研究了南美白对虾口服氟苯尼考药饵给药后,在血液、肌肉中的残留及消除规律,采用Agilengt 1100型液相色谱仪测定组织中药物含量.口服给药后血液中氟苯尼考浓度在1 h立即达到峰值,药物开始向肌肉组织中运转,血药浓度在1 h后下降,而肌肉中浓度达到峰值;此后无论血液还是肌肉中氟苯尼考浓度均缓慢下降,到10d后血液中的氟苯尼考不能检出.口服氟苯尼考后,在南美白对虾体内吸收快,血药浓度高;药物在肌肉中消除缓慢,维持时间长. 相似文献

PLA nanofibers are of great interest in tissue engineering due to their biocompatibility and morphology; moreover, their physical properties can be tailored for long-lasting applications. One of the common and efficient methods to improve polymer properties and slow down their degradation is sol-gel covalent crosslinking. However, this method usually results in the formation of gels or films, which undervalues the advantages of nanofibers. Here, we describe a dual process sol-gel/electrospinning to improve the mechanical properties and stabilize the degradation of PLA scaffolds. For this purpose, we synthesized star-shaped PLAs and functionalized them with triethoxysilylpropyl groups (StarPLA-PTES) to covalently react during nanofibers formation. To achieve this, we evaluated the use of (1) a polymer diluent and (2) different molecular weights of StarPLA on electrospinnability, StarPLA-PTES condensation time and crosslinking efficiency. Our results show that the diluent allowed the fiber formation and reduced the condensation time, while the addition of low-molecular-weight StarPLA-PTES improved the crosslinking degree, resulting in stable matrices even after 6 months of degradation. Additionally, these materials showed biocompatibility and allowed the proliferation of fibroblasts. Fourier Transform Infrared microspectroscopy Imaging (FTIR imaging) has powerful advantages when used as a complementary technique to histopathological investigations. The common histopathological investigations use a number of chemical fixatives and deparaffinizing agents that alter lipid profiles of biological tissues, particularly in lipid-rich adipose tissues. An infrared image is made of a multitude of pixels. For each pixel, identified by its (x,y) coordinates, corresponds an FTIR spectrum that reveals the chemical composition at this specific location. As a result, it allows biochemical analysis in selective locations within samples. Moreover, functional group distribution maps can be used as a staining free technique for spatial characterization of different biomolecules. Though FTIR imaging has been reported as a powerful approach to characterize adipose tissues, the biochemical heterogeneity within adipose tissues has not been acknowledged. This study shows relative changes in brown and white adipose tissues of mice due to consumption of high-fat diet. In particular, we report cryosectioning of adipose tissues, image acquisition, and different image analysis methods to evaluate dietary induced changes in lipids stored in brown and white adipocytes. Since biochemical changes in adipocytes constitute an important component in obesity investigations, this study shows the potential use of FTIR imaging to compare relative biochemical changes associated with dietary interventions. 相似文献

In order to get insight into the chemical heterogeneities of solid tumors, here we report the first surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) experiment from normal and altered epithelial layer in human colon carcinoma tissues. The Ag colloidal nanoparticles that can be incorporated into the interstitial space in solid tumors or those penetrating into cytoplasm or nucleus of many cells allowed high quality SERS signal. Different tissue structures of tumor and normal colon have characteristic features in SERS spectra. Prominent SERS features of malignant tissue spectra are related to the strong enhancement of the bands preponderantly attributable to DNA or RNA bases. The preliminary studies demonstrate that it is possible to probe Ag colloidal nanoparticles adsorption onto the tissue resulting in a strong molecular signaling with high specificity and rapid acquisition time using visible laser line excitation.
