The thermal behavior and non-isothermal kinetics of thermal decomposition of three different kinds of composting of the USR like: stack with drilled PVC tubes (ST), revolved stack (SR) and stack with material of structure (SM), from the usine of composing of Araraquara city, Săo Paulo state, Brazil, within a period of 132 days of composting were studied. Results from TG, DTG and DSC curves obtained on inert atmosphere indicated that the cellulosic fraction present, despite the slow degradation during the composting process, is thermally less stable than other substances originated from that process. Due to that behavior, the cellulosic fraction decomposition could be kinetically evaluated through non-isothermal methods of analysis. The values obtained were: average activation energy, Ea=248, 257 and 259 kJ mol-1 and pre- exponential factor, logA=21.4, 22.5, 22.7 min-1, to the ST, SR and SM, respectively. From Ea and logA values and DSC curves, Málek procedure could be applied, suggesting that the SB (Šesták-Berggren) kinetic model is the appropriated one to the first thermal decomposition step. HIV protease inhibitors are important antiretroviral drugs which have substantially reduced the morbidity and mortality associated with HIV-1 infection. Recent data have shown relationships between plasma concentrations of the protease inhibitors and clinical response, which makes therapeutic drug monitoring valuable. We have developed and validated an assay, using liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS), for the routine quantification of the six licensed protease inhibitors (amprenavir, indinavir, lopinavir, nelfinavir, ritonavir and saquinavir) and the pharmacologically active nelfinavir metabolite M8 in plasma. The sample pretreatment consisted of protein precipitation with a mixture of methanol and acetronitrile using only 100 microl of plasma. Chromatographic separation was performed on an Inertsil ODS3 column (50 x 2.0 mm i.d., particle size 5 microm), with a quick stepwise gradient using an acetate buffer (pH 5) and methanol, at a flow rate of 0.5 ml min(-1). The analytical run time was 5.5 min. The use of a 96-well plate autosampler allowed batch sizes up to 150 patient samples. The triple-quadrupole mass spectrometer was operated in the positive ion mode and multiple reaction monitoring was used for drug quantification. The method was validated over the concentration ranges 0.01-10 microg ml(-1) for indinavir and saquinavir, 0.1-10 microg ml(-1) for amprenavir, 0.05-10 microg ml(-1) for nelfinavir and ritonavir, 0.1-20 microg ml(-1) for lopinavir and 0.01-5 microg ml(-1) for M8. Saquinavir-d(5) and indinavir-d(6) were used as internal standards. The coefficients of variation were always <10% for both intra-day and inter-day precisions for each compound. Mean accuracies were also between the designated limits (+/-15%). The validated concentration ranges proved to be adequate in daily practice. This robust and fast LC/MS/MS assay is now successfully applied for routine therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic studies in our hospital.  相似文献

Uniform and sphere-like nanoparticles of crystalline Pr3+-doped CaTiO3 have been prepared from complex polymer precursor at 600°C, in which, metal atoms are previously dispersed by citric acid in ethylene glycol solvent. The decomposition process of the precursor, crystallization, and particle sizes of CaTiO3 have been investigated by using thermal analysis, powder X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. Diffuse reflectance spectra, photoluminescence and decay curve indicate that a strong red emission located at the nearly NTCS “ideal red” site is deduced from the energy transfer from the band gap absorption to doping Pr3+ ions. The thermoluminescence curves exhibit that a potential long phosphorescent material based on Pr3+-doped CaTiO3 will be explored in future.  相似文献

A theoretical study at the Hartree–Fock and density functional theory levels is performed on sulfonamide‐type bacteriostatic compounds with the aim to provide an insight into their structure–activity relationship. The basicity of the p‐amino group is analyzed by means of the proton affinities and the protonation energies, showing that molecules presenting bacteriostatic activity are less basic, i.e., they are characterized by larger protonation energies and smaller proton affinities. The acidity of the amide group is analyzed through the deprotonation energy. The results reveal that the more acidic molecules present a larger bacteriostatic activity. This result is also confirmed from a study of bond orders. A bond order analysis of the amide group suggests that the electron attracting group in these molecules is responsible for the increase in acidity. The charge of the SO2 group is also shown to be affected by the presence of the electron attracting group and consequently related to the acidity of the molecules. A geometric analysis shows that structures in which the amino group is more coplanar with respect to the benzenic ring possess larger bacteriostatic activity. A conformational analysis of these molecules illustrates that active molecules have relatively larger torsion energy barriers. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究了BaTbO_3、Tb_4O_7、TbFeO_3的Tb_(4d)XPS谱,找到了表征Tb~(3+)、Tb~(4+)的特征峰,得出的高、低结合能峰强之比与Tb~(4+)/Tb含量间的依赖关系,可用于确定Eu_(1-x)Tb_xBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)中“123”相的Tb离子混合价态,用常压高温烧结法,未能获得纯“123”单相,也不易获得纯利Tb~(3+)价态样品.在Eu_(1-x)Tb_xBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)中的Tb以Tb~(3+)、Tb~(4+)混合价态存在;当x=0.3时,Tb~(4+)/Tb=0.61.引入Tb~(4+)后“123”主相Cu(2)-O(2)平面上的O_(2p)空穴数降低,这是Tb~(4+)破坏超导电性的一种可能原因。  相似文献

The heats of reactions between various phenols and two strong N-bases of guanidine-like character in acetonitrile, are determined. The values can be used as a measure of self-assembly abilities of the phenol molecules in the interactions with strong N-bases, playing a very important role in biological systems. In the case of TBD complexes with corresponding nitrophenols, the protonated N-base is hydrogen-bonded to the nitro group excluding the self-assembly process of the phenols. In the case of other phenols, the self-assembly abilities are dependent on pKa values of phenols. With increasing acidity of phenols their ability to form the hydrogen-bonded chains decreases. The maximum of length of the chains is observed for 4-methylphenol, which has a similar pKa value to that in the tyrosine residue in biological systems.  相似文献

The synthesis of bulk Y2Ba4Cu7O15-δ superconductor at atmospheric oxygen pressure via solid state sintering is reported. Temperature ranging from 860 to 890 °C as well as time interval over 2 to 15 days were used to investigate the formation of the Y2Ba4Cu7O15-δ phase. A time-temperature profile characterizing the conditions for the preparation of Y2Ba4Cu7O15-δ phase suggests the optimal condition to be sintering at 890 °C for over 10 days. Detailed results of X-ray diffraction, electrical resistivity, iodometric titration and magnetization measurements are described.  相似文献

Impedance biosensors are a class of electrical biosensors that show promise for point-of-care and other applications due to low cost, ease of miniaturization, and label-free operation. Unlabeled DNA and protein targets can be detected by monitoring changes in surface impedance when a target molecule binds to an immobilized probe. The affinity capture step leads to challenges shared by all label-free affinity biosensors; these challenges are discussed along with others unique to impedance readout. Various possible mechanisms for impedance change upon target binding are discussed. We critically summarize accomplishments of past label-free impedance biosensors and identify areas for future research.  相似文献
