Two ruthenium complexes containing a new ligand phipz (phipz = 2‐(1,10‐phenanthroline)‐1H‐imidazo[4,5‐b]phenazine) were designed and synthesized. These complexes were found to inhibit the DNA supercoiled relaxation mediated by topoisomerase I (topo I), cleave DNA under irradiation and bind to calf thymus DNA through intercalative mode. Furthermore, complex 2 shows higher photocleavage activity, topo I inhibition activity and DNA affinity than complex 1 . Additionally, introduction of phenazine unit may be the reason that two complexes exhibit DNA ‘light switch’ behavior. The present work shows that two complexes might be potential as new DNA ‘light switches’, DNA photocleavers and topo I inhibitors. 相似文献

For central nervous system disorders'' rehabilitation, it is important to accurately understand motor control and implement an appropriate motor learning process to induce neuroplastic changes. The neurophysiological studies have revealed that neural control mechanisms are crucial during both the onset of muscular activities and muscle release after contraction. When performing various movements during daily activities, muscle relaxation control enables precise force output and timing control. Moreover, surround inhibition is a functional mechanism in the motor system. Surround inhibition of the motor system may be involved in the selective execution of desired movements. This review demonstrates cortical excitability resulting from motor learning, movement control mechanisms including muscle relaxation and the suppression of nontarget muscle groups, and the voluntary drive''s importance that is required for movement. 相似文献

We put forth a dynamic computing framework for scale‐selective adaptation of weighted essential nonoscillatory (WENO) schemes for the simulation of hyperbolic conservation laws exhibiting strong discontinuities. A multilevel wavelet‐based multiresolution procedure, embedded in a conservative finite volume formulation, is used for a twofold purpose. (i) a dynamic grid adaptation of the solution field for redistributing grid points optimally (in some sense) according to the underlying flow structures, and (ii) a dynamic minimization of the in built artificial dissipation of WENO schemes. Taking advantage of the structure detection properties of this multiresolution algorithm, the nonlinear weights of the conventional WENO implementation are selectively modified to ensure lower dissipation in smoother areas. This modification is implemented through a linear transition from the fifth‐order upwind stencil at the coarsest regions of the adaptive grid to a fully nonlinear fifth‐order WENO scheme at areas of high irregularity. Therefore, our computing algorithm consists of a dynamic grid adaptation strategy, a scale‐selective state reconstruction, a conservative flux calculation, and a total variation diminishing Runge‐Kutta scheme for time advancement. Results are presented for canonical examples drawn from the inviscid Burgers, shallow water, Euler, and magnetohydrodynamic equations. Our findings represent a novel direction for providing a scale‐selective dissipation process without a compromise on shock capturing behavior for conservation laws, which would be a strong contender for dynamic implicit large eddy simulation approaches. 相似文献

In the present study, one‐step purification of angiotensin‐converting enzyme (ACE, peptidyldipeptidase A, EC 3.4.15.1), responsible for regulation of blood pressure, was achieved using affinity chromatography from human plasma. The enzyme was purified 12,860‐fold with a specific activtiy of 5080 EU/mg protein. Optimum temperature and pH were determined for the enzyme as 35–40°C and pH 7.4–7.5, respectively. The purity of ACE was determined by SDS–PAGE and the enzyme showed two bands at 60 and 70 kDa on the gel. The native molecular weight of ACE was found to be 260 kDa by gel filtration chromatography, demonstrating that the enzyme has a heterodimeric structure. Natural fatty acids of Nigella sativa (Ranunculaceae) were isolated by means of column chromatography. The structures of these compounds were determined using NMR and GC‐MS. The results showed that high concentrations of linoleic, oleic and palmitic acids were isolated from the plant. The effect of six fractions (Fr 1–6) on ACE activity was examined. Fraction 3 increased the ACE activity while the other fractions decreased the enzyme activity. The concentrations of the fractions inhibiting the half‐maximum activity of the enzyme were calculated as 1.597 mg/mL for Fr 1, 0.053 mg/mL for Fr 2, 0.527 mg/mL for Fr 4, 0.044 mg/mL for Fr 5 and 0.136 mg/mL for Fr 6 using a Lineweaver–Burk graph. 相似文献

提出一种基于背景最佳滤波尺度的红外图像复杂度评价准则来解决传统方法评价背景效果较差的问题. 同时, 这种方法还可以为红外图像滤波提供最佳高通滤波尺度信息, 从而对红外图像进行性能最佳滤波. 首先, 生成高斯仿真目标并与红外图像进行融合, 获得包含仿真目标及真实红外背景的图像. 然后, 在不同高斯滤波尺度下对图像滤波, 并计算滤波后仿真目标的信噪比. 最后, 取滤波后目标信噪比最大时的滤波尺度作为背景最佳滤波尺度, 使用该尺度可评价红外图像的复杂度. 另外, 本文还使用数学模型推导了红外图像最佳滤波尺度, 得出最佳滤波尺度的数学表达式. 大量实验表明: 1) 本文推导的最佳滤波尺度数学表达式与实验曲线吻合. 2) 这种方法在评价红外图像复杂度方面比传统的基于信息熵的方法效果要好很多. 并且这种方法获取的红外背景复杂度为滤波最佳尺度, 可以直接利用这项指标对图像进行最佳滤波从而更好地检测弱小目标. 3) 仿真目标尺度越大, 最佳滤波尺度也会相应增大. 因此, 在评价图像复杂度时, 应使用相同尺度的仿真目标, 不同图像之间才具备可比性. 同时, 最佳滤波尺度与仿真目标的强度无关. 4) 本文算法使用的滤波器宜用高斯及Butterworth高通滤波器实现. 5) 本文提出的方法不仅可以有效分析红外视频的复杂度, 并且可以通过复杂度的变化分析图像内容的突变. 相似文献

When two contacting solid surfaces are tightly closed and invisible to the naked eye,the discontinuity is said to be microscopic regardless of whether its length is short or long.By this definition,it is not sufficient to distinguish the difference between a micro-and macro-crack by using the length parameter.Microcracks in high strength metal alloys have been known to be several centimeters or longer.Considered in this work is a dual scale fatigue crack growth model where the main crack can be micro or macro but there prevails an inherent microscopic tip region that is damaged depending on the irregularities of the microstructure.This region is referred to as the"micro-tip"and can be simulated by a sharp wedge with different angles in addition to mixed boundary conditions.The combination is sufficient to model microscopic entities in the form of voids,inclusions,precipitations,interfaces,in addition to subgrain imperfections,or cluster of dislocations.This is accomplished by using the method of"singularity representation"such that closed form asymptotic solutions can be obtained for the development of fatigue crack growth rate relations with three parameters.They include:(1)the crack surface tightness*represented by o/=0.3-0.5 for short cracks in region I,and 0.1-0.2 for long cracks in region II,(2)the micro/macro material properties reflected by the shear modulus ratio*(=micro/macro varying between 2 and 5)and(3)the most sensitive parameter d*being the micro-tip characteristic length d*(=d/do)whose magnitude decreases in the direction of region I II.The existing fatigue crack growth data for 2024-T3 and 7075-T6 aluminum sheets are used to reinterpret the two-parameter da/dN=C(K)nrelation where K has now been re-derived for a microcrack with surfaces tightly in contact.The contact force will depend on the mean stress m or mean stress ratio R as the primary parameter and on the stress amplitude a as the secondary parameter. 相似文献
