The polymerization of isodecyl acrylate (ISODAC) in vesicles made from an anionic surfactant—sodium di-2-ethylhexyl phosphate (SEHP)—and from water is studied by 1H-NMR, transmission electron microscopy, and quasielastic light scattering. High polymerization rates and high conversion rates are achieved with both water-soluble initiator, K2S2O8 (potassium persulfate), and oil-soluble initiator, AIBN (azoisobisbutyronitrile). ISODAC is probably located inside the vesicle bilayer(s) because of its high hydrophobicity. Particles stable at room temperature with a mean diameter of about 50 nm are obtained. The aim of this study was ultrasound assisted removal of Ceftriaxone sodium (CS) based on CCD model. Using sonochemical synthesized Bi2WO6 implanted on graphitic carbon nitride/Multiwall carbon nanotube (g-C3N4/MWCNT/Bi2WO6). For this purpose g-C3N4/MWCNT/Bi2WO6 was synthesized and characterized using diverse approaches including XRD, FE-SEM, XPS, EDS, HRTEM, FT-IR. Then, the contribution of conventional variables including pH, CS concentration, adsorbent dosage and ultrasound contact time were studied by central composite design (CCD) under response surface methodology (RSM). ANOVA was employed to the variable factors, and the most desirable operational conditions mass provided. Drug adsorption yield of 98.85% obtained under these defined conditions. Through conducting five experiments, the proper prediction of the optimum point were examined. The respective results showed that RSD% was lower than 5% while the t-test confirmed the high quality of fitting. Langmuir isotherm equation fits the experimental data best and the removal followed pseudo-second order kinetics. The estimation of the experimentally obtained maximum adsorption capacities was 19.57 mg.g− of g-C3N4/MWCNT/Bi2WO6 for CS. Boundary layer diffusion explained the mechanism of removal via intraparticle diffusion. 相似文献

A novel hydrothermal process for preparation of single-phase pseudoboehmite from supersaturated sodium aluminate solution with SB pseudoboehmite seed was presented. The process is characterized by precipitation for 3 h at temperature around 125 ℃ with a seed ratio of 1.0. Precipitation yield of Al2O3 over 20% could be reached and the specific surface area of precipitated products almost as high as SB seed could be obtained. The process suitable for preparing pseudoboehmite with any pseudoboehmite seed in principle comprises a highly variation of the current Bayer process and the latest boehmite process for the production of smelter grade alumina. 相似文献

Narrow disperse poly(ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate-co-4-vinylpyridine)(poly(EGDMA-co-4-VPy))microspheres were prepared by distillation-precipitation copolymerization of ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)and 4-vinylpyridine (4-VPy)with 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator in neat acetonitrile.The polymer microspheres containing pyridyl group were then utilized as stabilizer for gold metallic colloids with the diameter around 7 nm,which were prepared by the in situ reduction of gold chloride trihydrate with sodium borohydride through the coordination of the pyridyl group on the gel layer and surface of the microsphere with the gold metallic nano-particles.The catalytic properties of the pyridyl- functionalized microsphere-stabilized gold metallic colloids and the behavior of the stabilized-catalyst for the recycling were investigated with reduction of 4-nitrophenol to 4-aminophenol as a model reaction. 相似文献

应用芴甲氧羰基(Fmoc)固相方法化学合成了敬钊毒素-V(JZTX-V)分子N-端酪氨酸残基剪切体(Y1-JZTX-V),并且通过反相高效液相色谱和质谱对不同条件下的氧化复性结果进行监测,从而得到该剪切体的最佳氧化复性条件:0.1 mol/L Tris-HCl缓冲液、pH 7.50、1 mmol/L还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、0.1 mmol/L氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)、样品浓度为0.05 mg/L、复性温度为4 ℃。膜片钳电生理实验结果显示敬钊毒素-V剪切体Y1-JZTX-V对大鼠背根神经节(DRG)细胞上表达的河豚毒素不敏感型(TTX-R)与河豚毒素敏感型(TTX-S)钠电流均有抑制作用,其半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为(160±2.5) nmol/L和(39.6±3.2) nmol/L。与天然的敬钊毒素-V相比,该剪切体对大鼠DRG细胞上的TTX-S钠电流的抑制作用基本一致,但对TTX-R钠电流的抑制作用却大大降低,表明敬钊毒素-V分子N-端的酪氨酸残基是一个与TTX-R钠通道结合活性相关的氨基酸残基。 相似文献
