The values of the second dissociation constant, pK 2, for the dissociation of the NH+ charge center of the zwitterionic buffer compounds 4-(N-morpholino)butanesulfonic acid (MOBS), and N-(2-hydroxyethyl)piperazine-N-4-butanesulfonic acid (HEPBS) have been determined from 5 to 55°C, including, 37°C at intervals of 5°C. The electromotive-force (emf) measurements have been made utilizing hydrogen electrodes and silver–silver chloride electrodes. The value of pK 2 for MOBS was found to be 7.702 ± 0.0005, and 8.284 ± 0.0004 for HEPBS, at 25°C, respectively. The related thermodynamic quantities, G o, H o, S o, and C p o for the dissociation processes of MOBS and HEPBS have been derived from the temperature coefficients of pK 2. Both the MOBS and HEPBS buffer materials are useful as primary pH standards for the control of pH 7.3 to 8.6 in the region close to that of physiological fluids.  相似文献

Heterogeneous kinetics are shown to differ drastically from homogeneous kinetics. For the elementary reaction A + A products we show that the diffusion-limited reaction rate is proportional tot h[A]2 or to [A]x, whereh=1- d s/2, X=1+2/d s =(h-2)(h-1), andd s is the effective spectral dimension. We note that ford = d s =1, h =1/2 andX = 3, for percolating clustersd s = 4/3,h = 1/3 andX = 5/2, while for dust ds <1, 1 >h > 1/2 and >X > 3. Scaling arguments, supercomputer simulations and experiments give a consistent picture. The interplay of energetic and geometric heterogeneity results in fractal-like kinetics and is relevant to excitation fusion experiments in porous membranes, films, and polymeric glasses. However, in isotopic mixed crystals, the geometric fractal nature (percolation clusters) dominates.  相似文献

用醋酸乙烯酯和玉米淀粉反应制备出了不同取代度乙酰化淀粉,再用乙酰化淀粉同DL-丙交酯接枝共聚合成乙酰化淀粉/DL-丙交酯接枝共聚物。研究了原料配比,淀粉取代度对接枝反应单体转化率(C%),接枝率(G%)接枝效率(GE%)和接枝支链数均分子量(Mn)的影响,结果表明在给定的试验条件下接枝共聚反应的C%,G%,GE%和Mn可分别达到40%,225%,80%和1.4万。接枝共聚物在磷酸缓冲溶液和户外土壤掩埋降解实验表明,在160天内样品失重率分别为71%和60%,表明合成的乙酰化淀粉/DL-丙交酯接枝共聚物具有很好的降解性能。  相似文献

Below, we briefly report on the progress in the development of the Filter Diagonalization technique when filtering is carried out with the aid of Finite Fourier Transform (FFT) eigenfunctions. During recent years interest in these functions, also known as ‘prolates’, or ‘slepians’, has increased among scientists doing research in the field of signal processing. The main explanation to this follows from the set of very special extremal and orthogonality properties exibited by the FFT eigenfunctions. Recent results of Walter and Shen on sampling with prolate spheroidal functions will necessary produce a new wave of interest. In the presented, Filter diagonalization machinery, we show that the sampling formula of Walter and Shen simplifies essentially the computation of matrix elements as certain 2D–integrals involving FFT eigenfunctions.  相似文献

Published thermodynamic data measured in aqueous mixtures of sodium or potassium dihydrogen phosphate with hydrogen phosphate and chloride at 25°C were used to test recently developed methods for calculation of the pH of phosphate buffer solutions. Equations for ionic activity coefficients are used in these methods. It is shown that all data used in the tests up to an ionic strength of about 0.5 mol-kg-1 can be accurately predicted by the two methods recommended. In one of these methods, equations of the Hückel type are used for ionic activity coefficients and in the other equations of the Pitzer type. Several sets of phosphate buffer solutions are recommended,e.g., for calibrations of glass electrode cells. In the recommended sets, the pH of the buffer solutions can be calculated either by the Hückel or Pitzer method, and the pH predictions of these methods agree in most cases within 0.005 at least up to ionic strengths of about 0.2 mol-kg-1. The pH values of the two primary pH standards endorsed by IUPAC based on aqueous mixtures of KH2PO4 and Na2HPO4,i.e., pH values of 6.865 and 7.413, can also be accurately predicted by the equations recommended in this study.  相似文献

Measurements of acoustic absorption and velocity as a function of frequency and concentration in KH2PO4–K2HPO4 buffers at 4°C and pH 5-7 are reported. The dependence of the observed acoustic relaxation parameters on concentration is consistent with that to be expected from perturbation of a monomer-dimer equilibrium with an equilibrium constant [for 2H2PO 4 (H2PO4)2 2–] of 0.21 M–1, a bimolecular rate constant of 5×108 M–1-sec–1 and a standard volume change of –5 cm3 mole. The equilibrium constant for H2PO 4 + HPO4 2–H3(PO4)2 3– is estimated to be 0.7 M–1.  相似文献

采用透射电子显微术(TEM),研究了用磁控溅射技术在柔性金属基体上制备的、钇稳定的ZrO2(YSZ)为过镀层的YBa2Cu3O7-y(YBCO)薄膜的横断面结构。所得YBCO膜的超导临界转变温度Tc为91K,临界电流密度Jc=2×103A/cm2(77K,0T)。基体为Ni基合金(HasteloyC)。YSZ层为致密、均匀的细晶组织,约12μm厚,具有织构取向,并与基体紧密连接。YBCO层的厚度不均匀,约500nm;YBCO/YSZ界面有时连接较差,在该界面上有杂质出现,杂质有可能引发裂纹。  相似文献

Uranium(VI) complexed with aluminon (3-[bis(3-carboxy-4-hydroxy-phenyl)methylene]-6-oxo-1,4-cyclohexadiene-1-carboxylic acid triammonium salt) was determined by adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry (ACSV) using a hanging mercury drop electrode. Trace uranium(VI) and zinc(II) can be simultaneously determined in a single scan in the presence of aluminon and urea. Optimal conditions were found to be: accumulation time; 180–200 s, accumulation potential; 50 mV versus Ag/AgCl, scan rate; 40 mV s−1, supporting electrolyte; 0.1 M sodium acetate buffer at pH 6.5–7.0, and concentration of aluminon; 1×10−6 M. The linear range of uranium(VI) and zinc(II) were observed over the concentration range 2–33 and 30–120 ng ml−1, respectively. The detection limit (S/N=3) are 0.2 ng ml−1 (uranium) and 30 ng ml−1 (zinc). A good reproducibility shows RSDs of 2.5–4.0% (n=10). The procedure offers high selectivity, with the presence of urea masking some metal ions.  相似文献

The electronic absorption spectra of 2-aminopyrimidine (compound I), 2-amino-4-methylpyrimidine (compound II), 2-amino-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine (compound III), 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine (compound IV), 4-amino-2,6-dimethylpyrimidine (compound V), and 4,5-diamopyrimidine (compound VI) have been measured in water and in a series of different organic solvents. The solvent effects on the spectra are discussed and the solvent induced spectral shifts are analyzed in terms of different solute–solvent interaction mechanisms, using the multiple linear regression technique.  相似文献

称取镍基单晶高温合金0.100 0g于聚四氟乙烯烧杯中,先令其与盐酸9mL和硝酸1mL加热反应,待反应缓慢时滴加氢氟酸2mL并继续加热使样品完全溶解。加入500g·L^-1酒石酸溶液2mL,冷却至室温,在塑料容量瓶中加水定容至100.0mL。按仪器工作条件采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定其中5种合金元素(Mo、W、Ta、Re、Ru)的含量,选择分析谱线依次为204.598,207.911,240.063,197.312,240.272nm。结果发现:除了Re外,其余4种元素的测定中均受共存元素的光谱干扰,严重影响了测定结果的准确性。为克服其干扰,除了采用基体匹配法消除镍的基体干扰外,试验采用混合校正系数矩阵法对测定结果进行校准。通过一系列试验计算得到混合校准系数矩阵K,并应用于模拟样品的分析。结果表明:经过矩阵K的校准,所测定的5种元素的准确度显著提高,达到了消除共存元素之间光谱干扰的目的。通过精密度试验,测得上述5种元素测定值的相对标准偏差(n=11)均在1.5%以下,并通过标准加入法进行回收试验,测得5种元素的回收率为97.0%~105%。  相似文献
