颗粒有序堆积多孔介质对流换热实验研究 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
本文采用"瞬态单吹反问题研究方法"对颗粒有序堆积多孔介质内的强制对流换热进行了实验研究。详细研究了颗粒堆积方式变化对多孔介质内对流换热的影响,并对均匀与非均匀颗粒堆积多孔介质内的对流换热特性进行了对比分析。研究表明:通过对颗粒进行合理有序堆积,可以使相应多孔介质内的压降显著降低,其综合换热效率明显提高;通过拟合获得了颗粒有序堆积多孔介质内的宏观流动换热实验关联式,其形式与传统经验公式(Ergun公式和Wakao公式)一致,但部分模型参数值远低于传统经验公式。 相似文献

重力再循环供液是指蒸发器依靠制冷剂自身的重力送入蒸发器,在供液高度大于蒸发器对制冷剂的阻力情况下,部分制冷剂液体在蒸发器和气液分离器所形成的回路中再循环。由于再循环作用不需要外加动力,并强化管内制冷剂的沸腾换热,蒸发器的效率得以明显提高。文中介绍了重力再循环供液制冷系统和蒸发器的结构,提出采用J.Chawla关系式和Shah关联式相结合的方法预测再循环蒸发器制冷剂侧的换热系数。采用空气侧热平衡法,对直接膨胀供液和重力再循环供液制冷系统分别进行了多蒸发温度下的性能测试。表明重力再循环供液制冷系统比直接膨胀供液制冷系统的制冷量平均增加26%,COP平均增加18%,蒸发温度平均升高1.1℃,传热系数是直接供液的1.57倍。J.Chawla关系式和Shah关联式相结合预测再循环蒸发器制冷剂侧的换热系数,其曲线结构与实验值近似,平均误差不大于20.6%。文章还对各热工参数的变化原因进行了分析。 相似文献

The low temperature specific heat of Sm-Al-Co ternary
metallic glasses is investigated and a clear anomaly associated with
the Boson peak is identified. While this anomaly depends slightly on
the chemical composition, it has no dependence on external magnetic
field. To figure out the mechanism of the Boson peak, we interpret
the data within various model frameworks. Unlike earlier
work, our study shows that this Boson peak is mainly ascribed to an
additional T2 term of the specific heat, which may originate
from the quasi-two-dimensional and short-range ordered structure

Near-field radiative heat transfer between two plane surfaces with one having a dielectric coating 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The effect of a dielectric coating on the near-field radiative heat transfer between two plane surfaces is numerically studied in the framework of the fluctuational electrodynamics. The dielectric coating is assumed to be a SiC or SiO2 film, which is on top of the emitter. The results show that the near-field radiative flux between the plane surfaces can be either diminished or enhanced by the dielectric coating, depending on the thermal radiative properties of the emitter and the receiver. Furthermore, the dielectric coating effect on the near-field radiative flux can be very different from that on the far-field radiative flux. Detailed analysis on the variations of the TE- and TM-wave components of the radiative flux by adding the dielectric coating is provided, along with the physical mechanisms that account for these changes. Dielectric coatings such as SiC and SiO2 films are widely seen in microelectronic structures and nanofabrication devices. The results obtained in this work should be valuable for further study and nanotechnological applications of near-field radiative heat transfer. 相似文献

Pure and 0.384% Pb2+ ions doped goethite samples were prepared in the laboratory by the coprecipitation method. The laboratory-prepared goethite samples were characterized for pH of point of zero charge (pHpzc), surface area, XRD, TG-DTA, TEM, SEM and FTIR analysis, which suggest that the Pb2+ ions are incorporated into the crystals of goethite and are also present on the surface in the hydroxylated form. Chromate adsorption studies were carried out in the concentration range 0.25-2.01 mmol L−1 at pH 3, 5 and 7, which show that maximum chromate is adsorbed at the lowest pH of 3 by both the samples of goethite. Effect of temperature on the adsorption of chromate, in the range 303-323 K, shows that the process of adsorption is endothermic in case of pure goethite and exothermic in case of Pb-doped goethite. The values of isosteric heat of adsorption were positive for pure goethite and negative for Pb-doped goethite, which are consistent with the effect of temperature on the process of adsorption. Langmuir isotherm was found applicable to the experimental data. FTIR analysis and equilibrium pH changes reveal that at pH 3 outersphere while at pH 5 and 7 innersphere complexation is the dominant mechanism for chromate adsorption by both the samples of goethite. 相似文献

A ferromagnetic ground state was identified for the compounds CeCuGe (TC=10 K), CeCuSi (TC=15 K) [F. Yang, et al., J. Appl. Phys. 69 (1991) 4705] and CeAuGe (TC=10 K) [R. Pottgen, J. Magn. Magn. Mater. 152 (1996) 196]. The observed saturation magnetic moment values at low temperatures for all three compounds are considerably less than the theoretically expected value gJJ=2.14μB for the free Ce3+ ion involving the entire six-fold J=5/2 multiplet, and thus provide a first indication of partial lifting of the f-electron level degeneracy in these compounds. Specific heat data yield crystal electric field (CEF) excitation energies (ΔSch) equivalent to 140 K for CeCuGe, 110 K for CeCuSi and 280 K for CeAuGe. To confirm the presence of CEF excitations directly, we have carried out inelastic neutron scattering (INS) measurements on all three compounds, using the HET spectrometer at ISIS Facility. Here, we present a detailed analysis of the INS spectra of CeCuSi on the basis of a CEF model and the detailed analysis of the INS of the other two compounds will be reported elsewhere. 相似文献
