated by means of a batch technique. For comparison, nonpolar and nonporous graphite were also employed in this study. The increasing of pH from 2 to 11 did not influence the adsorption of PAHs on rGOs, whereas the suppressed adsorption of NAP on rGOs was observed both in the presence of HA and under high‐temperature conditions. Adsorption isotherms of PAHs on rGOs were in accordance with the Polanyi–Dubinin–Ashtahhov (PDA) model, providing evidence that pore filling and flat surface adsorption were involved. The saturated adsorbed capacities (in mmol g?1) of rGOs for PAHs calculated from the PDA model significantly decreased in the order of NAP>PYR>ANT, which was comparable to the results of theoretical calculations. The pore‐filling mechanism dominates the adsorption of NAP on rGOs, but the adsorption mechanisms of ANT and PYR on rGOs are flat surface adsorption. 相似文献

Quantum chemistry methods are applied to investigate the electronic structures, injection and transport properties, absorption and phosphorescence mechanism of a series of Iridium (III) complexes [Ir(C∧N)2(L)2]+ (L = 4‐pyCO2Et; C∧N = 2‐phenylpyridine, 1 ; 2‐(4‐tolyl)pyridine, 2 ; 2‐(4,6‐difluorophenyl)pyridimato, 3 ; benzoquinoline, 4 ), which may be used as emitters on organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). Calculations of ionization potentials and electron affinities are used to evaluate the injection abilities of holes and electrons into these complexes. The reorganization energy (λ) calculations show that the four complexes are suitable as emitters in OLEDs. The absorptions and emissions can be tuned by adding substituent to the ppy ligand or extending the π‐conjugation effect of the C∧N ligand, and quantum yields of 1 – 4 are investigated. 11,11′-Dithiobis[1-(2-bromo-2-methylpropionyloxy)undecane], a conventional initiator for grafting polymers from gold surfaces, was synthesized in two steps from 11-mercapto-1-undecanol in 88–92% overall yield. Oxidative dimerization of 11-mercapto-1-undecanol with a catalytic amount of sodium iodide and 30% hydrogen peroxide in ethyl acetate proceeded in 96% yield. Esterification with 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide in dichloromethane was clean and almost quantitative (92% yield) with pyridine used as base, whereas triethylamine gave a messy reaction (64% yield). Alternatively, esterification with 2-bromo-2-methyl-propanoic acid in dichloromethane occurred readily under Steglich's conditions with N,N′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) and a catalytic amount of dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP; 88% yield). 相似文献

Silver nanolayers sputtered on polytetrafluoroethylene and their changes induced by post‐deposition annealing at 100–300 °C are studied. Changes in surface morphology and roughness are examined by atomic force microscopy and by measurement of electrical sheet resistance by two‐point technique. Chemical composition was determined by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electrokinetic analysis in dependence on the gold layer thickness. The annealing at 300 °C leads to significant rearrangement of the silver layer, and the transition threshold increases to 35 nm. The presence of oxidized structures on silver‐coated samples is observed in XPS spectra and by electrokinetic analysis, too. Annealing of pristine and silver‐coated poly(tetrafluoroethylene) at 300 °C results in significant change of the sample surface morphology and chemistry. There is observed formation of isolated silver islands on the surface, which could be connected with silver melting. Later, the silver agglomeration takes place.
