Interaction between poly(ethylene oxide) and sodium dodecyl sulfonate as studied by surface tension, conductivity, viscosity, electron spin resonance and nuclear magnetic resonance

The aggregation of sodium dodecyl sulfonate (AS) in aqueous solution containing various amounts of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) has been investigated by different experimental techniques. The experimental techniques include surface tension, conductivity, viscosity, electron spin resonance (ESR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The critical aggregate concentration of AS on polymer strands as well as the concentration where the polymer becomes saturated with surfactant has been determined. Both ESR and NMR results indicate that the AS–PEO complex forms a more “open” structure and that PEO may penetrate into the interior of the micelles. The aggregation of the sodium dodecyl sulfate –n - octanol–water system at low concentration

Micelle formation in sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)–n-octanol mixtures was studied by several techniques and the results were interpreted using regular solution theory for mixed-micelle formation. Octanol was considered as a nonionic surfactant. The composition of micelles at the critical micelle concentration (cmc) was computed together with the interaction parameter and the activity coefficient of the components of the micelles. The fluorescence quenching technique with pyrene was employed to obtain the SDS and octanol aggregation numbers at the cmc. The results were in agreement with similar studies on other alcohol–SDS systems. At the cmc spherical, almost fully ionized micelles formed, while at a higher concentration there was a transition to anisometric (probably rodlike) micelles which pushed sodium counterions into their Stern double layer. Mixed anisometric micelles were more ionized than pure SDS micelles. When the octanol:SDS total ratio exceeded 0.85:1, an emulsion of octanol appeared in equilibrium with the micelles. 离子色谱法分析保险粉工业回收甲酸钠中的阴离子

利用单柱阴离子交换色谱法测定了保险粉工业回收产品中的甲酸,Cl－,SO,NO,羟乙基硫代硫酸盐,SO和S2O。以1．8mmol／L邻苯二甲酸和1．35mmol／L三羟甲基氨基甲烷的混合溶液作淋洗液,流速为1．0mL／min时,分离效果良好。7种离子的加标回收率在96％～102％之间,检测下限在0．2～5mg／L之间,方法准确、简便。     

ICP—AES法测定岩石中Ni,Na,V,B,Cu,Fe

对ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法测定岩石中Ｎｉ,Ｎａ,Ｖ,Ｂ,Ｃｕ,Ｆｅ等元件的方法进行了研究,对仪器的工作参数和共存元素的干扰进行了探讨,采用加基体的标准系列,建立了工作曲线,直接测定岩石中各元素的含量,得到了较好的测定结果。     

New synthetic method to 1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one- 1,1-dioxides and 1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one-1-oxides from N-alkyl(o-methyl) arenesulfonamides

Various N-alkylsaccharins were easily prepared in moderate to good yields by the reaction of N-alkyl(o-methyl)arenesulfonamides with (diacetoxyiodo)benzene in the presence of iodine under irradiation with a tungsten lamp (W-hν). On the other hand, irradiation of N-alkyl(o- methyl)arenesulfonamide derivatives bearing various subslituents on the aromatic ring with a high- pressure mercury lamp (Hg-hν), in the presence of (diacetoxyiodo)benzene and iodine gave the corresponding N-alkyl-1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one-1-oxide derivatives in moderate yields, together with N-alkyl-1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-one-1,1-dioxide (saccharin) derivatives.     

Conductivity of Phosphoric Acid, Sodium, Potassium, and Ammonium Phosphates in Dilute Aqueous Solutions from 278.15 K to 308.15 K

Precise conductivity measurements on aqueous solutions of phosphoric acid, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate, sodium phosphate, and potassium phosphate were performed from 5 to 35°C. Data analysis was executed by the use of the Quint–Viallard equation for unsymmetrical electrolytes. Equations are given for the concentration dependence of electrolyte and single-ion conductivities at all temperatures.

介绍了新试剂N-对甲苯基-N'-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲(PMPT)的合成。经过红外、紫外、核磁共振和元素分析等方法测试, 确定了其组成和结构。并研究了试剂与金(Ⅲ)的显色反应, 建立了光度法测定微量金(Ⅲ)的新方法。 在pH3.2～5.8的HAc～NaAc缓冲体系中, 该试剂和金(Ⅲ)形成一种稳定的组成比为1∶2的水溶性配合物,配合物的最大吸收峰位于312.6nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.54×10     

血中苯妥英钠和苯巴比妥钠的高效毛细管电泳优化分析

建立了血中的苯妥英钠和苯巴比妥钠的胶束电动毛细管电泳分析方法（ＭＥＫＣ）。以２５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ硼酸钠溶液（ｐＨ＝８．６０）、３０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ十二烷基硫酸钠（胶束相）和甲醇３０％（φ）为缓冲液,恒定电压２５ｋＶ（电流３０～３５μＡ）,检测波长２００ｎｍ,毛细管柱长３７ｃｍ。苯妥英钠和苯巴比妥钠两种药物质量浓度的线性范围为１．０～８０ｍｇ／Ｌ,最低检出质量浓度为１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ。该法为临床提供了一种高效、快速的血中药物含量定量测定的新手段     

5-磺酸钠间苯二甲酸二甲酯的高效液相色谱法分析

提出了用离子对反相高效液相色谱分析５－磺酸钠间苯二甲酸二甲酯的方法,色谱柱为ＨｙｐｅｒｓｉｌＢＤＳＣ１８,５μｍ,２５０ｍｍ×４．６ｍｍ,流动相为Ｖ（甲醇）∶Ｖ（水）＝６０∶４０（甲醇中含四丁基磷酸二氢铵１０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ）,柱温为３０℃,流速为０．８ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ,进样体积为２０μＬ,检测波长为２２０ｎｍ。用外标法进行了定量,相对标准偏差和回收率分别为０．２６％和９８．１％～９９．６％。
