Establishment of Illuminance Scale at UME with an Accurately Calibrated Radiometer

Traceability in illuminance measurements at the National Metrology Institute of Turkey (TüBITAK-UME) was established in 2003 with a detector-based realization. The new measurement technique was developed for the determination of illuminance responsivity and upgrating of the illuminance scale. The unit of the illuminance responsivity, in A/lx, was measured with an expanded uncertainty of 0.2% (k = 2) by supplying using the developed scanning technique for the calculation of color correction factor. The surface of a radiometer was scanned using a double-monochromator facility upgraded with an x-y scanning system. The illuminance responsivity as a function of bandpass and temperature were also investigated in this study. To use a radiometer in the photometric applications of metrology, a light-sensitive device, a so-called trap detector, was characterized by measuring the absolute responsivity, the non-linearity, and spatial non-uniformity.     

Interferences in Photodetachment of a Negative Molecular Ion

The photodetachment of a negative molecular ion is studied theoretically using a two-center model. The detached electron wave function is obtained as a superposition of two coherent waves originating from each center. The photo-detached electron flux is evaluated on a screen placed at a large distance from the negative molecular ion. The electron flux on the screen displays strong interferences, the peak positions are related to the distance between the two centers in the negative molecular ion. We a/so obtained a simple analytical formula for the total photodetachment cross section. It approaches one and two times of the cross section for the one-center system in the high and lowphoton energy limits respectively.     

q变形对相干态的相位概率分布特性

通过推广Pegg和Barnett的相位算符和相位态到q变形的双模情况, 应用数值计算 研究了q变形对相干态的相位概率分布特性. 结果表明, q变形对相干态的相位概率分布受到相位参数、q参数和参数│ξ│的调节, 从而反映出不同的量子相干特性.     

Studies on calcium‐containing poly(urethane ether)s

The calcium salt of mono(hydroxyethoxyethyl)phthalate [Ca(HEEP)₂] was synthesized by the reaction of diethylene glycol, phthalic anhydride, and calcium acetate. Calcium‐containing poly(urethane ether)s (PUEs) were synthesized by the reaction of hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI) or tolylene 2,4‐diisocyanate (TDI) with a mixture of Ca(HEEP)₂ and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG₃₀₀ or PEG₄₀₀) with di‐n‐butyltin dilaurate as a catalyst. A series of calcium‐containing PUEs of different compositions were synthesized with Ca(HEEP)₂/PEG₃₀₀ (or PEG₄₀₀)/diisocyanate (HMDI or TDI) molar ratios of 2:2:4, 3:1:4, and 1:3:4 so that the coating properties of the PUEs could be studied. Blank PUEs without calcium‐containing ionic diols were also prepared by the reaction of PEG₃₀₀ or PEG₄₀₀ with HMDI or TDI. The PUEs were well characterized by Fourier transform infrared, ¹H and ¹³C NMR, solid‐state cross‐polarity/magic‐angle‐spinning ¹³C NMR, viscosity, solubility, and X‐ray diffraction studies. The thermal properties of the polymers were also studied with thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. The PUEs were applied as top coats on acrylic‐coated leather, and their physicomechanical properties were also studied. The coating properties of PUEs, such as the tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength, water vapor permeability, flexing endurance, cold crack resistance, abrasion resistance, color fastness, and adhesive strength, were better than the standard values. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Capture of an Ensemble of Microparticles in the Field of Laser Multibeam Interference

Capture of an ensemble of polymeric microspheres in a water suspension under the action of optical gradient forces in the field of interfering laser beams has been investigated for the case of two-, three-, and four-beam interference. The self-diffraction and diffraction of radiation on induced ordered spatial distribution of particles have been obtained.

采用LD泵浦的单纵模Nd：YVO4倍频激光器、梯度折射率光纤透镜等器件构成斐索梯度折射率光纤透镜传感实验仪．本文介绍了实验装置和实验原理，并给出了实验结果。     

双驱动x射线激光等离子体能谱特性研究

用时间积分空间分辨的平晶千电子伏谱仪测量了钽激光等离子体发射波长范围为045— 075nm的软x射线能谱，精确测量和准确辨认出类镍、类钴和类铁离子的共振线及类镍离子 的内壳层跃迁线-对实验结果处理，获得了辐射线谱的强度-通过谱线比率的诊断推断脉冲激 光时差对等离子体状态的影响，至少也可部分解释激光上能级的粒子数及等离子体的 电离程度- 关键词： 离子谱特性 软x线能谱强度 谱线辨认     

2-碘-N-甲基苯磺酰胺的合成新方法和分子结构

选用新方法合成了2-碘—N-甲基苯磺酰胺，通过^1H NMR,^13C NMR,^13C DEPT NMR(Distortionless Enhancement by Polarization Transfer NMR)和MS确证的其结构。     

Inner bounds for the spectrum of quasinormal operators

A linear operator in a separable Hilbert space is called a quasinormal one if it is a sum of a normal operator and a compact one. In the paper, bounds for the spectrum of quasinormal operators are established. In addition, the lower estimate for the spectral radius is derived. Under some restrictions, that estimate improves the well-known results. Applications to integral operators and matrices are discussed. Our results are new even in the finite-dimensional case.
