Jordan oil shale from El-Lajjun deposit was pyrolysed in a fixed-bed pyrolysis reactor and the influence of the pyrolysis
temperature between 400 to 620°C and the influence of the pyrolysis atmosphere using nitrogen and nitrogen/steam on the product
yield and gas composition were investigated. The gases analysed were H2, CO, CO2 and hydrocarbons from C1 to C4. The results showed for both nitrogen and nitrogen/steam that increase the pyrolysis bed temperature from 400 to 520°C resulted
in a significant increase in the oil yield, after which temperature the oil yield decreased. The alkene/alkane ratio including
ethene/ethane, propene/propane, and butene/butane ratios, can be used as an indication of pyrolysis temperature and the magnitude
of cracking reactions. Increasing alkene/alkane ratio occurring with increasing pyrolysis temperature. The alkene/alkane ratio
for nitrogen/steam pyrolysis atmosphere was lower than the one found under nitrogen atmosphere.

利用固定床反应器对吸收增强式甲烷水蒸气重整制氢反应进行了考察,研究了温度、甲烷流量、颗粒粒径和吸收剂种类等参数对反应过程的影响。结果表明,吸收增强式制氢反应过程最佳反应温度受热力学和动力学两方面因素影响;常压下以CaO为吸收剂时,最佳反应温度为600℃~700℃;CH4流量的选取要根据反应器内吸收剂的量与吸收增强段持续时间综合比较而定; 颗粒粒径大于90 μm,分析纯CaO和新型钙基CO2吸收剂CaO/Ca12Al14O33 均能达到较好的吸收增强效果。 相似文献

The ordered mesoporous aluminosilicate molecular sieve (MASMS-1) stable in the high-temperature steam has been successfully synthesized from the assembly of diluted ZSM-5-type precursor with mesoporous MCM-41. The material was characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, FE-SEM, TEM, FT-IR spectroscopy and 27A1 MAS NMR techniques. This mesoporous material shows high stability in the high-temperature steam [H2O (φ=20%) in N2 at 800 ℃ for 4 h], which might be ascribed to the synergistic effect of both thick walls containing zeolite-like five-membered ring subunits and highly condensed surface silanol groups. 相似文献

采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法结合保留指数(RI)对高良姜水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)、超声波辅助溶剂提取法(UAE)和亚临界流体萃取法(SFE)所制备的挥发油进行分析,分别鉴定出51,46和60个挥发性组分,并通过峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。结果表明,高良姜挥发油的指标性成分1,8-桉叶素含量的大小顺序为SD法≈SFE法UAE法,UAE法虽耗时少、能耗低,但由于所用有机溶剂难去除,所得挥发油品质较差。SFE法可得到部分SD法无法得到的化合物,如2-羟基-1,8-桉叶素、二苯基庚烷类等。另外β-石竹烯、α-石竹烯、α-法尼烯、γ-杜松烯等高沸点组分比例,SFE法所得高于另两种方法;α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯、柠檬烯、樟脑和α-松油醇等低沸点组分比例,SD法所得最高。同一批药材不同提取方法所得的挥发油成分大部分相似,但部分成分与组分比例因不同提取方法的原理存在差异,实际生产中可根据功效需求选择不同提取方法加以开发利用。 相似文献

Predicting the void fraction of a two-phase flow outside of tubes is essential to evaluate the thermohydraulic behaviour in steam generators. Indeed, it determines two-phase mixture properties and affects two-phase mixture velocity, which enable evaluating the pressure drop of the system. The two-fluid model for the numerical simulation of two-phase flows requires interaction laws between phases which are not known and/or reliable for a flow within a tube bundle. Therefore, the mixture model, for which it is easier to implement suitable correlations for tube bundles, is used. Indeed, by expressing the relative velocity as a function of slip, the void fraction model of Feenstra et al. and Hibiki et al. developed for upward cross-flow through horizontal tube bundles is introduced and compared. With the method suggested in this paper, the physical phenomena that occur in tube bundles are taken into consideration. Moreover, the tube bundle is modelled using a porous media approach where the Darcy–Forchheimer term is usually defined by correlations found in the literature. However, for some tube bundle geometries, these correlations are not available. The second goal of the paper is to quickly compute, in quasi-real-time, this term by a non-intrusive parametric reduced model based on Proper Orthogonal Decomposition. This method, named Bi-CITSGM (Bi-Calibrated Interpolation on the Tangent Subspace of the Grassmann Manifold), consists in interpolating the spatial and temporal bases by ITSGM (Interpolation on the Tangent Subspace of the Grassmann Manifold) in order to define the solution for a new parameter. The essential oil extracted from Cinnamomum camphora leaves is a mixture of volatile compounds, mainly terpenes, and is widely used in medicine, perfume and chemical industries. In this study, the extraction processes of essential oil from Cinnamomum camphora leaves by steam distillation and supercritical CO2 extraction were summarized and compared, and the camphor tree essential oil was detected by GC/MS. The extraction rate of essential oil extracted by steam distillation is less than 0.5%, while that of supercritical CO2 extraction is 4.63% at 25 MPa, 45 °C and 2.5 h. GC/MS identified 21 and 42 compounds, respectively. The content of alcohols in the essential oil is more than 35%, and that of terpenoids is more than 80%. The steam extraction method can extract volatile substances with a low boiling point and more esters and epoxides; The supercritical method is suitable for extracting weak polar substances with a high alcohol content. Supercritical CO2 extraction can selectively extract essential oil components and effectively prevent oxidation and the escape of heat sensitive substances. 相似文献
