在单纤维拔出试验中,由于试件的界面端存在应力奇异性,这使试验所得到的界面剪切强度数据失去合理性[1]。但从文献[1]关于微珠脱粘试验研究的结论中可以发现当基体的楔形角小于某临界角度后,微珠试件界面端应力奇异性几乎消失。由此启发我们设计出一种楔形角小于该纤维/基体系统临界角的锥面的拔出试件,这样即可以防止出现传统拔出试件在界面端的强应力奇异性,又可以避免微珠脱粘试验自身的缺陷。界面端具有任意楔形角的轴对称模型被用于分析和确定纤维/基体系统的临界角,对方程进行渐近展开和分离变量处理,根据边界条件可以得到关于特征值λ的特征方程,针对确定的纤维/基体系统可以得到特征值和楔形角的关系曲线,我们把应力奇异性指数等于-0.005时所对应的楔形角定义为临界角,以及根据临界角设计锥面拔出试件的方法。 相似文献

Suspension settings for optimal ride comfort of off-road vehicles travelling on roads with different roughness and speeds 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
This paper reports on an investigation to determine the spring and damper settings that will ensure optimal ride comfort of an off-road vehicle, on different road profiles and at different speeds. These settings are required for the design of a four stage semi-active hydro-pneumatic spring damper suspension system (4S4). Spring and damper settings in the 4S4 can be set either to the ride mode or the handling mode and therefore a compromise ride-handling suspension is avoided. The extent to which the ride comfort optimal suspension settings vary for roads of different roughness and varying speeds and the levels of ride comfort that can be achieved, are addressed. The issues of the best objective function to be used when optimising and if a single road profile and speed can be used as representative conditions for ride comfort optimisation of semi-active suspensions, are dealt with. Optimisation is performed with the Dynamic-Q algorithm on a Land Rover Defender 110 modelled in MSC.ADAMS software for speeds ranging from 10 to 50 km/h. It is found that optimising for a combined driver plus rear passenger seat weighted root mean square vertical acceleration rather than using driver or passenger values only, returns the best results. Results indicate that optimisation of suspension settings using one road and speed will improve ride comfort on the same road at different speeds. These settings will also improve ride comfort for other roads at the optimisation speed and other speeds, although not as much as when optimisation has been done for the particular road. For improved ride comfort damping generally has to be lower than the standard (compromised) setting, the rear spring as soft as possible and the front spring ranging from as soft as possible to stiffer depending on road and speed conditions. Metabolite identification (Met ID) is important during the early stages of drug discovery and development, as the metabolic products may be pharmacologically active or toxic in nature. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) has a towering role in metabolism research.This review discusses current approaches and recent advances in using LC-MS for Met ID. We critically assess and compare various mass spectrometers, highlighting their strengths and limitations. Citing appropriate examples, we cover recent LC and ion sources, isotopic-pattern matching, hydrogen/deuterium-exchange MS, data dependent analyses, MSE, mass defect filter, 2D and 3D approaches for the elucidation of molecular formula, polarity switching, and background-subtraction and noise-reduction algorithms. Cold represents one of the major abiotic factors influencing plant growth and development worldwide. We analysed the long-term responsiveness of an Iranian spring wheat (cv. Kohdasht) to cold from a proteomic point of view, in order to unravel the molecular mechanisms helping a cold-sensitive cultivar to survive exposure to suboptimal temperatures. Plants were grown at 20 or 4°C until entering the reproductive stage and a cross-comparison on the leaf proteomes was performed. Quantitative analyses on protein alterations occurring upon low-temperature exposure showed a reinforcement in ascorbate recycling (dehydroascorbate reductase, ascorbate peroxidase) and protein processing (proteasome subunit, cysteine proteinase), as well as the accumulation of the enzyme devoted to tetrapyrrole resynthesis (glutamate semialdehyde aminomutase). In contrast, among proteins down-regulated after cold stress, we could identify some key Krebs cycle enzymes (isocitrate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase), together with many photosynthesis-related proteins (oxygen-evolving complex proteins, ATP synthase subunits, ferredoxin NADPH oxidoreductase and some Calvin cycle enzymes). Physiological and biochemical parameters (such as shoot apex dissection, chlorophyll, proline and sugar content determination) sustained proteomics findings allowing the present research to contribute to the current knowledge on these long-term responses, which may be crucial to stress adaptation under field conditions. 相似文献

Fifteen identified C-18 fatty acyl-containing saponin structures from Quillaja saponaria Molina have been investigated by electrospray ionization ion-trap multiple-stage mass spectrometry (ESI-IT-MS(n)) in positive ion mode. Their MS(1)-MS(3) spectra were analyzed and ions corresponding to useful fragments, important for the structural identification of Quillaja saponins, were recognized. A few key fragments could describe the structural variations in the C-3 and the C-28 oligosaccharides of the Quillaja saponins. A flowchart involving a stepwise procedure based on key fragments from the MS(1)-MS(3) spectra of these saponins, together with key fragments from these saponins and 13 previously investigated saponins, was constructed for the identification of structural elements in Quillaja saponins. Peak intensity ratios in MS(3) spectra were found to be correlated to structural features of the investigated saponins and is therefore of value for the identification of regioisomers. 相似文献
