Hot-stage microscopy was used to characterise crystal growth at the interface between sisal fibre bundles and a polylactic acid (PLA) matrix in order to better understand the mechanical properties of sisal fibre–PLA composites. Cooling rates and crystallisation temperatures and times were varied to influence crystalline morphology at the interface. Single sisal fibre bundles were evaluated in their as received state or treated with 6 wt.% caustic soda solution for 48?h at room temperature. A microbond shear test was used to characterise the shear strength of the interface as a function of fibre surface treatment. These tests were performed on sisal fibre bundles carefully embedded in flat films of PLA supported on card mounts. Fibre bundles in a PLA matrix were cooled from 180?°C at rates from 2 to 9?°C/min and then crystallised isothermally. For as received fibre bundles uneven growth of PLA spherulites occurred at all cooling rates and crystallisation temperatures. For caustic soda treated fibres, uneven spherulitic growth was observed at crystallisation temperatures at and above 125?°C. In contrast, transcrystalline growth was observed for samples cooled to 120?°C at cooling rates from 2 to 6?°C/min and then allowed to crystallise. The microbond shear strengths of untreated and caustic soda treated fibre bundles were evaluated using Weibull statistics and the caustic soda treated fibres exhibited higher interfacial shear strengths in comparison to untreated fibres, reflecting the development of a transcrystalline layer at the fibre to matrix interface.  相似文献

In this paper, a modified single-index signal regression (mSISR) method is proposed to construct a nonlinear and practical model with high-accuracy. The mSISR method defines the optimal penalty tuning parameter in P-spline signal regression (PSR) as initial tuning parameter and chooses the number of cycles based on minimizing root mean squared error of cross-validation (RMSECV). mSISR is superior to single-index signal regression (SISR) in terms of accuracy, computation time and convergency. And it can provide the character of the non-linearity between spectra and responses in a more precise manner than SISR. Two spectra data sets from basic research experiments, including plant chlorophyll nondestructive measurement and human blood glucose noninvasive measurement, are employed to illustrate the advantages of mSISR. The results indicate that the mSISR method (i) obtains the smooth and helpful regression coefficient vector, (ii) explicitly exhibits the type and amount of the non-linearity, (iii) can take advantage of nonlinear features of the signals to improve prediction performance and (iv) has distinct adaptability for the complex spectra model by comparing with other calibration methods. It is validated that mSISR is a promising nonlinear modeling strategy for multivariate calibration.  相似文献

飞行器飞行试验采集的遥测振动信号频段丰富、成分构成复杂,合理有效地解读其包括的时频信息在分析飞行器结构和环境特性方面至关重要。依托经验模态分解(EMD)方法将复杂信号分解成准单分量信号,借助相关系数法将伪分量信号剔除,保证分解信号的有效性。通过EMD和 WVD方法的结合,将保留的准单分量信号进行WVD变换并做平滑伪处理,从而获得复杂信号的时频分布。EMD-WVD组合模型经在仿真信号上的应用检验,能够检测信号自身的时频特性,进一步应用其在遥测振动信号上,同平滑伪WVD抑制交叉项方法进行了比较,结果表明EMD-WVD组合模型更加有效,能够反映复杂工程信号的时频分布特性。  相似文献

Three types of commercially available carbonate rocks were used in the study to determine the effect of thermal treatment in the range from 100 °C to 500 °C on porosity features in terms of two different approaches such as pore shape factor and quality index values. The ratio of the ultrasonic velocity measurements before and after water saturation was used to differentiate porosity of pores from porosity of cracks under varying temperatures. It was found that, pores in Burdur Beige and Usak White are in the form of cracks, which are situated through inner structure. On the other hand, pores in Patara Limestone are in the form of porosity with lower pore shape factor values. Quality index calculation is another approach based on the comparison of the measured and theoretical ultrasonic velocity values. When the rocks were subjected to higher temperatures, internal stress was developed, crack lengths and numbers were increased and finally the higher pore shape factor and lower quality index values were obtained. This situation was proven by the higher water absorption values for all the stone types with the higher pore shape factor and lower quality index values depend on the noticeable increase in effective porosity values.  相似文献

We studied influence of rapid thermal annealing on electrical parameters of SF6 plasma treated AlGaN/GaN heterostructures. The main emphasis by the evaluation was laid on C-V measurement and simulation, but also I-V and SIMS measurement were used. It was found that the diminished sheet carrier concentration of a two-dimensional electron gas after plasma treatment recovered significantly at the temperature of 500 °C. By using C-V measurement, it was possible to assess besides the changes of the two-dimensional electron gas concentration after annealing also the changes in the Schottky barrier heights and to find out the doping concentration in AlGaN barrier and GaN channel layer. The trend in Schottky barrier height changes after annealing was confirmed also by I-V measurement.  相似文献

脉冲高能量密度等离子体是一项全新的等离子体材料表面处理和薄膜制备技术。文章主要介绍了作者近几年来在这方面的研究成果。从理论和试验上研究了脉冲高能量密度等离子体的产生机制及其物理性质,研究了脉冲等离子体与材料相互作用的基本物理现象和物理机制,诊断测量表明,脉冲等离子体具有电子温度高(10-100eV)、等离子体密度高(10^14-10^16cm^-3)、定向速度高(-10^7cm/s)、功率大(10^4W/cm^2)等特点,在制备薄膜时具有沉积速率高,薄膜与基底粘结力强,并兼有激光表面处理、电子束处理、冲击波轰击、离子注入、溅射、化学气相沉积等综合性特点,可以在室温下合成亚稳态相和其他化合物材料。在此基础上,系统地进行了脉冲等离子体薄膜制备和材料表面改性及其机理的研究,在室温下的不同材料衬底上成功的沉积了性能良好的较大颗粒立方氮化硼、碳氮化钛、氮化钛、类金刚石、氮化铝等薄膜材料,沉积薄膜和基底之间存在一个很宽的过渡层,因此导致薄膜与基底有很强的粘结力,经脉冲等离子体处理过的金属材料表面性能得到了极大改善。  相似文献

Bismuth vanadates (BiVO4) with various crystal structures (tetragonal scheelite, monoclinic scheelite, and tetragonal zircon) and morphologies (sphere-, nanosheet-, dendrite-, and flower-like) were controllably fabricated by using a mild additive-free hydrothermal treatment process under the different preparation conditions. The crystal structures, morphologies, and photophysical properties of the products were well-characterized. Subsequently, their UV- as well as visible-light photocatalytic performance was evaluated via dyes rhodamine B (RB) and methylene blue (MB) degradation. Special attention was paid to evaluate the correlation of the reactivity with crystal structure, morphology, and electronic structure of as-prepared BiVO4 samples.  相似文献
