An inverse spectral problem for a nonsymmetric differential operator: Reconstruction of eigenvalue problem

In this paper, an algorithm is established to reconstruct an eigenvalue problem from the given data satisfying certain conditions. These conditions are proved to be not only necessary but also sufficient for the given data to coincide with the spectral characteristics corresponding to the reconstructed eigenvalue problem.     

Pauli-Fierz Hamiltonians defined as quadratic forms

We study Pauli-Fierz Hamiltonians-self-adjoint operators describing a small quantum system interacting with a bosonic field. Using quadratic form techniques, we extend the results of Dereziński-Gérard and Gérard about the self-adjointness, the location of the essential spectrum and the existence of a ground state to a large class of Pauli-Fierz Hamiltonians.     

一种新的$1/f$过程小波模型

给出了一种新的二进小波1/f过程模型,从理论上证明了一类谱指数为H的近似1/f过程可通过一簇平稳随机过程产生.由于所提方法利用了1/f过程小波系数的相关性,因而有效地减少了合成1/f过程的谱误差.数值实验结果表明,新模型很好地改进了已有模型.     

Manufacturing cell formation using similarity coefficients and a parallel genetic TSP algorithm: Formulation and comparison

Many algorithms have been proposed to form manufacturing cells from component routings. However, many of these do not have the capability of solving large problems. We propose a procedure using similarity coefficients and a parallel genetic implementation of a TSP algorithm that is capable of solving large problems of up to 1000 parts and 1000 machines. In addition, we also compare our procedure with many existing procedures using nine well-known problems from the literature.

The results show that the proposed procedure compares well with the existing procedures and should be useful to practitioners and researchers.     

The application of spectral distribution of product of two random matrices in the factor analysis

In the factor analysis model with large cross-section and time-series dimensions,we pro- pose a new method to estimate the number of factors.Specially if the idiosyncratic terms satisfy a linear time series model,the estimators of the parameters can be obtained in the time series model. The theoretical properties of the estimators are also explored.A simulation study and an empirical analysis are conducted.     

Semiparametric estimation of the long-range parameter

We study two estimators of the long-range parameter of a covariance stationary linear process. We show that one of the estimators achieve the optimal semiparametric rate of convergence, whereas the other has a rate of convergence as close as desired to the optimal rate. Moreover, we show that the estimators are asymptotically normal with a variance, which does not depend on any unknown parameter, smaller than others suggested in the literature. Finally, a small Monte Carlo study is included to illustrate the finite sample relative performance of our estimators compared to other suggested semiparametric estimators. More specifically, the Monte-Carlo experiment shows the superiority of the proposed estimators in terms of the Mean Squared Error. 微纳米加工技术及其应用综述

材料与结构在微纳米尺度展现了许多不同于宏观尺度的新特征，纳米技术已经成为当前科学研究与工业开发的热门领域之一。微小型化依赖于微纳米尺度的功能结构与器件，实现功能结构微纳米化的基础是先进的微纳米加上技术，文章对微纳米加上技术做了一个综合的介绍，简要说明了微纳米加工技术与传统加工技术的区别，在微纳米加工技术的应用方面提出了一些合理选择加工技术的原则，并对当前微纳米加工技术面临的挑战和今后发展的趋势作了预测。     

综合网管中基于模型驱动的元数据管理

提出了一种基于模型驱动的元数据管理方案．方案采用了基于模型的形式化描述方法，统一了专业网管子系统间的元数据模式；通过引入模型驱动技术，从元模型的抽象层次消除了不同专业网管子系统之间存在的“信息孤岛”；方案还对综合网管环境下的元数据理论和交换机制进行了研究，并给出了元数据的管理框架以及元数据交换的Java接口映射．
