Modelling of the biologic solutions has a great importance for basic physicochemical backgrounds of the living processes, mechanism of the diseases and drugs action, etc. The modelling of the chemical equilibria in solution that served as a prototype of the blood plasma with application to calcification of the tissues is performed. The concentrations of molecular–ionic forms containing calcium and hydrogen cations and phosphate anions in the range of ionized-calcium and total phosphorus concentrations from 0.5 to 3.0 mM and at the solution pH of 7.1–7.8 were calculated. The activities of the ionized species were described in approach to Debye–Hückel's theory. The full set of the equilibria taking into consideration dissociation of the water, phosphoric acid, formation of both inert and ionic calcium phosphates was considered. The states of calcium hydrophosphate dihydrate CaHPO4·2H2O (CHPD), calcium phosphate Ca3(PO4)2 (CP), calcium hydrophosphate-phosphate dihydrate Ca4H(PO4)3·2H2O (CHPPD) and hydroxyapatite Ca3OH(PO4)3 (HA) with respect to the boundary of the region in which they crystallise were determined. A criterion has been introduced to characterize the degree of salt supersaturation with respect to crystallisation, which is based on the concentration distance between the states of a salt in solution and at the boundary of its crystallisation. This criterion is used to provide a quantitative characteristic of the supersaturation of the phosphates and their tendency to crystallise in blood's plasma. It was established that the most soluble of the phosphates, CaHPO4·2H2O, is undersaturated and the other phosphates are supersaturated with respect to crystallisation. Thus, this phosphate does not take part in the calcification, and this is the source for ionized calcium in a blood plasma from the soft tissues. The role of the other phosphates in calcification of the soft tissues is decreased in the series HA>CP>CHPPD. The dependencies of the supersaturation of the solution on the pH and on the concentrations of calcium and phosphorus in a mixture are discussed. 相似文献

Genetic engineering of soybean is limited because of the difficulty of regeneration of plants via in vitro culture. Here we report that a method of obtaining somatic embryos and regenerated plants of soybean has been developed. It is achieved by culturing immature cotyledons of soybean on modified Murashige-Skoog medium supplemented with high concentration of either napthalene acetic acid (NAA) or 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D). High induction frequencies of 85% and 94% are reached by using 10mg/l NAA and 5mg/l 2,4-D, respectively. A number of regenerated plantlets of soybean are transplanted to sterilized soil and grown into 15 full plants in pots. 相似文献

The aim of this work was to develop a method for determining seven quinolones (ciprofloxacin, danofloxacin, enrofloxacin, sarafloxacin, difloxacin, oxolinic acid and flumequine) in chicken muscle by LC coupled to MS. Two ionisation techniques, ESI and atmospheric pressure chemical ionisation (APCI) were compared using standard solutions. LOD and LOQwere determined under the optimised conditions for the two sources. The ESI was found the best for the purpose. The optimised method (LC-ESI-MS) was validated for the simultaneous analysis of the quinolones regulated by European Community in spiked chicken tissues, using norfloxacin as internal standard. Abstract This article reviews some of the recent advances in Raman spectroscopy, in areas related to natural tissues and cell biology. It summarizes some of the most widely used peak frequencies and their assignments. The aim of this study is to prepare a database of molecular fingerprints, which will help researchers in defining the chemical structure of the biological tissues introducing most of the important peaks present in the natural tissues. In spite of applying different methods, there seems to be a considerable similarity in defining the peaks of identical areas of the spectra. As a result, it is believed that preparing a unique collection of the frequencies encountered in Raman spectroscopic studies can lead to significant improvements both in the quantity and quality of spectral data and their outcomes. This article is the first review of its kind to provide a precise database on the most important Raman characteristic peak frequencies for researchers aiming to analyze natural tissues by Raman spectroscopy and will especially be of considerable assistance to those who are focusing on the analysis of cancerous tissues by Raman spectroscopy. 相似文献

A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of selenomethionine (SeMet) and selenocysteine (SeCys) in meat (chicken
and lamb muscles) and different offal tissues (heart, liver, kidney). The analytical procedure was based on the protein extraction
with urea under reducing conditions (dithiothreitol), derivatization of SeCys and SeMet by carbamidomethylation with iodoacetamide
(IAM) followed by quantitative proteolysis. The mixture of the derivatized Se-amino acids was purified by size-exclusion liquid
chromatography (LC) and analysed by ion-paring reversed-phase HPLC–inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy (ICP MS).
The quantification of SeCys and SeMet was carried out by the method of standard additions. 77SeMet was used to control the SeMet derivatization efficiency and recovery. The method was validated by the determination
of the Se mass balance. The Se-amino acids accounted for 91 ± 8% of the total selenium (mean of 95 samples of seven tissues
analysed over a period of 18 months). The method was applied to the discrimination of the contribution of selenoproteins (containing
SeCys) and other Se-containing proteins (containing SeMet) in tissues of animals during supplementation studies (dose–effect

目的观察治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎时应用健脾养胃活血化瘀法的效果。方法在2014年2月—2015年2月梅州市第二中医医院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者中,选取30例作为研究对象,按照就诊时间,将患者分为实验组(n=15)和参照组(n=15),参照组患者行丽珠得乐治疗,实验组行健脾养胃活血化瘀法,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察。结果实验组患者的治疗效果明显优于参照组(P0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在慢性萎缩性胃炎临床治疗中,采用健脾养胃活血化瘀法,患者的病情得到有效控制,患者的治疗满意度得到了提升,健脾养胃活血化瘀法在临床中应用具有重要意义。 相似文献

建立了测定对虾血淋巴、肌肉和肝胰腺等组织中噁喹酸含量的反相高效液相色谱法。采用乙腈提取对虾血淋巴、肌肉、肝胰腺和鳃组织中噁喹酸,色谱柱为Aglient Zorbax SB-C18柱(150×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.01mol·L-1四丁基溴化铵(磷酸调节pH为2.75)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,荧光检测器检测。噁喹酸在0.002~10μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.9996~0.9999。加标回收率为84.70%~90.60%,日内、日间精密度(RSD)分别为1.60%~4.02%、2.91%~4.73%,定量限分别为0.02μg·mL-1、0.01μg·g-1、0.02μg·g-1和0.02μg·g-1。该方法操作简单,重现性好,适用于对虾样品中噁喹酸含量的分析。 相似文献

According to the electric potential of oblique multi-needle electrodes (OMNE) in biological tissue, the discrete equations
based on the indetermination linear current density were established by the boundary element integral equations (BEIE). The
non-uniform distribution of the current flowing from multi-needle electrodes to conductive biological tissues was imaged by
solving a set of linear equations. Then, the electric field and potential generated by OMNE in biological tissues at any point
may be determined through the boundary element method (BEM). The time of program running and stability of computing method
are examined by an example. It demonstrates that the algorithm possesses a quick speed and the steady computed results. It
means that this method has an important referenced significance for computing the field and the potential generated by OMNE
in bio-tissue, which is a fast, effective and accurate computing method.

本文应用高分辨魔角旋转核磁共振(HR-MAS NMR)方法对发育过程中(孵化12天至出壳后1天)鸡胚胎大脑、小脑和视叶3种脑组织中的代谢物含量进行了测定,并利用模式识别方法对整体代谢特征进行了归类分析. 结果表明:胚胎发育过程中不同脑区的代谢物组成存在差异,可能与这些脑区的功能及发育特征等的不同有关. 在NMR方法检测到的多种小分子代谢物中,γ-氨基丁酸、N-乙酰天冬氨酸、牛磺酸、肌醇以及胆碱等在鸡胚胎脑组织中的分布有区域性差异,这些差异也是区分大脑、小脑和视叶组织的特征性代谢物. 相似文献
