ICP—AES法测定岩石中Ni,Na,V,B,Cu,Fe

对ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法测定岩石中Ｎｉ,Ｎａ,Ｖ,Ｂ,Ｃｕ,Ｆｅ等元件的方法进行了研究,对仪器的工作参数和共存元素的干扰进行了探讨,采用加基体的标准系列,建立了工作曲线,直接测定岩石中各元素的含量,得到了较好的测定结果。     

New synthetic method to 1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one- 1,1-dioxides and 1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one-1-oxides from N-alkyl(o-methyl) arenesulfonamides

Various N-alkylsaccharins were easily prepared in moderate to good yields by the reaction of N-alkyl(o-methyl)arenesulfonamides with (diacetoxyiodo)benzene in the presence of iodine under irradiation with a tungsten lamp (W-hν). On the other hand, irradiation of N-alkyl(o- methyl)arenesulfonamide derivatives bearing various subslituents on the aromatic ring with a high- pressure mercury lamp (Hg-hν), in the presence of (diacetoxyiodo)benzene and iodine gave the corresponding N-alkyl-1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one-1-oxide derivatives in moderate yields, together with N-alkyl-1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one-1,1-dioxide (saccharin) derivatives.     

Conductivity of Phosphoric Acid, Sodium, Potassium, and Ammonium Phosphates in Dilute Aqueous Solutions from 278.15 K to 308.15 K

Precise conductivity measurements on aqueous solutions of phosphoric acid, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate, sodium phosphate, and potassium phosphate were performed from 5 to 35°C. Data analysis was executed by the use of the Quint–Viallard equation for unsymmetrical electrolytes. Equations are given for the concentration dependence of electrolyte and single-ion conductivities at all temperatures.

介绍了新试剂N-对甲苯基-N'-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲(PMPT)的合成。经过红外、紫外、核磁共振和元素分析等方法测试, 确定了其组成和结构。并研究了试剂与金(Ⅲ)的显色反应, 建立了光度法测定微量金(Ⅲ)的新方法。 在pH3.2～5.8的HAc～NaAc缓冲体系中, 该试剂和金(Ⅲ)形成一种稳定的组成比为1∶2的水溶性配合物,配合物的最大吸收峰位于312.6nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.54×10     

血中苯妥英钠和苯巴比妥钠的高效毛细管电泳优化分析

建立了血中的苯妥英钠和苯巴比妥钠的胶束电动毛细管电泳分析方法（ＭＥＫＣ）。以２５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ硼酸钠溶液（ｐＨ＝８．６０）、３０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ十二烷基硫酸钠（胶束相）和甲醇３０％（φ）为缓冲液,恒定电压２５ｋＶ（电流３０～３５μＡ）,检测波长２００ｎｍ,毛细管柱长３７ｃｍ。苯妥英钠和苯巴比妥钠两种药物质量浓度的线性范围为１．０～８０ｍｇ／Ｌ,最低检出质量浓度为１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ。该法为临床提供了一种高效、快速的血中药物含量定量测定的新手段     

5-磺酸钠间苯二甲酸二甲酯的高效液相色谱法分析

提出了用离子对反相高效液相色谱分析５－磺酸钠间苯二甲酸二甲酯的方法,色谱柱为ＨｙｐｅｒｓｉｌＢＤＳＣ１８,５μｍ,２５０ｍｍ×４．６ｍｍ,流动相为Ｖ（甲醇）∶Ｖ（水）＝６０∶４０（甲醇中含四丁基磷酸二氢铵１０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ）,柱温为３０℃,流速为０．８ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ,进样体积为２０μＬ,检测波长为２２０ｎｍ。用外标法进行了定量,相对标准偏差和回收率分别为０．２６％和９８．１％～９９．６％。     

美洛昔康的合成

从糖精钠出发,经４步反应合成美洛昔康,总收率４３．５％,首次分离,纯化了甲基化反应的重要副产物,经元素分析、氢谱,质谱确定为双甲基化产物。用重结晶方法对单甲基化物进行纯化。     

Solubilities of benzene, toluene and diphenyl in the t-butyl alcohol+water mixtures and hydrophobic interaction

The solubilitices of benzene, toluene and diphenyl in mixed solvents of t-butyl alcohol (TBA) and water at 283.15, 288.15, 293.15 and 298.15 K have been determined by spectrophotometry. The mole fraction of TBA [x (TBA)] in the mixed solvent are 0.000, 0.010, 0.020, 0.030, 0.040, 0.045, 0.050, 0.060, 0.080 and 0.100, respectively. The standard Gibbs energies of solution of benzene, toluene and diphenyl in the mixed solvent have also been calculated based on the solubility data. The hydrophobic interactions (HI) for the pairs of benzene-benzene, methane-benzene and methane-methane in the mixed solvent were calculated and discussed.     

Equilibrium adsorption of a cyclopentane—benzene vapor mixture on active carbon

The data on adsorption of cyclopentane, benzene, and their mixture on active carbon were analyzed by the statistical thermodynamic model. A method to describe the state of a binary mixture in single micropores was offered. A substantial negative deviation from Raoult's law predicted by the concept of an ideal adsorption solution is a consequence of a decrease in the excessive Helmholtz energy brought about by progressive filling when values of the excessive energy are positive over a wide range of adsorption. The excessive values found for the entropy and internal energy of a mixture of molecules in a single micropore are negative due to the heterogeneity of the adsorption field. The approach suggested adequately describes the experimental data and can be used for the determination of differential heats of adsorption. Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk.
