The cerium density and valence in micrometer‐size platinum‐supported cerium–zirconium oxide Pt/Ce2Zr2Ox (x=7–8) three‐way catalyst particles were successfully mapped by hard X‐ray spectro‐ptychography (ptychographic‐X‐ray absorption fine structure, XAFS). The analysis of correlation between the Ce density and valence in ptychographic‐XAFS images suggested the existence of several oxidation behaviors in the oxygen storage process in the Ce2Zr2Ox particles. Ptychographic‐XAFS will open up the nanoscale chemical imaging and structural analysis of heterogeneous catalysts. 相似文献

Zirconia powders were prepared by forming gels by desiccation of aqueous precursor solutions of zirconium acetate containing nitric or sulfuric acid at pH 2.4 and 1.4 and pyrolyzing the gels to temperatures up to 825°C. The structure development in the gels and solid pyrolysis products was investigated. The crystalline zirconia structures produced monoclinic (m), metastable cubic (c) and tetragonal (t) polymorphs. The structure transition temperatures were strongly dependent on the pH, the anions and the stoichiometry of the zirconium complex in the precursor solution. The monoclinic polymorph fraction in the zirconia formed by pyrolyzing the gel formed from the precursor solution containing sulfuric acid at pH 2.4 to 750°C approaches zero while this ratio in the zirconia formed by pyrolyzing the gel formed from the precursor solution containing nitric acid at pH 1.4 to 825°C is 0.7. 相似文献

Chromia–lanthana–zirconia catalysts prepared by wet impregnation and microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition methods have been characterized by temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The impregnation procedure requires large amounts of solvent and calcination at high temperatures producing Cr6+ species. Unlike this, it is found that the microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD) method predominantly produces Cr3+ species on zirconia-based supports. Moreover, it has been shown that the dispersion of chromium species deposited on zirconia-based support by the PECVD method is higher than the dispersion of those prepared by wet impregnation. Thus, the advantages of PECVD over the impregnation method consist in this case in preventing the use of large amounts of solvent and avoiding the primary formation of poisonous Cr6+ species as well as in enabling the deposition of chromium species with high dispersion on zirconia-based supports. 相似文献

还原-氧化-还原过程对Co-ZrO_2共沉淀催化剂结构及其费托合成反应性能的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用程序升温还原、氮吸附、X射线衍射、Raman、XPS和H2-TPD等方法研究了还原(400℃,氢还原)-氧化(室温,暴露空气中氧化)-还原(250℃或400℃,氢还原)预处理过程对Co-ZrO2共沉淀催化剂结构的影响,考察了催化剂在不同反应器中的费托反应性能。结果表明,催化剂还原氧化前后钴物种均以Co3O4形式存在,颗粒直径无明显变化;还原氧化处理后催化剂表面钴物种含量有所下降,但H2-TPD结果显示催化剂经还原-氧化-还原后氢吸附量增加。另外,还原氧化过程能够降低催化剂表层钴物种的还原温度。反应结果表明,催化剂经还原氧化还原处理后活性明显增加,甲烷选择性降低。 相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了 ZrO2, Y0.1Zr0.9Ox, Ce0.1Zr0.9Ox 和 Al0.1Zr0.9Ox 系列 Zr 基载体, 并用 N2 吸附-脱附和 X 射线衍射对其进行了表征. 再以此为载体, 采用浸渍法制备了整体式负载 Pd 催化剂, 催化剂涂层的涂覆量为 180 g/L 左右, Pd 含量为 1.25%. 测定了催化剂上 Pd 的分散度. 在模拟的贫燃天然气汽车尾气中考察了催化剂的活性, 并在尾气中有或无 SO2 存在的条件下比较了催化剂活性的差异. 结果表明, Y3+, Ce4+ 或 Al3+ 改性载体负载的 Pd 催化剂的耐硫性能明显改善; 无论尾气中是否存在 SO2, 以 Y3+ 或 Al3+ 改性载体负载的 Pd 催化剂的活性均明显高于 ZrO2 负载体的 Pd 催化剂. 相似文献

The present paper reports an experimental investigation based on X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and wavelength dispersive spectroscopy (WDS) analyses of phases formed after laser sealing of plasma sprayed coatings of 8.5 wt% yttria partially stabilized zirconia (YPSZ). X-ray diffraction and X-ray step-scanning analyses showed that the plasma sprayed and sealed coatings consisted mainly of t′ phase with a very small amount of monoclinic phase (m phase) in the plasma sprayed coatings. It was also found that the small amounts of m and cubic phases (c phase) present in the sealed coatings were dependent on laser processing specific energies (specific energy is equal to laser power/traverse speed x beam diameter). It was also found that rhombohedral (r) phase formed after laser sealing of coatings at higher specific energies. A direct relationship between c/a ratio of transformable tetragonal phase (t phase) produced by thermal treatment of sealed coatings and nontransformable tetragonal phase (t′ phase) and the amount of Yttria was obtained. A new equation was derived, which describes the relationship between Yttria concentration and the c/a ratio of tetragonal phases (t or t′). 相似文献

The retention of polar compounds, the separation of structural isomers and thermal stability make carbonaceous materials very attractive stationary phases for liquid chromatography (LC). Carbon clad zirconia (C/ZrO2), one of the most interesting, exhibits unparalleled chemical and thermal stability, but its characteristically low surface area (20–30 m2/g) limits broader application as a second dimension separation in two-dimensional liquid chromatography (2DLC) where high retentivity and therefore high stationary phase surface area are required. In this work, we used a high surface area commercial HPLC alumina (153 m2/g) as a support material to develop a carbon phase by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) at elevated temperature using hexane vapor as the carbon source. The loading of carbon was varied by changing the CVD time and temperature, and the carbon coated alumina (C/Al2O3) was characterized both physically and chromatographically. The resulting carbon phases behaved as a reversed phase similar to C/ZrO2. At all carbon loadings, C/Al2O3 closely matched the unique chromatographic selectivity of carbon phases, and as expected the retentivity was increased over C/ZrO2. Excess carbon – the amount equivalent to 5 monolayers – was required to fully cover the oxide support in C/Al2O3, but this was less excess than needed with C/ZrO2. Plate counts were 60,000–76,000/m for 5 μm particles. Spectroscopic studies (XPS and FT-IR) were also conducted; they showed that the two materials were chemically very similar. 相似文献

Carbon-clad zirconia particles have been converted into ion exchange media through addition of charged latexes after covalent modification of the carbon surface. A variety of methodologies were investigated to introduce a negative charge to the carbon surface in the form of either sulfonate or oxygen containing functionalities (e.g. hydroxyl or carboxylate). Short analytical sized columns (35 mm × 4 mm I.D.) were packed with modified 2 μm nonporous carbon clad zirconia. Addition of the latex particles after the initial packing produced almost double the efficiency for the system compared to adding the latexes before packing. The optimized system could separate mixtures of common inorganic anions with efficiencies greater than of 41,000 plates/m and retention reproducibility of <2% RSD. 相似文献
